New Bitties
Alphyton (Storyswap! Alphys) This lizard-robot bitty is completely obsessed with anime, and has very strong opinions about it, Mew Mew Kissy Cutie being one of her favorites. She prefers shoujo anime over shounen anime, but sometimes she can be found watching more action-themed anime with Undyne bitties. Her favorite activity is cosplaying, but she’s too embarrassed to do it outside of the house. She also enjoys helping younger bitties with science questions and such.
Bear (Underfell! Asgore) Bear is a violent and cruel incarnation of a Bittygore, and has an extremely high amount of LV. He expects to be obeyed no matter what, even if the person he is speaking to is much larger than him, and will not hesitate to stab someone with his trident at even the slightest hint that he’s being disrespected in any way, shape, or form. He feels that all humans should die, and will go after any Frisk bitties should they be in the immediate vicinity.
Fresh Cream Guy (Underfresh! Nice Cream Guy) ‘Sup, dudes? This bunny bitty only sells the coolest and most rad of Fresh Creams, and he loves parkour and skateboarding. He also adores receiving compliments on his extremely colorful clothes, and totally knows that he’s all that and a bag of chisps. Favorite phrases are “off the heasy” and “I’m slammin’, dude.“
Nice Cream Pants (Underswap! Nice Cream Guy) Overworked and highly stressed, this unfortunate bunny could really use a break. He’s depressed and can be sarcastic, and he had dreams of being an actor. NCP is also afraid of talking to attractive people, and tends to stutter or behave oddly when confronted with one. He does not get along with NTT bitties. At all.
River Goop (Underswap! River Person) River Goop is a very lonely bitty, and tends to leave a trail of black goo wherever they go. They are also unnaturally quiet, and would have been normally assumed mute if not for the humming one can hear at night. They aren’t very comfortable around humans or children, yet dogs seem to love them for some reason.

If you're still taking suggestions, perhaps Remindshipping for the pairing Priest Seto x Ryou Bakura? Since Ryou's appearance would probably remind Priest Seto of Kisara.
Nowhere in canon is it specifically calling Ryou out for white hair and pale skin (especially since his skin isn’t actually paler than the others) while Kisara is actually beaten for her strange skin and hair.
Aside from the hair, that doesn’t hold much water. I’d say no to this reasoning.
