not fucking around like usual, just making sure they stay safe and get clean, because they just feel so weak.
letting them lean on you to keep their balance - because their legs are all wobbly - while you scrub their back and shoulders. having to keep making sure they're not dozing off while you gently wash their hair. them sneezing so messily that you need to rewash their face, but you don't mind as long as they're taken care of.

Thinking about blankets and their many uses
A blanket draped around whumpees shoulders by an increasingly worried caretaker, both sitting by thr raging fire as whumpee shivered, eyes glazed over with fever
A blanket fully encasing whumpee as they lay in bed with an awful cold, because if they breathe in the cold, dry air in their room, they’ll undoubtedly sneeze, which hurts their head and floods their nostrils
Blankets piled up on a feverish, shakey whumpee by the caretaker. They try to mutter a word of thanks, but their voice is too shot to enunciate more than a mere “th’nk y-hou”
The corner of a blanket being used as a tissue by cold-ridden, sneezy, sniffly whumpee. They muffle harsh,wet sneezes and coughs into the plush fabric and wallow in their misery, knowing that they have something soft to take their pain.

Someone with a cold so bad that each time they have a sneezing fit, they always end it with a groan. Bonus if they are being taken care of someone, they keep complaining about how they feel so awful and wished the sneezing would stop.
"Hh-Ik'shiew! Hah- HECHOO! Ugh.. Sdfft. Dabbit, I caddot breah- H'IKSHEW! Hdn, Ugh Please.. Bage it stob" Their partner could only look at their poor companion's state and help them wipe the mess on their partner's nose witha tissue. "You sound congested. You should blow" The partner suggested.
"Ugghd, Id's do use. Id would juh- Hahh-H'EKSHOO! Ih-ITCHHEW! Sdffrk, bage by dose idtchier. Ugh" They groaned as they savour what was last of the tissue they kept sneezing on. The day went by with them sneezing and complaining all day with their partner just listening and taking care of them.

Someone resolving to take their partners temperature after noticing their normal upbeat attitude and playful snarkiness had been diminished and becoming more and more obviously fake throughout the day. Only, the moment their hand makes contact, their poor partner collapses into them with a desperate, wrenching sneeze directed into their shoulder, shaking weakly. They sniffle pitifully, all pretence of feigning health long gone.
"I thingk I'mb comin' down with something," they say with a shiver, hints of congestion already peeking through into their rough voice.

Not even sure if this will post, but I got a little too self indulgent on main……

Here, lemme set the scene for you……
I imagine the boys got into a friendly debate about something, and decided to bet on it, with the loser having to agree to a punishment of the winners choosing. Maybe Remi was a dick about something and Levi knew, if he was right and won the bet, he had to make Remi’s punishment something that would actually suck for him, and when he does win the bet, he tells Remi that his punishment is no sex for 2 weeks.
Geezus, did that punishment hurt Remi. But what Levi didn’t account for was his own needs……….
Then 3 days before the 2 week bet was over, Levi is feeling absolutely DEPRAVED…… but by this time, of course, Remi is sick like usual………
So when Levi comes home at 7 am from a boys night with Drae to let off steam that turned into an all night booze cruise and he’s still drunk as all fuck, he’s more than surprised to find Remi awake when he gets there………

inspired by scarcesneezies "ruined sneezing fit" video. basically i keep induscing myself right up to the brink of a sneeze and then deny myself the release. it. was. TORTURE. absolutely would do it again.
i couldn't even keep myself in one spot for the camera i was rocking forward constantly, like my body was desperately trying to push my nose harder against the q-tip even when i pulled it out and i was so lost in the overwhelming tickle that i just couldn't even think about getting a good angle.

There's just something about a character who wakes up feeling worse than they did before, groaning at how scratchy their throat is and how stuffed up they are. Their sinuses felt swollen and even more itchier than before.
"Hhh-i'hKSHIEW! hhH- Hehh- HECHOO! Ugh" They blew their nose despite knowing it wont do anything. It felt like even after clearing their nose, a sneezing fit would come by and fill up their sinuses with mucus once again. It was horrid.
Everytime they move, they can feel every part of their body aches and when they try to get up the headache kicks in so they lay back on the bed again.
"Unnghdn- sleeb was subbose to bage be feel bedder. Why is id worse? Ugh" They whined, knowing any slight noise they make hurts their throat, but they just didn't care. Nothing can possibly make this cold worse, they thought to themselves.
