‘Damn it where’s my notebook?’ You thought to yourself as you’re rummaging your locker. You’re just an average student, with small circle of friends and average scores, not involved in any of the school drama. You’d like think that you’re living a peaceful life in school….besides the assignments and studies that the teacher gives you. It’s their job though so you can’t really blame them.
Finally after looking at your locker for a while, you finally found your notebook. You grabbed it and closed your locker, immediately walking away to go to your class. Youngjae is also from the same group as Shinyu. Their group consist of six people, Shinyu as the reliable one, Dohoon as the playful one, Youngjae as the responsible one, Hanjin known as the nicest boy, Jihoon being the social butterfly of the group, and Kyungmin who is very energetic.
“Ok stop daydreaming now, the teacher is here already.” You snapped her out of her daydream as the teacher walk inside the classroom to start the lesson.

Youngjae, as responsible as ever, looks at his phone and reminded you all, “It’s almost time for the next class. We need to go now if we don’t want to be late.” You all cleaned the table and about to go to your separate ways to your own classroom. Unfortunately, F/n suddenly feels sick and has to go to the infirmary. You offered to accompany her but she insisted that she can go alone. Youngjae offered to go to the infirmary with her although she refused at first, he also insisted and ended up going together.
Shinyu walked up to you hesitantly, looking anywhere but you. “Uh…do you want me to walk you to your class? You know, since your friend seems to be sick and won’t be able to come to class with you.” He offered. You wanted to refused at first, really don’t want to bother him, but Hanjin suddenly popped out.
“Just let him walk you to class, otherwise he’s going to be sulking for the rest of the day.” Shinyu turned to Hanjin and playfully hit him. You can’t help but find the situation cute. You decided to take his offer and now you’re walking together to your class. It was a little awkward because none of you were talking so you were about to open a conversation when he once again beats you to it.
“I just realized that I never got your name. May I know your name please?” He asked. You looked at him, realizing that you know him but he obviously doesn’t know you since you’re not as well known as him.
“Oh my name is Y/n.” You introduced yourself. He nodded and proceeds to ask more questions about you, with you answering and also asking something about him in return. It doesn’t take long for you guys to reach your classroom. You turned to him to let him know that this is your class.
“Alright, I’ll see you around then.” He started to walk away but stopped abruptly. You looked at him confused when he turned to you again. He walked up to you again and he looks nervous.

“Wow they’re actually really fun.” F/n said. You can’t help but agree with her. After texting with the boys and laughing at some of their responses, you and F/n grabbed your bags and leave the classroom as school is over already. He then kneels down to you to check for any injuries, glaring at the girls when he hears no apology. They flinched, immediately said sorry and ran away. He then proceeds to give every student who gathers around them a disappointed look.
“You all are no better. Why are you just watching when someone is being hurt? I hope you all are disappointed in yourselves. Shame on you all for allowing this kind of behavior to happen.” They all look guilty as they start to walk away. After that, he gives you his attention again.
“Are you ok? I’m sorry for not being here earlier. Let’s get you to the infirmary.” He said softly, suddenly lifting you up bridal style. You yelped in surprised, arms immediately warped around his neck.

i do love when i saw the comments abt ep13 I think? the fear of the amnesia trope happening (v understandable) and when I was thinking of stuff to write I was like. what if. shin-yu really does get amnesia because that stuff is glorious, I mean wouldn’t want be in the show currently jfjfjfj but in fanfic world…. yes. oh my god, okay. I had some idea abt this how would go but another just popped into mind. if… since shin-yu forgot, it would make it easier for Hong-Jo to slip away. to be gone of his life completely. fcking hells. the angst. oh, hongjo why tho art pain thyself this way…. but this is incredibly fun to think of. angsttt, my beloved.

[ Introduction to Sho’ko Zhaonu & The Start of EWF 2K17 ] ( S0.1 )
Sho’ko was attending Drexel College by day, taking courses that would lead him to become a Physician. At night, he was a bar tender at Club Kay’juu from the hours of 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM. It was now 10:06 PM and he was sprawled across his bed, nude, with a book about anatomy on his stomach and a nude Puerto Rican next to him with her arm slung over his chest within his apartment.

His phone started ringing and he groggily opened his eyes and went to reach for the phone, the book slid off of him and fell to the floor as he picked up the phone and looked at the screen.
The text on it: WORK
He blinked and quickly pushed that girls arm off of him as she murmured out something and rolled over. He slid off the bed and ran over to the dressed, clicking accept call, “Yo.”
“Sho! Where the hell are you?”
“I’m stuck in traffic. I’ll be there soon!”
He got dressed in some ripped up jeans and loose fitting, sleeve-less gray shirt that had acid burns over it as well as some black socks and timberland boots. Keys were nabbed off the dressed and he ran out the door and into the parking lot to where his 370 Z was.
One press of the key fob and the parking lights flashed yellow and the car chirped.
“SHO! YOU JUST NOW ARE GETTING TO YOUR CAR!?”
His boss was pissed.
“I’ll be there in 10 minutes!”
He hopped into his car and pressed the clutch and hit the button on the dash to start it. Immediately it drew to life in a rough rumble that shook the car slightly each revolution from the the lopey cams. He set his phone down in the middle console cup holder and shifted into first before releasing the clutch fully and throttling it half-way. Rear tires spun and spat smoke behind him as he took off!
Bluetooth picked up the phones signal and transferred the call to the interior speakers as his boss continued, “10 minutes!! It takes 20 to get here! Hurry up!”
“Jeez. Hold on, I’m coming!”
Two blocks and swerving over the double yellow lines a few times to pass some other vehicles in his way, he was now on the on-ramp to the high-way and he dumped the clutch to shift into fourth. That 3.7L motor began to wind up those dual turbines and once he was on the actual high-way, he ripped past cars like a jet, causing them to shake in passing with the wind he stirred up.
8 minutes and 12 seconds later . . .
He was off the highway now and slowing down as he saw red and blue flashing lights outside the clubs parking lot. This wasn’t anything new to him, there was a huge crowd there and he figured it was just people being idiots. It happened a lot and this was a hot spot so there was always a ton of people.
He’d take it easy, entering the parking lot and driving past the plethora of angry looking people and park around the side where the workers usually did. There was a cop at the side door as well. He’d just shut off his car and pop the E-brake before hopping out and walked up to the cop, saying “Is everything all right?”
“Yes. You’re Sho’ko Zhaonu?”
“ . . . am I in trouble?”
“No. You may enter.” The cop opened up the door.
Sho’ felt weird as he walked in and the cop shut the door behind him. He walked through the locker room and could hear some kind of other music playing, not the typical club music . . .

. . . and as he stepped out onto the dance floor, he saw a 6′7″ and viciously muscular man with long red hair behind the bar in an orange jumpsuit looking like he was fresh out. The big guy was fixing a drink and was finalizing it with whip-cream and dropping a cherry very gently on the top of it with his other hand.
Sho’ approached hesitantly and looked around. The entire club was empty and he muttered, “What the hell . . . “
The big guy smiled over at Sho’ and gestured a hand to the stool before sliding the drink over as if he made it for him saying, “My name is Toras Shinyu. I just bought this club and entire block. So, technically you work for me now.”
Sho’ didn’t know what the hell happened. This big guy was like a white Suge Knight. He slowly sat down and stared blankly at Toras. Toras gestured to the drink and smiled, “Try it. Tell me what you think.”
Sho’ hesitated but eventually picked up the drink and took a sip, having a cream mustache before licking it off, “ . . . it’s sweet.”
Toras chuckled and leaned over to pick the half-creamed cherry off of it and pop it into his mouth, “Mmmph. Why yes it is.”
Sho’ huffed and looked around once more, it was eerie seeing the place empty, especially with this music on, “So . . . “
The big guy reached under the bar and pulled out a set of papers, setting them down upon the bar between him and Sho’, leaving his index finger on top of it, “You’re Sho’ko Zhaonu, one of Shou Zhaonu’s sons. Your half brother, Sato, was not born with the gift. But, looking over your medical records and the fact that you’re trying to become a physician to better understand your bodies own chemistry, you’ve know idea that you’re the perfect build to be a renowned fighter.”
Sho’ blinked and looked at the papered for a moment then back to Toras with a raised brow, “What the fuck? Who the hell are you?”
“I’m your new boss and if you want to keep this job, you’re going to have some new rules to follow and with the economy down in the dumps, I can’t imagine where else you’d like to work to try and pay for school, a car note, and an apartment. By the way, how’s Meryl? She treating you right?” Toras clicked his tongue and smiled like the devil incarnate.
Sho’s eyes widened, it was sinking in that he may have just been pulled into some mafia type stuff, “Y-You know Meryl?”
“Of course, I sent her to help ease away some of the tensions of life. Though, I do apologize for cutting this short. I need to get back. I will be out in two weeks and we’ll continue this discussion then. For now . . . read these papers. I’m planning on keeping this club but the rest of the block I’m building a stadium and for it, we will be traveling the world looking for its best warriors.”
Toras said no more as one of the police came in and Toras stepped out from behind the bar and held his arms forward with wrists together and was cuffed before being lead out.
Sho’ just watched the display like . . . the fuck?
