Scent Bottle. British origin, date of manufacture unknown (likely Victorian era?). Made up of a faceted red glass body and a silver screw lid. Sized at h 44mm x dia 32mm.

I talked about this a bit on this earlier post and I don't think I have anything significant to add to it at this time. But I could tell you which perfumes they might wear in modern times? (Scents are hard to describe but I included some of their main notes to give you a vaguest idea of what they're like).

gimme a whumpee who was wearing a hoodie/other article of clothing of caretaker's when they were captured and when the hoodie finally loses caretaker's scent it destroys whumpee more than anything whumper does to them 🫶

FEBRUARY. homemade lemon cake, glossy magazines, mornings spent exploring empty museums and evening ballet classes, nude pink nails, ribbons braided into shimmering hair, heart-shaped champagne truffles, fashion documentaries, anthologies of love poetry, stracciatella yoghurt, lash serum, lemon-golden light slowly seeping back into grey days and first dreams of spring-pink perfume. The promise of falling in love with the person you’re working to become.

When you find something you want (even if it’s just a result of casual thinking or boredom or a harmless ‘what if’), hold onto it.
