Would you believe this?! My second set of @signatureneedlearts sock circular has broken at exactly the same place as my first needle. The needle tip simply séparés from the cord, a clean cut. I got these end of January/beginning of February and have not knit a gazillion pairs on them. This time the needle broke mid row! #signatureneedles used to be the Rolls Royce of knitting needles but clearly quality has gone down hill. I'm sending them a complaint now and hope to get my money back. Great customer service from @signatureneedlearts . After two of my sock circulars broke at exactly the same spot within a sort time of each other, I wrote them to complain. I was offered either an exchange or a full refund. I chose an exchange for other sizes of their interchangeable circulars as I have never had issues with those. And I have just received my new needles. So thank you @signatureneedlearts for the quick replacement.
