Today is Cinnamoroll’s birthday 🥳 so here is a little set of Animal Crossing conversions of a folding sign, a mug with a lid, and a tray with coffee/tea and a kettle.

At Spring Steppes in Britechester, an all pink bakery/ café with an apartment on top 🎀🫖💐🥐🍰💗 can either be set as a café or as a shop (even though running one in the Sims is so annoying lol) so you can live upstairs & keep the clients from entering the bakery’s kitchen and apartment when it’s open.

J'ai oublié de remettre mon jeu à une résolution "normale" pour prendre mes photos donc elles sont anormalement larges...
Bwoh tant pus...
Ça avance lentement mais surement.
Le café est fini, la friperie est fini... probablement.
Il me reste à faire la zone bubble tea à l'arrière du bâtiment, avec une allure plus moderne.
Et puis j'hésite sur l'espace à côté entre un centre manucure/massage ou faire un truc de lavage de vêtement.
L'étage, je vais probablement laisser vide... ou faire des mini appartements. Je ne suis pas encore décidé.
Le toit doit encore être modifié, je ne suis vraiment pas satisfaite.

Terra finally closed up the little stall outside the house and opened up a bakery. It has taken so many (Sims) years to save enough money to open up the bakery. The house is not a forever home for this story and I like the thought of exploring all the different worlds, but I'm looking forward to the family being financially comfortable because it is hard scraping money together.

Whether you go for a cup of coffee or a relaxing escape, Oceanside Café has you covered! This family-owned café is located in the heart of Central Grove near the beach, providing drinks and live entertainment for over 70 years. The relaxing atmosphere is sure to calm you after a stressful day. The live music area has given many music artists their start. The most famous success story is of the hit band Alpha Flower. They still perform there today, so maybe you'll have a chance to catch a show.

Création build Sims 4 | Steam Cup
Steamp Cup est un café. C'est un bâtiment que j'ai rénové. J'avais envie de faire une décoration "vieille usine" et chill. Avec une couleur douce et vitaminée. J'ai également fait à l'étage, un bureau pour le/la patron.ne et une salle de pause pour les employé.e.s. Il y a des ccs dans ma créations. Comme d'habitude, vous pouvez modifier ma création à votre goût. Ou alors télécharger mes ccs qui sont maxis match.
♦ Histoire du lieu ♦
Steam Cup est un café lancé par un jeune homme qui après ses études à l'université, ne savait pas quoi faire de sa vie. Il a donc fait un emprunt pour racheter une vieille petite usine de carton. Et il l'a transformé en café. Un café où vous pouvez vous rendre pour lire, étudier, etc... Vous détendre avec une bonne tasse de café et une douceur.

Pack your bags, we're taking a trip to Paris!
This mod transforms Britechester (Discover University) into a beautiful Paris-inspired world. With the help of bbygyal123, I've created a unique experience that goes beyond just an aesthetic backdrop. I hope this new world will inspire gorgeous stories for you & your sims! ♡
Beautiful Street Decor
The streets are decorated with Parisian buildings, cafes with outdoor seating, and more, including iconic Morris columns showcasing beautiful ads designed by bbygyal123.
Functional Parfumerie
An interactive shop where you can purchase functional perfumes. There are 4 different scents with custom buffs. Storefront design by bbygyal123.
Functional Pâtisserie
An interactive shop where you can purchase macarons and petits gateaux. So far you can order 3 sweet treats, but I plan to expand the menu in future updates!
Foxbury Campus Overhaul
I personally hated the sleek modern look of Foxbury, so I've replaced the buildings to look more like Britechester university. Note: I did my best to preserve the core Foxbury object interactions, but my focus was aesthetics first, so there may be a slightly 'imperfect' experience for sims attending Foxbury university.
Coffee Cart Overhaul
The university coffee carts have a new design and a new expanded menu, featuring food & drinks from various packs such as croissants, crepes, macarons and café lattes. (Only food from packs you own will work.)
Paris-Inspired CC
New objects that you can use to decorate your own builds, including a functional espresso machine for the obligatory french cafe.
