SIMS 4 - GARNET GRACE WALLPAPER

Garnet Grace is a collection that came together because of one pattern, the white background with flowers.

From there, I made that and a black version of the floral pattern in 2 different sizes; then using the same colour palette, I added stripes, plain textured, and lace overlaid wallpapers.

They are all in one package, with 19 swatches in total, cost 6 Simoleons in game, are tagged by colour, and are found in the Wallpaper section of Wall Coverings.

Hi i made this pose pack cause im going to start a new legacy and make a post for the introduction of the characters and as you can see this was inspired on the Gossip Girl Reboot Teaser.

But I did the poses for the benefit of the story I want to tell, not an exact replica of the one in the teaser for the series, I recommend using the industrial loft kit sofa since the poses were made for that sofa, it works with other sofas, but sometimes they do not match perfectly.

Leon X Ada Kiss Scene (Resident Evil 2)... but it's The Sims 4 | Animated Pose Pack

I meant to be less obsessed with Aeon so I've been mucking around on The Sims 4. Ended up making my favourite scene lol. I used Blender to create these animated poses. ♡ This pack contains one animated pose 'Ada' for female sims and one animated pose 'Leon' for male sims. ♡ The animation lasts about 14 seconds (before looping). ♡ Must use Pose Player & Teleporter Statue (see 'Required Items' in download link)

This shelf is cloned from Snowy Escape. The mesh has been changed, however, so it should be BG compatible.

Let me introduce you to Nicholas Hedrick

Nicholas Hedrick is an actor, photographer, entrepreneur, model, and retired professional soccer player who has a star on the Del Sol Valley walk of fame. Nicholas hedrick was born on February 11, 1961 in San Myshuno. Unfortunately, Nicholas' life was not so easy. He was able to overcome the death of his parents at an early age and learned to be independent, staying in an orphanage until the age of eighteen. After leaving the orphanage Nicholas started working in the local newspaper as a photographer, thanks to his photos he was discovered by an image designer who worked at @condesimst who asked the newspaper Nicholas services for photos of a fashion advertising campaign, from that moment Nicholas fame rose like foam, with just nineteen years old was already a promise in the world of fashion at the same time he was beginning to interest sports.

His fame transcended the borders of San Myshuno, and several international magazines began to show interest in hiring the great photographer. Nicholas decided to take a little break from the world of fashion and photography as he did not see a lasting future in him. At the age of 22, he moved to the large city of Del Sol Valley and joined the city's prestigious soccer club. There, he proved his worth as one of the best scorers in the league, earning the respect and affection of the fans. During his time in the city, he led the team to conquer the league and was recognized as player of the year in several seasons. In addition to finding love with the supermodel of the moment Carmen Robles.

The relationship with the supermodel was nothing but tumultuous, a relationship full of infidelities which brought Nicholas a bitter drink, but not everything was bad, Nicholas had his first fourth children in this relationship Alyssa, Nathaniel, Kendall and Tobias. This relationship would end after three years, followed by a legal battle for custody of the infants, at first Nicholas only obtained custody of Nathaniel and Alyssa, but years later he managed to obtain custody of Kendall and Tobias thus closing a chapter in his life.

After successful years at Del Sol Valley, the record transfer of Hedrick occurred when he signed for the San Myshuno professional team. His impact was immediate, and his skill and passion on the field made him a legend of the club. During his time at San Myshuno, he won numerous league titles and left an indelible mark on the history of international football.

While filming an advertising campaign in San Myshuno, Nicholas met Nicolle Flex, the professional makeup artist in charge of the campaign; Nicholas fell hopelessly in love with Nicolle and they began dating after the completion of the campaign. After an eight-month relationship Nicholas and Nicolle were married on 15 March 1998 in Tartosa. Nicolle, aged 41, gave birth to a daughter on July 11, 2000 in San Myshuno as a result of her relationship with Nicholas. The couple decided to call her daughter Julianne.

After an exceptional football career, Nicholas Hedrick decided to retire from professional football at the age of 42 due to a series of injuries. Although his retirement was sad news for his supporters, his legacy lingered in the hearts of fans and the history of football.

Sadly, Nicolle Hedrick died on March 5, 2021 of a brain tumor. Nicholas is currently enjoying his retirement dedicating his life to his family.

It works with the latest 7th April 2020 patch update.

This is a detailed, veterinary medicine career that comes with 4 BRANCHES to choose from!

I’ve made it to be as realistic as possible. I’m a veterinarian in real life and I’ve always wanted my sims to experience the same struggles I did.

There are 2 versions available. One is base game compatible and the main version requires The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs EP. The base game version is obviously easier to level up as it requires less skills. The main version will include Dog Training and Veterinarian skills to add on top of all the other skills.

Yas! This is a multi-skill career. Expect to level up at least 3 different skills. Hey, no one said being a veterinarian was easy!

Hiiiiiii bring you the second part of the pack of poses of gossip girl and how you can see this time inspired by the cover of the second part of the season, I really enjoyed making this pack, in fact I liked more than the first hahaha one, I want to consider this as a gift for me and for you since we are on Christmas Eve and soon Christmas.💗

As with the previous pack, it is not an exact copy, but it works correctly if you want to put a female sim in the boy's place (specifically in julien's place), of course without seeing the hands of the sim hahaha, sorry for that.🥺💗

I use a height mod so that’s the reason why some of them are not too close, but in normal height looks like in render. Thank you so much to kateverse for her tutorial on how to create couple poses and expressions, it helped me a lot to make this pack.
