I remember when some FPS characters (And others) showed up in this panel from a comic from the Turma da Mônica series.

Duke Nukem and Gordon Freeman are obvious but i'm also pretty sure above Duke is the Quake Shambler.

The Shambler: Fur or No Fur?

This is the Shambler, a yeti-like creature in the game Quake. Standing a little over 8 feet tall, this fearsome eyeless beast has been a fan favorite ever since the game released in 1996.

But ever since it's introduction, one thing has puzzled Quake fans: Does the shambler have fur?

Quake Champions seemed to introduce a possible answer to this question, introducing cosmetics of both a furry and non-furry shambler:

Later on, the Quake 2 remaster actually featured the shambler as a secret enemy! Here's its official description.

Some of Quake's developers have argued that the lovecraftian monster that the Shambler is based off of has no fur, but many community members have always seen it as a furry creature.

Look really closely at its model. What do you think?

That's awesome! I just hope they at least still have the Shamblers emit spores. Might be weird to retroactively say, "oh yeah, and if you breath it you die too" given how they did the first season, but Shambler spores are totally doable!
