In regards to your USA emergency alerts, yes the TV sometimes just Does That.

If it makes you feel better (or worse) to know that in the Midwest region of the US, every area does their own different thing for "tornado testing." For example my city has the sirens go off at full sound for exactly one minute every Saturday at noon. Where I went to college it was like 3pm every first Wednesday of the month. If you're traveling it's not uncommon to be Absolutely Terrified in a new town when sirens just start randomly going off and everyone walking around you is just like "huh, must be 5:47 on Tuesday :)"

Thanks so much for the tag @frek!! Sorry this took me so long to get to it was my sister's birthday recently so I've been busy in life ❤️

last song: The actual last song I listened to was My Love Mine All Mine by Mitski but I just saw Hozier last week and Work Song has been soooooo stuck in my head. And Almost (Sweet Music).

fav color: Pink! Any and all shades. My nails are painted red right now and I am considering that Sexy Pink ❤️

currently watching: I just finished watching Good Omens s2 and I haven't really started anything else because I spend all my free time playing bg3.

last movie: I watched Promising Young Woman recently and that movie is fucking awesome.

currently reading: The Passage - Justin Cronin (I keep saying I am currently reading this but I actually haven't touched it in weeks, again because of bg3 and I can't love things normally. but it is an INCREDIBLY good book).

sweet/savory/spicy: I reasonably could not exist happily without all three, but spicy is my go to. I add peppers in some form to just about everything I eat (like, within reason). Hot sauce, jalapenos, crushed red pepper, gochujang....I love all of it.

relationship status: have a boyfriend of like...4.5 years now? and he doesn't mind me thirsting over Astarion so he can stick around.

current obsession: Baldur's Gate 3 & Astarion - see ravings above.

last google: "free ring sizer" lmao the last time i measured my ring size was in high school ages ago and i am trying to branch out on my accessorizing so I feel cute.

currently working on: nothing 😭 other than my actual job. i need to get back into practicing piano, i want to learn guitar, i want to sing again, i want to draw again, i want to design stickers, i want to build things. maybe someday i will.

The last ask answered said preorders would be going to October 1st. Is there really no way to order this anymore? I was really excited for it but had to wait till my next paycheck

Hello! Unfortunately due to our small fulfillment team, we always had an order cap of 1000 books! We were hoping to give people more time to order, but we were already around 70 percent sold out when we announced the preorder closing date was going to be moved up, and then the pace of sales spiked again in the last few days. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience, and some artists participating in the Planner have ordered a small number to sell at convention appearances in 2020!

his name is officially Valentine

he has a clothes shop. walk walk fashion baby

everything he wears is in face made by him!!!!!!

the hat is magical but specifically for no reason but aesthetic. it doesnt do anything magical. there's just eyes popping in and out bc he thought it was neat

while the sun doesnt burn him in a literal way, he does get, like. dehydrated? idk his skin starts to get very dry and ends up cracking under the sun. it doesnt kill him in 2 seconds but spending more than an hour under the sunlight isnt really healthy for him - also while he does drink blood, he generally tries to go for animal one than human/humanoid one for no reason other than "it's easier to get". getting bitten by him doesnt immediately turns someone into a vampire either, it's like. a matter of mixing his blood with his victim's, if that happens they have a chance to turn

possible body horror but "hey wings?" he literally has to morph his body to "create" the membrane between his arm and his torso, making his arms (so, muscles and bones) longer and shaping them to form a bat-like wing. that membrane is something that appears naturally when he's on Low Blood Level but generally he can just create it and morph himself whenever he wants, but it still hurts a bit so he tends to not do it

about that the monsterization starts to show up two days after he last drank blood, and it's shown specifically because he's much hungrier and his fangs and nails grow a little more. he morphs completely in the matter of a week after that and gets much more aggressive

...generally the only kind of aggressive he is is passive fnsdmg

So, I knew about the Amadeus movie first which makes me think of an AU for one of my OTPs. As I search more about Mozart and Salieri, for that AU purpose, I stumble upon this goth emo-looking bearded man and I am like ??? *click picture* Mozart L’opera Rock? What is that? A musical?

I'm kinda curious, about how many hours per week would you say you spend doing the good work you do on this blog? You're always active with A+ content that is well thought out. Thank you for doing all you do for the resistance 💖

It honestly depends on the day! I can be a lot more active on the blog now that I’m on break, but during finals I was so busy I had to put this on hold. I was usually on in the afternoon or night, since those were my free times during the semester. I haven’t really thought about just how much time I put in this thing. Thank you!
