Simsphony’s CC LIST - complete
Hi everybody!
The list of CC LINKS from all the creators and packs that I have in my game is something that I wanted to do for the longest time but I've never quite had the time to do it.
So I finally decided to do it for you no matter what and here it is!
From now on you'll be able to find all of my cc here on this list. If I add something to my game I'm going to upload the list, and if I'm using something just once, I'll include the link from that cc in a regular post separately.
Anyways! I'm hoping your life is going to be much easier now!
If you like my work please be so kind and support me on Ko-fi ♡
Love you all and happy simming!

Charles Schwab House
The Charles M. Schwab House was a 75-room mansion in New York City. It was built for steel magnate Charles M. Schwab and was considered the classic example of a "white elephant", as it was built on the "wrong" side of Central Park, far from the more fashionable Upper East Side.
The house was designed by Maurice Hébert in an eclectic mix of Gothic Revival and Beaux-Arts, inspired by three French castles: Chenonceau, Blois and Azay-le-Rideau. It took four years to build (1902–1906) at a cost of six million dollars.
Schwab was a self-made man who became president of US Steel and later founded the Bethlehem Steel Company. However, he was a venture capitalist and went bankrupt in the Wall Street Crash of 1929. Charles died penniless ten years later, in 1939, leaving his home to be the official residence of New York's mayors. Unfortunately for the mansion, Fiorello La Guardia, then mayor, turned it down, saying, "what, 'me' in this?" After years of neglect, the house was demolished in 1947, replaced by a large apartment complex called "Casa Schwab".
In this version for The Sim 4, I made French gardens (I found the ones in the original house a little boring :P). The interiors were a big challenge, as I only found reference images for the staircase hall, but I tried to keep the same eclecticism in all the rooms.

As with ALL my builds, you're going to want to have bb.moveobjects ON before placing the lot and I DID use TOOL to place some of the more complicated tweaks.

Functionality
These mods are not technically in the build but are needed to have mods (syboulette's crossfit and aira's rice cooker specifically) functional.
ZulfAndHakrabr: Let's Get Fits Modpack
Ricky: Useable RiceCooker
Vehicles
Technically, the two vehicles used for this build use the the Breeze Motors 2018 Mercedes E-Class Wagon and the 2020 Maserati Quattroporte as their base. I won't link to the download page as its a perma-paywaller and I fundamentally disagree with how Breeze Motors is handling their patreon personally. I will leave it to you to decide if you want their CC and how you acquire it if you choose to do so.
For my personal game, I have edited and stripped down my copies of these two cars and modified them so that they work with Simnation Travel. I have a pinned patreon post that is not paywall locked here explaining that more in depth and include the required files HERE.
If you go that route, and would like to download the cars, you can find them here:
Maserati Quattroporte
Mercedes E-Class
I should note that in addition to lacking the door open /close options of the original as those were stripped down, the textures were redone with simlish for a more maxis match look in game.
Mods for this Build
These are not technically required for the build to function but this build was built using overrides for both Sim Realist's SNB Bills mod as well as Simnation Travel vehicles. You shouldn't get any weird errors if you load the build in without those mods but if there's an exception caught by MCC related to that, it's probably just reconciling that the override the lot was built with is not in place in your game. It should only be a one time alert the first time the game loads in if it happens and should not cause any issue other than MCC making a noise at you about it noticing weirdness.
(The SNB provides the High Speed Internet trait to the lot and I think it will just set that trait to empty if its loaded without but I haven't personally confirmed it, hence the note here. )
Additional Note
I'm pushing this to live today just to make sure it hits my tumblr the same time as I pushed the build to my gallery but I will be going back to add links into the list. There are just a LOT to track down and it might take me a day or two to finish that part.

Café D'Artiste - with CC (Download Link included)
Another one of my 1900s Windenburg lots. This build is made up of 3 apartment buildings. Only the ground floors are furnished. In the middle there is a functional café. For gameplay reasons the other two buildings include a grocery store and an art gallery. For this my CC list is rather extensive. Of course if you only want this for the café part you do not need all the grocery items listed. There is a Download link at the end of the post. You can also find the build on my gallery. I have 5 lots left to build in Willow Creek 🫣
I wanted this world to feel like home. To me willow creek’s map layout reminded me of the areas I saw as a kid. I grew up in a town that was in the middle of nowhere, in the woods, hardly any stores other than mama and papa shops + that one McDonald’s across from my highschool. There were definitely suburban areas depending on where you were but I lived near the more rural parts. The houses were dated, falling apart, or needed TLC is some shape or form. I can’t say that this world mirrors where I grew up perfectly but I wanted to tie aspects I know & love with things I wish I had around me while still keeping that small town feeling.
Foundry Cove: this section of willow creek has been revamped by a home developer named Richard Dick (lol) his goal is to renovate Willow creek to be modern & full of apartments! He wants the towns people to move away from old values, and get with the times. Bigger is better! (We hate him okay)
Courtyard Lane: Homes are decorated with over grown gardens and trees that seem to landscape the entire neighborhood. Despite a few blemishes on the architecture, these homes are loved by residents who take pride in their community.
Pendula View: (not done yet) I was thinking of keeping the gothic mansions theme, I’m just learning how to better my buildings skills and so far I haven’t been able to perfect that worn Victorian home look yet BUT I want this area of willow creek to be mysterious but also welcoming. To be filled with very interesting characters as well- I may have to insert the goth family although all the sims in this save file are original, I just have to incorporate them in some way- even if it’s my own perspective of them.
Sage Estates: This area holds Willow Creek’s National Park; Oakstead Park, and the Cypress forest. This is an area for families to connect with nature, eachother & build skills outside!
Crawdad Quarter: The ‘center’ of town. Here we have the arcade, the family owned pizza parlor, small spa and local bar, The ‘Cozy Corner’ which is a building consisting of a book store, thrift shop & flower shop, and the last lot on this street is pending. Finally in the middle we have ‘Willow’s Heart’ recreational center.
Somethings I’ve learned / thought while starting this project & remaking the worlds into my own completely, is 1. Really challenging myself to learn how to build from scratch- I’ve always downloaded houses from the gallery because mine look like Minecraft houses lmao.
2. To decorate without cc when I’ve only ever had it in my game (it made me focus more on color pallets with limited pieces, even ones I don’t like)HOWEVER, once I finish remaking this save file I’m making a copy so I can add build cc because… this is not for the weak.
3. I feel more satisfied & creative in my gameplay/builds because I am now molding the worlds to the story lines I have. Every detail feels more intimate/ real/ intentional … and I love that for me!
4. It had made me think about what type of stories and environments am I seeing myself make? Am I seeing my personal values and passions show through building worlds entirely of my own perspectives? What are those things? Why? And how could I expand that perspective into something new and maybe even unfamiliar to me? I want my experience in creating, & building to be intentional.
I don’t know why I’m thinking so hard about a game but I am curious to how other people build their worlds, communities, relationships. What stands out most to them in their gameplay. I love seeing people who make and share save files because you can see a glimpse of their own little world. I probably won’t share my save though just because I am not that skilled at building and it’s more for my own enjoyment but if you have a save file I’d love to check it out. It inspires me in ways because I also see ways of building or being creative that maybe I wouldn’t have thought of on my own AH AH

Windenburg Train Station [Restaurant + Cafe ] ♥ The Sims 4: Speed Build // CC
♥ Hi guys, Today I present to you The Windenburg Train Station located in Windslar. This train station is known for it's Classical Architecture and beautiful historic interiors that has been conserved for decades. While the interior was updated with modern furniture's, the overall structure and essence of the building remains the same.
Located inside is a 5 star restaurant, "Florentine," and a café, "Stella's Cafe," where sims can dine and lounge while waiting.
The Windenburg Train Station is a multifunctional lot athat can be set as a restaurant or a Cafe. Some Spaces were left empty as I did not want to overly clutter the space with too many custom content. Feel free to decorate it!
Considering that this is a multifunctional lot, I recommend downloading LittleMsSam's Lock Door mod to lock doors in community lots. This will give you more control of the space. If you want your sims to specifically be seated inside the restaurant, I suggest locking the doors to the cafe and other parts of the building.

Legacy Challenge - Gen #4
Heir: Gunnar
Partner: Helena
Children: Zion, Daxton, Rylan and Adelynn
Gunnar grew into a bit of a quirky music nerd. He joined the music career after mastering the Violin young. He became quite lonely after his mother passed away, but was struck by an intense, sudden attraction to barista Helena while visiting a cafe in Windenburg. The two fell in love and lust immediately, but little did Gunnar know... Helena had a secret.
After finally getting married and moving in, Gunnar finally found out Helena’s true nature. She was a vampire! Before Helena met Gunnar, she was materialistic and evil, she didn’t care who she hurt or who got in her way. But something about Gunnar’s good nature and his sweet disposition inspired her to do better. He even demolished his family home, building a small little vampire-friendly starter home more after her tastes. It was entirely decorated in her darker, more gothic aesthetic despite Gunnar himself liking brighter more modern design. The only room in the house that he called his own was a music studio with a grand piano, his prized violin and his great grandad’s guitar. Helena loved this man and immediately dedicated herself to Vampire Lore, her aim was to cure her vampirism and become the Sim she knew Gunnar deserved. She even ordered plasma packs instead of feeding on others.... mostly.
After joining the mixology career, Helena became pregnant and soon after gave birth to twin boys. Two more different sims could not exist. The eldest, Zion, a luscious blonde haired vampire, evil by nature with big dreams of international fame and fortune. The younger twin, Daxton, a bit more like his father. Floppy, long brunette hair and a bit of a goof, he preferred to dedicate himself to his studies and playing tricks on his family and friends. Their second child was yet another boy, Rylan, who although quiet, would dedicate himself to his family the rest of his days. Finally, after all their attempts, Gunnar and Helena welcomed the girl they always wanted - Adelynn.
Soon after Adelynn grew into toddler, Helena finally realised that curing vampirism was actually easy as fuck and she had been stupid the entire time. She had been focusing all her energy on levelling up her vampirism, when all she actually needed to do was read some dusty, old books and make a random drink with definitely trustworthy ingredients ordered off the interwebs. At last, she was cured! She noticed her core being changed, as her evil trait disappeared, making way for the Sim she had been under the curse of its evil. However, she saw the vampire traits starting to manifest in her youngest daughter and vowed to make sure Adelynn never followed in her footprints.
Despite being evil and an incredibly useless student, Zion finally found purpose in acting. He joined the drama club in high school and his family saw hope for him yet, despite the fact he kept disappearing at night time... for... reasons. However, just as Zion was starting to turn over a new leaf, tragedy struck. Whilst doing his darnedest to finish a school project, he forgot to keep track of time and was burned alive by the sun.
The rest of the family never really recovered from the shock. They just continued their day-to-day existences. Helena making drinks. Daxton doing his homework. Gunnar composing mournful ballads on his piano. Adelynn... doing other stuff. Daxton soon left to attend University and Rylan moved to the city to find himself.
Due to her vampirism and many pregnancies, Helena outlasted the love of her life, Gunnar, who eventually died of old age. Leaving poor Helena and Adelynn alone in the house. Adelynn, an awkward tomboy with an idyllic romantic heart, was much closer to her father and found it difficult to live alone with her mother, but she persisted for the love she had for her dad. Rylan stayed in close contact with them, especially Helena, and would often call and invite them over to his gross tiny apartment in San Myshuno.
---
Just like the last gen, I wasn’t that excited for this heir. Because Yukio had already done the music thing with his guitar, I wasn’t really that inspired by Gunnar being a musician. However, I really loved the storylines that evolved after meeting Helena and she was honestly the saving grace of this entire gen. I haven’t really done the vampire thing, so trying to cure it and level it up was all new and exciting.
The child I was most excited for was Zion, I had so many grand plans for his future as an actor, but I screwed up and forgot about him and he burned up in the sun!! I’m also a bit angry at myself that I never got a proper family photo of all the children. It’s so hard to find a pose pack for the right amount of sims at the right ages, and because the boys were twins, it was even harder. I was kind of waiting for them all to age up, but Zion died before I could get the photo. I even tried to keep his ghost around, but then Gunnar died before I could figure out how to include the ghost in the picture too.
I used a lot from the gallery initially, but as the family grew I heavily modified it and I actually really liked the way it turned. Of course, I never thought to take a screenshot or save it, so it is now lost forever.

Welcome to Sims Petersburg Imperial Palace!! A private tour of HIM Tsarina Alexandra Private Apartments
Welcome one more to Sims Petersburg Imperial palace, the official residence of the Simpire Monarchs and my never-ending undergoing building project for the Simpire simblr story :).
This project wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing contents of numerous creators, many researches and photos but ,most importantly, The Winter Palace Research blog (for floor plans and old photos of the palace in use) and the amazing Hermitage museum 360º tour!!
Without them it would be nearly impossible to build this palaces as close as I can ( and as sims 4 allow😅)!!
Thanks to all!!!
Now let’s start our exclusive tour through HIM Tsarina Alexandra Private Apartments, hope you enjoy the tour as much as I’m loving building this Palace :)
Her Imperial Majesty, Tsarina Alexandra Simnov of Simpire, welcomes you into her Private apartments on the official residence of Simpire, the grand Sims Petersburg Imperial Palace. Since Her Imperial Majesty is not in residence, for she is visiting Her sister-in-law, HIH Grand Duchess Anastasia Duchess of Oldenburg, a special permission for our so requested tour of HIM Private Apartments in the Piano Nobile, was finally granted. ( just finished them 😅)
Arriving at the Imperial Palace from the Grand Palace Square, we find it’s main formal façade. HIM’s Private apartments face the grand square and the private garden of the palace and is located in its southwestern block
As we head to the southwestern block of the palace and climb through one of the ramps, we find HIM private entrance, this entrance leads directly to the private apartments of the Tsarina and is used whenever HIM arrives at the palace and wants to go directly to Her private quarters.
Entering throw this doorway and turning right we find the October Staircase the grand ...
... entrance to HIM private apartments. Restored and redecorated after great fire that destroyed the palace in 1837 the monumentality of the entrance was accentuated with sculptures and reliefs.
Today this room does not bear its original name and instead of HIM Grand Staircases, It was changed into October Staircase. A name chosen in memory of the revolutionary events of October 1917, when those storming the Palace entered the building by this route. The Staircase gives access to all of HIM private apartments, from the left we get access to the State Rooms of Tsarina Alexandra private apartments and from the right Her most private rooms...
We will take the door of the left and start our tour through the State Rooms of Tsarina Alexandra private apartments... please follow me...
The first room in our tour is HIM Own Staircase Landing a passage room that gives access, in one side, to the Hall of Cuirassiers first room of HIM State Rooms, and in the other side...
... to HIM Own Corridor leading to the Small Fieldmarshal Hall, that we will visit shortly, some small rooms and a staircase... now please follow me and we will continue our tour to the...
...the Hall of Cuirassiers. This hall is part of HIM state rooms and, at the same time, the first of the Military Halls. It is in this room where a Garrison of the Imperial Guard was an d is placed to protect and receive HIM (as in the last post) on formal occasions in Tsarina Private apartments.
continuing with our tour, this hall leads from one side to the Military Halls and in the other side to...
... the White hall. This magnificent hall was designed by Alexander Briullov in 1841 before the wedding of Grand Duke Alexander Nicholaevich (future Alexander II and Grand Duchess Maria Alexandrovna.
This tremendously large ceremonial hall, elegantly decorated with shades of white, is used for various celebrations and balls. The sculptural decoration of this hall designed for the Heir to the throne, and his wife, became the embodiment of the future Tsar reign, calling to mind the might and greatness of Simpire and symbolizing the flourishing of the arts...
This great hall connects manny rooms around it, from one side the Hall of Cuirassiers, the Gold Drawing Room, the Green Dining Room and HIM Private corridor. Now If you may follow me we will enter...
...The Gold Drawing Room. This room redecorated by Alexander Brullov in 1841, is notable for the opulence of its decor and its abundance of gold leaf. Ita was originally based on the Bavarian kings’ throne room in the Munich Residenz.
This Drawing Room is used for receptions, dances, and dinners for guests- in this room guests who just arrived wait for the private audiences. In December the Gold Drawing Room would be decorated with Christmas trees: each member of the Imperial Family have their own personal tree, with a table nearby for presents.
This magnificent Hall connects the white hall from one side, the green dinning room and the crimson Drawing room. Now let us take the door in our right and enter the...
Green Dinning room. In 1840, A. Briullov designed an interior staircase between the Gold Drawing Room and the White Hall in the apartments of Empress Marie Alexandrovna on the 2nd floor of the Winter Palace.
As the rooms of the Empress had no space for books, she arranged bookcases on the walls of the staircase landing.
There was no dining room in the apartments of Alexander II and Empress Marie. They ate their meals with Nicholas I’s family in one of the three dining rooms in Empress Alexandra’s suite.
In 1850, A. Stakenschneider demolished the staircase and created the green dining room in the rococo style we see today.
There are no windows in the dining room. The three doors that led to the Gold Drawing Room, White Hall and service pantry allowed the architect to add three fake doors for symmetry. The table extends to seat the 24 chairs and is normally used for small family dinners, meetings and receptions.
Let’s now return to the Gold Drawing Room and continue our visit to...
... the Crimson Drawing Room or Study. This room serves as a transition between HIM Private and State Rooms. The room was decorated by Briullov in 1841 and reworked by Stakenschneider in the 1860s.
The room gets his name from the silk fabric color. The rich red color of the walls and curtains combines perfectly with the white stucco highlighted with gold leaf decorations on the ceiling. This room was, and still is, the setting for small concerts in which celebrated musicians and singers participate.
The crimson drawing room is used by HIM to receive relatives and personal guests as well as study to the Tsarina.
Now if you’ll follow me into the next room...
... HIM Boudoir. The boudoir was created for Tsarina Maria Alexandrovna 1841, by Briullov and lately reworked, by HIM request, in 1850′s by Harald Bosse one of the leading architects of the 19th century.
Bosse produced an interior in the Rococo revival style in white, gold and Red and with a alcove is framed by a rich and elaborately shaped arch with caryatids.
This room is used by the Tsarina to entertain family meetings and some more close friends.
Following the tour, the next room we will enter is...
... HIM Tsarina Alexandra’s Bedroom. This bedroom was created for HIM Tsarina Maria Alexandrovna by Briullov In 1840.
The deep blue color of the walls contrast perfectly with the white and gold exquisites arabesques of the vaulted ceiling, pilasters and columns.
The interior of this room gets a sense of dynamism from the combination of the coved vaulted ceiling, over the main part, and cross vaulting above the sleeping area. The cubicle marked by a pair of columns and silk drapes to enclose the bed area. Although a part of HIM Tsarina Alexandra Apartments the Bedroom is used by both sovereigns.
TIM’s Bedroom gives access to, from one side, HIM bathroom and, in the other, the more modern and private rooms. Let’s follow our tour to the...
... HIM Bathroom. After the revolution and the transformation of the palace to a museum this bathroom was destroyed. After the restoration of the Imperial Regime, Their Imperial Majesties started the reconstruction process of the main apartments as they were. This bathroom was made to resemble the one Marie Alexandrovna had in this same room, but with the modern amenities. Let us continue our tour to the...
... HIM Dressing room. Briullov in 1841, decorated the dressing room all in pink; draped walls in pink fabric, curtains, upholstery, bed covers. The door on the left of Marie’s dressing room led to Alexander’s library and on the right to her bathroom and bedroom.
But, in 1845, Briullov redecorated the dressing room in dark blue using silk damask on the walls. He added the frieze along the top of the walls that incorporated Drollinger’s paintings of Peterhof, i.e. the Farm Palace, Gothic Chapel, etc., that are still to be seen today.
A small door hidden behind the screen on the right led to the staircase to the 1st floor children’s nurseries.
This room connects HIM’s apartments with HIM the Tsar apartments and to the Small Fieldmarshal Hal.
We will continue our tour of the palace through the door in the back, the one that connects HIM dressing room to...
... the Small Fieldmarshal Hal...
...it is in this hall where a garrison of the Imperial Guard is placed to protect HIM’s bedroom. Here we can find portraits famous of Simpire rulers and today this Hall is used for small receptions, private concerts, meetings, dinners and larger events for the 1st Spare apartment.
This Hall connects Her Imperial Majesty’s private apartments, the Dark Corridor, the 1st Spare apartment and HIM Own Corridor leading to the October staircase.
Now let’s see HIM’s most modern additions to the palace, Her private and most daily used rooms...Passing through HIM Own Corridor...
....HIM Own Staircase Landing...
...The October Staircase and pass throng the right side door this time into...
... HIM Private Corridor. This corridor links the October staircase to HIM Modern Dining room, Modern drawing room, the Green Dinning room and the White Hall... for this corridor a contract between classic and modern was chosen... let's continue to the...
... Modern Dinning room...
... since the revolution and the later palace conversion into a museum, many room where simplified and lost their royal appearance, a fact that allowed the current monarchs to leave their mark in the palace. In these 3 rooms her majesty decided to use dark wall colors to contrast with the rest of the rooms in her apartments and decorated with a collection of modern and contemporary art.
With the intention of representing the best of Simpire artists on the Imperial collection, and being a well known patron of the arts, His Imperial Majesty Tsar Nicholas III Simnov decided to invite all of them to paint the vaulted ceilings, walls and other objects in some of the palace rooms.
In HIM’s Modern Dinning the artist invited was the well known painting МАКСИМ КАНТОР.
Following the tour we will enter...
... HIM modern Drawing room....
Here a dark grey wall color and modern furniture was chosen to contrast with the new striking red vaulted ceiling...
... for this room His Imperial Majesty chose the famous painter Vitaly Komar... this set of modern rooms connect directly to...
HIM Tsarina Alexandra bedroom... Now, I’m sorry but we have to leave the apartments... just got the information that Her Imperial Majesty’s car is arriving at the square... having already seen all the rooms in our tour, please follow me as we exit through the Palace inner courtyard...
Hope you enjoyed our tour through HIM Tsarina Alexandra Simnov Private Apartments of Sims Petersburg Imperial Palace. Those will be some of the palace rooms featuring in the story!!
Sorry for another very long post, but I could not find a way to reduce the number of photos 😅.
Thanks to all the cc creators that made the most amazing content!! to @felixandresims for the always amazing architectonic and decor objects, @harrie-cc for building inspiration and re-colors, @thejim07 and @the-regal-sim for the amazing paintings, sculptures and furniture, and many others that created wonderful objects (sorry if I forgot someone)
Hope you continue to enjoy the story and the many other buildings, still WIP, I’m working on (Sorry if I never show the full building, but I’m always working on so many projects at the same time and the first parts I finished are the ones needed for the Story, in this case HIM Tsarina Alexandra Simnov Private Apartments. Next to be visited will be His Imperial Majesty Tsar Nicholas III Simnov Apartments :) )

Sims 4 Pack Ranking
Wondering which Sims 4 pack to buy? Here is my personal ranking.
Expansion Packs
1. Seasons
Great pack! It brings so much to the game! Weather gives the game a sense of realism. Being able to control the sim calendar is a God-send! You can add your own holidays and schedule events! Traditions are fun and bring family and friends together. I love throwing a Black and White bash on New Year’s Eve and a Dinner party on Christmas Day. It also helps you keep track of your sims’ schedules. Not to mention swings, sprinklers you can play with, kiddie pools, flower-arranging tables, snow activities, scarecrows, water baloon buckets, roller-blading and ice skating rinks and so much more! CAS and Bulid and Buy are also wonderful! And finally you can choose sims’ hot weather and cold weather outfits!
2. Cats and Dogs
I am biased because I love animals. Pets are a great addition to the family. You can train dogs, take them for walks and play with them. CAS for them is amazing! Brindleton Bay is a great seaside new world. And you can create and own your own vet!
3. Island Living
Certainly not everyone’s favourite pack but I absolutely love it! Sulani is a gorgeous world. Living the island lifestyle is one of my favourite’s to experience in this whole game. And now you can vacation their for a wonderful honeymoon or family trip! There’s mermaids (which you can become or create), sand activities, water activities like swimming, jet-skiing, canoeing, diving, scuba-diving and playing with dolphins. CAS and Build and Buy are amazing!
4. Discover University
My one issue with this pack is that I think it takes too long to graduate, especially when you’re playing on short lifespan. But apart from that, I have so much fun completing each students daily and term check-lists and it feels so good for your sim to enter a career at a higher level, already armed with the necessary skills. Living on campus is fun, especially in dorms. You can play table tennis, juggle a football or join the rabbit-hole team, build robots, ride bikes and more!
5. Get Together
Another pack that is not everyone’s favourite. I personally find it to be an essential. I use clubs all the time to allow family and friends to get together and socialise autonomously or to create specialised clubs where they complete hobbies autonomously and raise their skills. I find the nightclub experience so fun and take my sims out to one every friday in their clubs or by hosting a dance party or both! And the world is gorgeous! I love the little cafe’s!
6. Get Famous
I end up having a lot of performer sims, so the fame system and perks come in very handy. And your sim can get famous doing anything with the help of a drone and a video recording station! I think it adds to the game working towards your sim becoming not only a painter but a world-renowned one! There’s even a music station where you can create your own beats! The actor career is my favourite in the whole game. It’s so fun having your sims dress up in different costumes and perform a sword fight on set.
7. City Living
The City is beautiful. The festivals are amazing! My favourite is the spice festival because yes to my sims experiencing new cultures! I love living in an apartment. There are so many quirks, like your neighbour forcing their way in to borrow your shower or for game night. Love shooting hoops, setting off fireworks and adding all the new dishes to unique restaurants.
8. Snowy Escape
I’m still learning about this game as it’s fairly new. Love exploring the new culture. Their aren’t as many things to do at the festivals as I feel their were at those that came with City Living. Great food to add to restaurants. Snowboarding and skiing are really fun and it’s great that kids can do it too and that all ages, including todllers can snowboard. As someone who goes on a lot of walks, I look forward to trying out hiking. It looks really fun! I just feel this pack could have packed in a little more.
9. Get To Work
I’ve had this game for ages and I’m still yet to buy my own retail store. I need to get on that! I haven’t played the scientist career yet but I’ve played the doctor one and the law enforcement one and they do get boring after a while if your playing them actively everyday. Perhaps I should not play actively some days in the future. I think I just need to play with this one more.
10. Eco Lifestyle
I was really dissapointed when I heard this game was coming out. I’m all for saving the environment but I wasn’t sure it was something I’d have fun playing with in the sims and I haven’t really had much fun with it. Candle making is kinda fun but I hate that you have to have bits and pieces to make them as they are not easy to get. The only thing I really like in this pack is juice fizzing and the neighbourhood action plans. Free-love is a great addition for my polyamorous sims but it sucks that once they’re out of the neighbourhood, they get jealous again. Living off a dumpster is a fun challenge but it gets boring after a while. I don’t really like CAS or build and buy that much either.
Game Packs
1. Parenthood
Great pack! Adds so much depth to family play and I am pretty much exclusively a family player, even when I play with supernatural sims. I love that parents and guardians can shape their children’s personalities. Build and Buy is so pretty and colourful! It screams family play! Love the kids school projects. Love being able to ground kids and put them on time out, disciplining and encouraging them and even ordering them to do things.
2. Vampires
I looove playing with supernatural sims! In general I prefer witches and wizards and magic to vampires but this is just a solid pack. Build and Buy is beautiful and allows you to create unique gothic and historical buildings. CAS is very cool too! Forgotton Hollow is gorgeous. I absolutely love the look of it! I want to live their! I don’t care how creepy it is. The vampire powers system is so good and gives you a great goal to work towards. I get such a thrill using powers on and biting other sims at night. It looks so spooky! Super speed is so useful! And I love creating vampire clubs and having them have epic looking vampire duals, letting them spar and train eachother and turn other sims into slaves or vampires or vampire slaves! Much darker than the other games. I just wish kids could have vampire powers and have a vampire form.
3. Realm of Magic
I don’t know what it is but this game doesn’t seem as in depth as Vampires. It should but it somehow doesn’t. But it’s still a very good pack that satisfies my Potterhead needs well enough. You can create so many different types of spellcasters but I personally like going to the magic realm and learning all the spells and potions. It’s so fun duplicating yourself and setting sims on fire or conjuring a meal out of nowhere. Build and Buy is beautiful and duels are epic! I only wish kids could cast spells and it wasn’t so easy to learn all the spells and complete the aspirations.
4. Dine Out
A lot of people say this game is glitched and it does take, like a whole day to have a 3-course meal but I personally enjoy that. I like taking family or friend groups out to beautiful restaurants from the gallery on a Sunday and letting them socialise their all day while waiting for their meals and enjoying the atmosphere. I use this pack all the time. I love owning restaurants. I love choosing the menus and creating restaurants that reflect different cultures’ cuisine. Running one is really fun. It’s hard to get a balance, especially while starting out but with perks you can watch your restaurant thrive.
5. Strangerville
I played this through for the first time recently and I really enjoyed it! Much more than I thought I would. I love the possessed sims. They are so freaky. It’s a shame that it doesn’t feel like a game you’d want to play again but the world is nice.
6. Jungle Adventure
I confess. I entered a (I think it’s called a) temple for the first time at the end of last year. It took me forever to figure out how to get to one but when I finally did I found the game play a bit lackluster. But it’s a beautiful jungle-y world that is worth visiting for a vacation and exploring the culture is fun! Build and Buy is also amazing. And I liked adding the new cuisine to my restaurants.
7. Outdoor Retreat
I haven’t played this one in ages but I remember I had fun doing it. Basically, you could have a similar camping experience in Selvadorada or any other world. But it’s fun for the winter log cabins and if you’re looking for a more forest-y vibe.
8. Spa Day
Gorgeous Build and Buy! Worth it for that alone but I feel this pack could have been a stuff pack if you look at it compared to what we’re going to get in, say, Paranormal Stuff. Working on the wellness skill is cool. Teleporting is useful but a bit slow. I like having my sims go to a yoga class, meditate, get a massage and go to the sauna.
9. Star Wars: Journey to Batuu
I’ve seen like 2 Star Wars films and had no idea what was going on both times. Similarly, I was pretty confused while playing but I can’t deny I had fun completing the missions, fighting with lightsabers and chilling with my droid. I did get board after a while though. It doesn’t really fit in the game but I’m happy for Star Wars fans. I’d be estatic if they did a Harry Potter, Once Upon A Time or X-Men pack!
Stuff Packs
1. Kids Room
By far the best for me. You get so much stuff for kids. Love the addition of Voidcritters! The kids clothing is adorable and the Buy objects are incredible! Perfect for kids and creating unique rooms for them!
2. Toddler
Love the new toddler play equipment! It is so, so cute to watch them play. The CAS is so adorable as are the Buy objects. I have yet to use play dates but they sound great for my families!
3. Backyard
Love the water slide. My sims have so much fun on it. And the objects are great! Perfect for building a family garden. It makes me want to use the garden more in the sims.
4. Spooky
Not everyone’s favourite but I love spooky things (I was deprived of Halloween as a child!). I use it all the time to have spooky dress-up parties or for spooky night clubs or lounges. It’s the perfect thing to flesh out Spooky Day from Seasons.
5. Romantic Garden
I just think it’s pretty lol. CAS is really nice as are the buy items. The wishing well is fun and great to cheat with to bring back dead sims quickly, I recently discovered. There’s nothing more wonderful than going to a beautiful flowery garden at night with your sims couples.
6. Bowling Night
I find bowling pretty fun in the sims. It’s great for a night out with the family. I am biased because I love bowling with family on special occasions in real life. It’s great for sims birthdays and Build and Buy is so unique as is CAS.
7. My First Pet
Again, not everyone’s favourite but the items are freaking cute! Perfect for kids rooms and having a pet rodent is pretty cool as are the new CAS for Cats and Dogs. I wouldn’t be opposed to them expanding another pack like this was used to do in the future.
8. Luxury Party
I use the buffet table and the chocolate fountain all the damn time.
9. Perfect Patio
For the hot tub mainly! But the Buy items are great.
10. Cool Kitchen
I just love having my sims eat ice-cream on a Sunday. There are so many flavour combinations!
11. Movie Hangout
I love my sims having movie night with popcorn lol. And CAS and Build and Buy are pretty cool.
12. Vintage Glamour
CAS and Buy items are awesome. I love the vanity table and that kids can use it. The butler is useful but only a few of my sims live that kind of life.
13. Tiny Living
I was so disapointed when this pack was anounced but actually having a Tiny House comes with a lot of useful benefits. And Build and Buy and CAS are so pretty. Wish the furniture was tinier and the bed didn’t kill your sims all the time! I would actually like to use that bed!
14. Laundry Day
I was upset that simmers voted for this. It adds realism, so I’ll give it points for that.
15. Nifty Knitting
Again, I was upset that simmers voted for this but the Buy items are so colourful and pretty. Knitting can be kinda fun and some of the knittables are cute, especially the baby grows! Plopsy is a fun addition but I haven’t been able to make much money off of it.
16. Moschino
Love the update to photography. I use it with one fashion forward household. I hate CAS and Build and Buy.
17. Fitness
I never use the climbing wall but I like the wood design on the Buy items.
