sealas is like a weird mirror to zamasu. Both are fighting for what they think is justice and are capable to get there hands dirty. but with zamazu his justice and reasoning for his actions stems from ego and general hate for mortal life. While sealas justice and reasoning came from his belief of if one has the power to save then they must save and love for life.
the moment that kick start zamazu actions was a mortal raising at the same level of god and he couldn't allow that.
sealas moment was him having to be force to stay at the sidelines and watch majin buu destroy a entire world knowing that he could have stopped it and wanting to save the people who suffered and died because of events likes this.
