SANDMAN 705'S DOOM TIMELINE

IMPORTANT NOTES

-This is my (Sandman705) headcanon for the entire Doom Series. Despite that, I could not make this all up myself obviously. I have taken from, edited, changed around and copied from the following sources:

-doom.fandom.com – Taking elements from the Shared Timeline and Timeline (Doom 3 as a prequel) as well as plot elements and codex entries from individual games

-Wikipedia – various plot elements from all games

-Various reddit posts from fans and contributors

-For the Wolfenstein part of the timeline I simply used what was online from the fandom site. I have played most Wolfenstein games but not to the extent of Doom. I do not know if those events follow the old school classic games, the new ones or a mixture of both – but in this timeline the Axis powers do NOT win WWII.

-Because the classic Doom games had very little (if any) plot, their game summaries are both shorter and have a lot of imagination in them as opposed to the newer, more fleshed out, plot driven games starting with Doom 3.

-I re-played through all Classic Doom games with the “Brutal Doom” mod enabled.

-Final Doom IS canon in this timeline

-After years of believing Doom 3 was a prequel to the entire series, I have since changed my mind – Doom 3 happens after Doom 64 and the Marine in that game is not The Doom Marine as he was still locked in his sarcophagus at the time Doom 3 happens. Furthermore, the Marines in Doom 3's expansions are both different than the Marine in the main game of Doom 3

-Both Doom RPG games are not represented here. I never played those games and their plots do not coincide with the rest of my timeline.

-There is A LOT of interpretation and assumption made about what happened between Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal because ID and Bethesda have never really explained in full detail what did go down

BEFORE THE DAWN OF TIME

-A being is created – a primordial – Davoth – with every step he takes new worlds are created the first of which is known as Jekkad (Hell)

-Davoth creates Urdak and the Makyr race to aid in the discovery of immortality which they keep to themselves

-The Father challenges Davoth to a dual, defeats him, rips out his life sphere and places him in the Ingmore Sanctum – Jekkad is sealed off from the universe and its residents driven mad

-With history rewritten and the Father as the creator of everything, Davoth from beyond the grave continues to influence the most powerful beings in the universe

-Chaos erupts on Urdak and The Father instructs Samur Makyr to seal his life sphere in the I Ingmore Sanctum next to Davoth (The Dark Lord) Samur Makyr takes The Father's consciousness with him

-A giant sphere plunges into Argent D'Nur and wraiths appear from it – they give magic and life to the worlds and the race of Argenta People are born

-The Argenta People saw the wraith's gifts as magic, the Night Sentinels protected the Argenta, while the Priests of the Order Deag would worship and venerate them.

-The Makyrs appeared to the Sentinels and offered them a great gift – those who served them would be granted an afterlife in the realm of Urdak – while they still venerated the wraiths they came to worship the Makyrs as their true gods, including their leader the Khan Makyr.

80,000,000 B.C.

-Agaddon Hunters, a species indigenous to Earth, are frozen in the polar wastes. They predate other complex Earth-based life. Their corpses are frozen in the Arctic and preserved below the polar ice.

60,000,000 B.C.

-Argenta constructed a settlement on earth in its polar regions during Argent D'Nur's extraterrestrial expansion.

-Deag Priests experimented on remains of the Agaddon, creating the first Doom Hunters who, way in the future, would battle The Doom Slayer and his Night Sentinels during the Unholy Crusades on Argent D'Nur. They assaulted the armies of the North, and were among the ranks of the demonic forces during the Argenta Civil War

1934

-The Totenkopf instituted by Heinrich Himmler becomes the symbol of recognition and loyalty to Hitler and his ideals. These were used on rings adapted Pagan Germanic mythology from Thor, and Wotan's spear.

1937

-Deathshead begins research into Super Soldiers

1938

-As early as 1938, it was concluded that Operation Resurrection would require the development of an advanced synthetic humanoid host.

-A very good year for wine, as the 1938 Latour proves.

1939

-Nazi invasions begin in Europe. Nazi Tanks roll into France, Hitler's armies retrieve the Spear of Destiny from Versailles, and bring it to Castle Nuremburg.

-Einstein writes a letter President Franklin D. Roosevelt warning of German's advances in physics and warning of the possibility of Nazis developing a uranium bomb.

-Operation: Resurrection is put on hiatus, after some major disaster at the Holstein Dig.

1940

-April 16: War Department records issues for Webley and Blazkowicz

-June 25: The end of Operation Fall Rot – Nazis conquer France

-September 21-November 9: Jean Moulinbriefs William Blazkowiczunder a mission for the OSA in France. The French Resistance help B.J. Infiltrate Germany. The Spear of Destiny is recovered from Castle Nuremburgand The Demon is destroyed. The spear is brought back to the U.S. where it was kept under tight security. B.J is honored by President Roosevelt for his actions at the White House in Washington, D.C.

1941

-Hans von Schlieffen and a group of Storm Troopers travel to the U.S. to regain the spear. Hitler's forces recapture the Spear of Destiny again, but only the Axe escaped to the Nazi's Secret Scandinavian Base (built to carry out atomic research). Three intelligence agents are killed trying to infiltrate Hitler's headquarters. Admiral Powell of the U.S. navy sends B.J. to recover it.

-December 7: The Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service launches a kamikaze attack on Pear Harbor in Hawaii

1942

-January 10: Nazi's begin working on a human gene modification in an attempt to create a Super Soldier.

-January 17: Experiments are successful. Soldiers begin to smuggle out Super Soldier cocktails to enhance themselves and sell on the Black Market.

-February 4: A scientist tries one of the cocktails and it works

-March 1: B.J. Is sent on a mission to stop Nazi forces near Castle Wolfenstein

-March 6: Olaric awakens from his tomb, kills the Nazi's who awakened him and is defeated for the first time by B.J.

-March 10: Marianna Blavatsky is defeated for the first time but she later recovers

-March 12: B.J. Defeats Doctor Schabbs for the first time (or one of his relatives)

-March-May: The Axis Empire is at its height. While the Soviets battle the Axis in the East, the remaining Allied Forces damage and distract the Axis in the West until a liberation of Europe can be mounted.

-May: The Allies concentrate their efforts in North Africa. Here the Axis Forces are keen to inflict further defeats and seize control of the oil-rich Middle East.

-June: Over the course of a month, B.J. Has his original encounter with Hans Grosse at Dresden, early Eisenfaust encounters and a battle with Adolf Hitler at Castle Wolfenstein – FALSE end to the war.

-July 14: Operation Return to Castle Wolfenstein, letter sent out to OSA agents.

1943

-February 7: Germany signs top secret documents. B.J is reassigned to Libya to help fight against Erwin Rommel

-March 9: The last Dark Knight is discovered

-March 11: Zemph arrives at Castle Wolfenstein

-March 12: Agent Blazkowicz is reassigned to OSA. He and Agent One are sent from Libya to capture Helga von Bulow in Northern Egypt.

-March 13: An attempt on Hitler's life is made. Henning von Tresckow asked Col. Heinz Brandt to take brandy on Hitler's plane. The attempt failed due to a faulty detonator.

-March 14: Blazkowicz and Agent One reach Ras El-Hadid. After failing to capture Helga von Bulow, they steal a Ju52 transport plane and fly to Castle Wolfenstein in Northern Germany.

-March 15: Blazkowicz and Agent One are shot down over Castle Wolfenstein. They are captured by Helga von Burlow. Agent One is sent to Doctor Zee for torture and interrogation.

-March 16: Disaster at the Dig Site, Otto missing. The Royal Air Force raids Berlin, causing large fires and dozens of civilian casualties.

-March 17: Death of Agent One. Blazkowicz escapes Castle Wolfenstein and fights his way to Wulfburg Church. Helga von Bulow Summons Olaric. She kills Zemph and is in turn killed by Olaric. Blazkowicz confronts and kills Olaric (for the second time, who had become more ghost like in his new form), and retrieves the Dagger of Warding, a mysterious Thulian artifact.

-March 20: Blazkowicz infiltrates Deathshead's rocket base at Katamarunde near the Baltic Sea, destroys an experimental V2 rocket and a prototype Mark I radar array.

-March 21: Blazkowicz infiltrates Katamarunde Airbase, steals the Bachem Ba317 Kobra plane, and flies it to Malta. That night, he is deployed to Kugelstadt, where he assists in the defection of one of Deathshead's research scientists.

-March 22: Blazkowicz infiltrates Deathshead's Secret Weapons Facility below Kugelstadt. Later in the day he is deployed to Norway, where he infiltrates Deathshead's X-Labs and destroys his first Übersoldat. Deathshead escapes and is promoted to General.

-March 23: Blazkowicz is deployed to Paderborn in the evening. He assassinates top officers of the SS Paranormal Division in Paderborn and in Chateau Schufstaffel. Blazkowicz infiltrates the dig site and returns to Castle Wolfenstein. Marianna Blavatsky resurrects Heinrich I to become the New Reich leader. Blazkowicz defeats the Dark Prince and terminates Operation Resurrection.

1944

-July 20: An agent attempts to kill Adolf Hitler, with a bomb – however, Hitler survived the attempt. The Spear of Destiny is recaptured by Hitler. Learning from his past mistakes, Hitler has expanded his subterranean command bunker beneath the chancellery in Berlin so that he can keep the Spear of Destiny nearby and well-guarded. Calling upon the dark forces of the occult, he summons Abigor, Hitler can see into the future and obtain the plans to future weapon systems. B.J. is sent to retrieve The Spear again. He discovers that the Nazi's are working with magic that allows them to see the future (even going as far to steal technology from the Union Aerospace Corporation). B.J. fights his way defeating Hitler's forces, but is transported to the Future onto a UAC Mars Base (c. 2140s). He defeats the Devil Incarnate and escapes. All of this leads to the Global Warming effect that begins changing the Earth

1945

-February -B.J. stops the German's deadly gas manufacturing.

-B.J. Destroys Operation Eisenfaust completely

-Blazkowicz defeats Hitler again. B.J becomes a hero and world famous, also meeting President Roosevelt again. The war continues in Europe.

-March -To prevent allies from capturing the Totenkopf rings, Himmler ordered that Shrine at Wewelsburg castle be blast-sealed into the side of the mountain near the castle.

-April 28: The Spear of Destiny is finally captured by Allied Forces for the last time from Nuremberg. It is said General Patton discovered the spear, and the downfall of Germany began that day. On the same day Hitler committed suicide in the Fuhrerbunker with Eva Braun. It was fabled that the U.S. was destined to succeed Germany as the New World Power once ownership of the spear changed. Operation Nichtsonne commenced and the war ends in Europe.

-August 6: The United States drops an atomic bomb on the city of Hiroshima, Japan

-August 9: The United States drops an atomic bomb on the city of Nagasaki, Japan

-September 2: World War II officially ends with Japan's surrender to the Allies

-October 23: B.J. Blazkowicz's ID expires

1951

-Blazkowicz gets married to Julia Marie Peterson, later his son Arthur Kenneth Blazkowicz is born.

1975

-Arthur becomes a television host and changes his last name to Blaze.

1978

-Arthur marries Susan Elizabeth McMichaels.

1982

-William Blazkowicz II is born.

1990-1991

-William Blazkowicz II (Billy Blaze) age 8 (Billy Blazkowicz shortened) using the alias of one of his grandfather's old WW2 buddies “Commander Keen”, saves Earth from many threats, even travelling to Mars.

2009

-B.J. Blazkowicz III is born on Earth

2015

-Union Aerospace Corporation is founded by Thomas Kellinher on Earth.

2025

-UAC makes its name in the famous Joint Mars Expeditions

2027

-B.J. Blazkowicz III enlists in the United States Military Marine Corps.

2030

-The UAC begins experiments on Mars' two moons – Phobos and Deimos to conduct inter- dimensional space travel and experimentation with teleportation. They begin by testing teleportation – throwing inanimate objects into one teleporter and watching those objects pop out of the other.

2034

-November 15: The Doom Marine (B.J. Blazkowicz III) arrives on Mars on Transport 4409 as punishment for assaulting a superior officer for ordering his soldiers to fire upon civilians, and to replace another soldier. He and his body cast were shipped to Pearl Harbor, while The Doom Marine was transferred to Phobos, still home of the UAC.

2035

-January 2-March 16: The gateways on Phobos and Deimos grow increasingly unstable. Military and UAC volunteers entering them either totally disappear or become stricken with some strange form of insanity – babbling vulgarities, bludgeoning anything that breathes and finally suffering a horrific death of full body explosion. Matching heads with torsos becomes a full-time job. Official reports state there is a “small setback” but “everything is under control”

-March 17: A distress signal is sent from Phobos stating that “something evil” is coming out of the gateways and the computer systems have gone berserk. Deimos completely vanishes from the sky. The Doom Marine and 11 others are sent up to Phobos. The Doom Marine keeps guard on the perimeter and the team enters the Phobos facilities. His radio picks up the atrocities going on inside – guns firing, men and women yelling orders, screams, bones cracking and then a sickening silence. Everyone was dead. Knowing he could never navigate off the moon alone, The Doom Marine (armed only with a pistol and brass knux due to the assault team taking all the heavy weapons) enters the Phobos facility.

-March 17-23: KNEE DEEP IN THE DEAD – The Doom Marine fights through the facilities on Phobos, acquiring weapons and intel along the way. He eventually ends up in the Computer Station and finds all 3 keys which unlock the entire station. Upon exiting he descends into the Phobos Anomaly – a top secret site of experimentation which had turned into a site of hellish worship. There was no denying these creatures were invaders from Hell. The Doom Marine fights the twin Barons Of Hell and defeats them. Stepping on the Portal that opens he is transported to Deimos.

-March 23-29: THE SHORES OF HELL – The Doom Marine arrives on Deimos and although he has never been to any of the installations there, he can tell they are not as they were before. Hellish monuments decorate the halls of the Deimos installations, skinned human corpses and haunting faces appear scattered throughout. Indeed Hell was taking over. As The Doom Marine blasts through each installation of the Deimos base he soon arrives at the Tower Of Babel – a massive structure constructed as a pathway directly to Hell. The Cyberdemon Lord Harbinger that ruled over the Tower gave the Doom Marine a fight, but The Doom Marine himself was already beginning to transform into something more than human. After The Doom Marine slayed the beast he looks over the edge of Deimos and there lied the truth – Hell awaited the Doom Marine!

-March 29-April 5: INFERNO – The Doom Marine arrives in Hell and his rage grows from within. As he battles deeper into the pits of Hell he feels himself changing inside. He is getting stronger, faster, more brutal. He fights all the way to Mount Erebus and conquers it. After navigating through the maze that is Limbo (where unbaptized souls dwell) he arrives at the center of the capital city of Hell – Dis. It is there he confronted and destroyed the Spider Mastermind who orchestrated the entire invasion. With Hell's armies defeated, a portal opens and transports The Doom Marine to a remote area of Earth. There he learns the brutal truth – his pet rabbit Daisy has been slaughtered and the invasion has begun on his home planet! Finally free of Hell, the war is just beginning!

-April 5-10: THY FLESH CONSUMED – Landing on a remote area of Earth, the invasion is in full force. Now with a Hell rage growing inside him, The Doom Marine vows to destroy every last demon on the planet. The battles on this remote area are quick and merciless. The Doom Marine grows not only in power but in the ability to modify his equipment and armor. As he clears out the last of this area he heads to the bigger cities of Earth, hoping to destroy the demons and make contact with the UAC or US Military.

-April 10-September 11: HELL ON EARTH – The Doom Marine is now forever changed after his ongoing battles with the forces of Hell. Stronger, faster and more destructive, he arrives at the main UAC Starport on Earth in Los Angeles, California. What is left of humanity has holed up in the UAC Starports around the globe. Fighting through the main Starport he makes it to the depths of the installation where he flips the master switch and sends all of humanity that is left alive to safety in space. He accepts his death is imminent but continues to fight after learning the source of the demonic invasion is his own hometown! The Doom Marine battles through the streets of Milwaukee and finds a portal that brings him back to Hell. The Doom Marine, now more violent than ever, storms Hell once again. Hell has adapted the UAC's technology and they started to merge it with their own world creating a perverted version of the future! Eventually The Doom Marine confronts the Icon Of Sin. After he obliterates the Icon, its gruesome death causes massive devastation in Hell. The Doom Marine escapes and the portal to Hell is (apparently) sealed.

-September 12-24: NO REST FOR THE LIVING – Back on Earth The Doom Marine is not convinced the invasion is over and he was correct. Now in Florida, The Doom Marine uses another UAC base to travel to a Hell Pocket deep within the depths of Hell which had not been affected by the Icon Of Sin's death. He once again faces a reborn and resurrected Harbinger and destroys him with extreme prejudice, officially ending the invasion of Earth.

-September 25: The Doom Marine is placed in the care of the United States Military, The United States government officially pauses all UAC activity for further review.

-September 29: The invasion is officially declared over, humans begin returning to Earth after months in space. Immediate reconstruction of the planet begins.

-October-December: The Doom Marine undergoes physical, psychological and emotional testing while in isolation. It is determined his time in Hell changed him in all aspects of his life. His stature was more muscular and he had actually appeared to stop aging. He was in peak physical condition and a perfectly healthy 26 year old male. He seemed numb to the events that took place, blowing everything off – EXCEPT when talking about the actual killing of the demons.

2036

-The Doom Marine remains under supervision of the United States Military. The United States government eventually gives the UAC the go ahead to restart their research.

2037

-January-April: The UAC is recommissioned under strict supervision of the United States government. The Marines are the official “security” for the UAC once again. After Hell's catastrophic invasion of Earth, the United States took steps to try to prevent another invasion from occurring. The old UAC corporation was re-founded – though it survived most its top level management had been destroyed. It was turned over to strict government supervision, under completely new management

-April 7: The UAC and United States begin talking about projects with the main goal of stopping an invasion from ever happening again in the first place – immediately, equipment is shipped to one of Jupiter's moons – Io. The UAC, Marines and US government begin setting up shop there. The code name for the project is “TNT” or “The New Technology”

-April-October: The UAC conducts experiments with portals, this time how to force them closed in case of an emergency. There was a small invasion incident but the Marines were ready this time, the invasion was stopped, the evil wiped out and the portal closed

-October 2: The Doom Marine is recommissioned for active duty and given a special title of “The Marine Commander” - he is shipped to Io to oversee the various projects.

-October 18: Back on Earth, another UAC project begins called “The Plutonia Experiment” in South America

-December 5: The UAC and Marines, believing that yearly supply ship was on its way, were caught by surprise as Demons attacked and invaded from space a Mother Ship made up of flesh, metal and evil. The Marines were not equipped and ill-prepared to fight an attack from above. (It is still not known to this day how the demons acquired a Mother Ship, let alone flew it to Io to attack)

-December 6-December 30: TNT EVILUTION – After the initial attack, The Doom Marine was (once again) the only survivor left, as he was miles away from the main base taking a stroll on the moon's surface at the time. He heard the sound reminding him of the nightmares he still had (from his previous battles with the demons). He returned to the base to discover his men dead, and vowed to take revenge. After fighting through the Infested Labs, the Doom Marine makes his way to the Military Complex where things got progressively worse. After leaving the Complex in ruins it was time once again – The Doom Marine descends into Hell with more blood rage and killing lust than ever before. This is the most deadly version of Hell yet – the Doom Marine marches through leaving every demon dead in his tracks. Eventually he encounters a new Demon Spitter. The monstrous Hell Master is no match for The Doom Marine. After he blows it sky high, a blue light appears and teleports him back to Io. The Invasion had once again been stopped.

2038

-January 3: The Doom Marine returns to Earth and placed in quarantine.

-January 9: The Doom Marine is thought to have been placed in a medically induced coma.

-May 22: The Plutonia Experiment is running at full force. The Doom Marine is on an official leave, but stationed near the complex on a beach.

-May 31: The UAC used research tools and technologies to prevent future invasions from happening again. With Earth invasion stopped in 2035, the remaining demons were gradually exterminated by mop-up squads. The new UAC began working on Quantum Accelerator devices, intended to close inter-dimensional gates at a distance and prevent future incursions. Scientists began to work with Gate technology again in order to learn how to close the Gates. This drew attention from beings from Outside. A new terror began as a Gate was opened up in the Plutonia research complex. The scientists were ready and closed the gate with their Quantum Accelerator Device, closing it instantly and permanently. The next day another invasion struck using Seven Gates, while six of the gates were closed, the marines were not able to hold out, and everyone was killed.

-June 1-26: THE PLUTONIA EXPIRIMENT – The Doom Marine (Marine Commander) who had been put on leave on a beach near by the complex was called in by the government to fight back and recover the Quantum Accelerator and destroy the Gatekeeper guarding the last Gate of Hell. Being the only Marine left with no backup for an hour or two, he had to stop the Demons plans or it would be too late. He prepared to take on the horde, stop the Gatekeeper, and prevent another demonic invasion of the world. First The Doom Marine slaughtered The Guardian and made his way deeper into the complex. After defeating hordes of demons The Doom Marine successfully deactivates the prototype accelerator. Next, arriving at the Devil Hive, The Doom Marine was in a race against time as the Gatekeeper's minions were heading towards Earth yet again. Not to be defeated, The Doom Marine destroys the Gatekeeper and ends the invasion yet again.

-June 27 and on: The Doom Marine is retrieved from the burning remains of The Plutonia Experiment by the UAC and the United States Government. The Doom Marine's (or B.J. Blazkowicz III) fatigue was enormous, his price for encountering and destroying pure evil (no mortal was meant to experience Hell – let alone numerous times over and over again). The military and government doctors submitted him tests and treatments, which were of little help. The nightmares continued and the PTSD worsened. In the end by planetary policy, all was classified and sealed forever. Every installation were sealed, and abandoned, and absolute quarantine guaranteed by apocalyptic levels of radiation on Mars, its moons, Jupiter and its moons. All UAC bases and research centers were shut down, destroyed and burned. The United States Government, military and Marines kept constant watch over everything. All of the above that had happened since 2030 is classified and code named as The DOOM Episodes.

2045

-February 6: A long forgotten relay satellite barely executing, decayed by years of bombarding neutrons, activates and sends its final message to Earth. The satellites message was horrific, from the planetary void there came energy signatures unlike anything sampled before. The classified archives are opened. The military episodes code named "DOOM" were not actually completed. A single entity with vast rejuvenation powers, masked by the extreme radiation levels, escaped detection. In its crippled state, it systematically altered decaying dead carnage back into corrupted living tissue. The mutations are devastating. The demons have returned even stronger and more vicious than before. As the only experienced survivor of the DOOM episode, The Doom Marine is brought out of isolation and quarantine and is given one task – MERCILESS EXTERMINATION

-February 10-April 14: DOOM 64 – The Doom Marine heads back to the Mars installations to face the demons of Hell once more. After clearing out the top secret bases he is faced with the grim reality once more – he must descend back into Hell to destroy all the demons once and for all. Fighting his way through the new patch of Hell, he finds the Resurrector and eliminates her. After her defeat, he again decides to remain in Hell walking the perpetual path through Doom.

*****THE DOOM SLAYER'S PATH*****

In Hell, time moves differently – theoretically The Doom Marine battled the demons in Hell and elsewhere for 13.8 Billion years – eons of torment and bloodshed. The following major points have no year or timestamp because it is impossible to know when these events happened in relation to how time passes on Earth and Mars

-After spending eons in Hell, The Doom Marine finds himself on a strange world populated with what seemed to be humans – the planet of Argent D'Nur

-After grumbling and speaking about demons and invasions, he was taken to the arena to compete in gladiator combat.. The Doom Marine fought with such rage and brutality (while mumbling about demons and killing them all) that he was selected to join The Night Sentinels. This caught the attention of the Khan Maykr, who wanted to know more about the Demons The Doom Marine spoke of.

-After contacting Hell, Davoth, still being able to influence others, planted in the mind of the Khan Maykr that one day a great beast would slay and destroy the Maykr race.

-The Maykrs build The Divinity Machine

-The Demons attack Argent D'Nur, emerging at the Holy City of Tarus Nabad – which becomes Ground Zero for the invasion.

-Samur Maykr (under the influence of Davoth) places The Doom Marine in The Divinity Machine which was powered by The Dark Lord's Essence. This grants the Doom Marine immense power.

-The Doom Marine uses the Crucible to defeat the Titan known as Dreadnought, stopping the invasion. He rose through the ranks of the Argent Army and rose to the rank of a King – he was now referred to as THE DOOM SLAYER

-The war with the demons led to the discovery of Argent Energy by the Argenta Priests studying fallen demons. Originally viewed as a weakness, the Priests discovered the could use the energy to create strength, wisdom and even eternal life – as well as an incredible source of power for machines and weapons.

-The Night Sentinels reject this new found energy, skeptical of power drawn from the enemy.

-Argenta slaves build towers in hell to extract the Argent Energy so Hell can use it to prosper.

-The Argenta Civil War begins between the Sentinels and ordinary people, along with traitor Sentinels who sided with the Makyrs. Some traitor Sentinels were corrupted and turned into demons of a higher rank known as Marauders.

-The Priests of the Order Deag side with the Maykrs and double cross the Night Sentinels

-Commander Valen sells out to Deag Grav with the promise that his dead son could one day be resurrected if Valen gives the Priests access to the Wraiths. The ancient creatures were abducted to Hell and Grav siphoned the Wraiths' power to empower Hell's demonic legions and overwhelm Argent D'Nur, dooming the kingdom to which Valen swore a lifelong oath to protect.

-Valen's Night Sentinels participated in a failed and final offensive in the heart of Hell, in which the Order were left scattered across the Unholy Realm and fought to the last man. The treacherous Night Sentinel never did gain back his son; instead, Deag Grav resurrected his son in the form of the reborn Icon Of Sin

-Extremely guilt-ridden by what he had done, Valen chose to exile himself in Hell. Since then, Valen is condemned by his people as “The Betrayer”

-Portions of Argent D'Nur are sucked directly into Hell and become part of it, the Wraiths are imprisoned in the Well.

-The only Night Sentinel that survived the war was The Doom Slayer. During his battles in Hell he encountered the Wretch who adorned the Slayer with new, indestructible armor (Praetor Suit) which made The Doom Slayer even more powerful.

-Hell could not contain the rage of The Doom Slayer. He was lured to the Kandingir Sanctum. The Deag Priests dropped a temple down onto The Doom Slayer which allowed them to separate him from his armor (Praetor Suit) and trap him in a Sarcophagus sealed with the Mark Of The Beast on it.

-At some point before being trapped in the Sarcophagus, The Doom Slayer participated in the Quake Arena

-June 4-9: THE LOST MISSION – The Survivor of the EnPro Facility attack fights out of it to the sub-levels of Mars city, encountering numerous invaders from Hell along the way. Dr. Richard Myers (who works on teleportation experiments) contacts The Survivor and pleads with him to retrieve a teleportation array that was captured by the demons and dragged to Hell. Desperate for a way out of this mess, The Survivor battles through the Exis Labs and acquires the Plasma Inducer which is needed to open a portal to Hell. In Hell The Survivor powers up the teleporter, kills the Guardian and makes it back to Mars

-June 30: Samuel Hayden is made aware of problems on the other side of the planet, he decides to stay out of it and stay focused on his work. The Doom Slayer remains in stasis in the Sarcophagus.

Luckily the argument beforehand generated a sizable crowd, and when Sanders attacked the manager, a number of men were able to subdue him.

Han Lee report in his audio log that another group of researchers were sent to Hell two days ago and they failed to return at their scheduled time.

-November 6: Jenny Lin broke into a supply cabinet containing emergency weaponry supplied to the local security teams. For reasons unknown she then became hostile and killed two security officers. Another security officer was injured while bravely putting himself in harms way. Technician Lin was also killed.

-November 7: Samuel Hayden is asked to assist with the problems happening the Delta Labs and EnPro facilities in Mars City. When asked if he has any ideas or thoughts he responds “No” - choosing to not unleash The Doom Slayer on Mars.

-November 8: Bradley Martin prepares a message to the Service Sub-Level Staff regarding to the Jenny Lin incident.

-November 9: Dr. Marcus Caseon sends his audio reports to Earth regarding to an assault on his life by a disturbed patient. Bradley Martin announces to the Service Sub-Level Staff that a full investigation of the Jenny Lin incident is currently under way.

-November 10: Maintenance technician Adam Berneche hears strange whispering that are nowhere to be found. Robert Thompson complains about a potential cover up in the Jenny Lin incident.

-November 11: Scott Johnson, a pump specialist, writes to a fellow employee about a unknown creature that was reportedly seen in Sector 2 of the Recycling Plant.

-November 12: David Robbins of Industrial Complex writes to Marcus Stanton regarding to a shipment error of several crates of chainsaws. Nasir Adil received word from Central Authority about the upcoming visit of Counsellor Elliot Swann. He also notes that due to the violent assaults in the Exis Labs the civilian staff have grown wary of one another. Furthermore, weapons are turning up missing in the security checkpoints.

-November 13: Administrator Leslie Waters writes to Phil Anders that all storage cabinets are given limit access to senior level staff in order prevent a Jenny Lin incident. Elliot Swann writes to Nasir Adil and heed his concerns on the Exis Labs.

-November 14: Ian McCormick files a report on his studies on the Soul Cube in which he discovers its use as a weapon "to repel whatever type of creatures" that invaded ancient Mars. Ray Gerhardt notifies Duncan Mathews that he is leaving Mars and the UAC.

-November 15: Marine Corporal John Kane arrives at Mars City accompanying Elliot Swan and his bodyguard Jack Campbell on the Phantom Dropship Darkstar. Kane reports to Master Sergeant Thomas Kelly while Swan has a tense meeting with Dr. Malcolm Betruger who claims “amazing things will be happening here soon”

-November 15-19: DOOM 3 - A massive shock wave sweeps the entire Mars base as the legions of hell began pouring through the teleporters. Most of the base's personnel is zombified. Kelly instructed Kane to link up with another squad on the base, get a transmission card and use the communications facility to call for reinforcements. After a battle in the EnPro Plant, Kane acquired the transmission card but was too late. Kane discovered Campbell had destroyed much of the communications equipment.

Kane headed to the Delta Labs where he learned Betruger was cooperating with Hell in order to (once again) invade Earth. Upon arriving at the Delta Labs, Kane learned of the details behind the teleportation experiments, expeditions into Hell to retrieve specimens and Betruger's increasing obsession with the tests, as well as of a xenoarchaeological dig under the surface of Mars. The dig was excavating the ruins of an ancient civilization discovered on Mars, and had produced a relic known as the Soul Cube, which was constructed as a weapon to use against the forces of Hell.

Kane followed Betruger through the Labs but was sucked into Hell via the main teleportation device. The portal took Kane directly into Hell, where he proceeded to fight his way through and retrieve the Soul Cube. Kane was then able to reinitialize the teleportation equipment left by previous research expeditions and return to the Delta Labs. Betruger told Kane that although the main UAC teleporter has been destroyed, Hell was opening a Hellmouth on Mars. Kane encountered the injured Swann, who informed him that Kelly had been working with Hell for possibly the whole time, and had been transformed by the demons. Swann gave Kane his PDA containing information on the location on the Hellmouth under the surface of Mars.

Kane found Campbell mortally wounded and heard Kelly begin to taunt him in a demonic voice. Kane killed Kelly who had been grafted onto a tank-like structure. Kane proceeded deeper under the Martian surface to Site 3, the archaeological dig site where the Soul Cube was unearthed. At the primary excavation site, Kane discovered the Hellmouth, defended by Hell's mightiest warrior, the Cyberdemon. Using the Soul Cube, the Marine defeated the Cyberdemon, then sealed up the Hellmouth

-November 20: The Recon Zulu marine team found only one survivor – John Kane. Important UAC personnel such the company's lawyer and Counsellor Elliot Swann and his bodyguard Jack Campbell, who arrived hours before the outbreak to make an assessment of the whole Mars operation and enact damage control if necessary, were found dead. Master Sergeant Thomas Kelly and other Delta Labs scientists were also found dead. The marine team had no information regarding the fate of Dr. Malcolm Betruger, the chief scientist of Delta Labs who - unknown to them - had become the demon Maledict

-November 26: Every portal to the other dimension is deemed closed. All experiments have ended and Mars City is basically shut down. John Kane commits suicide due to the trauma and PTSD he suffered during the previous week.

-November 28: Samuel Hayden is debriefed about the incidents in Mars City and the surrounding sites.

-March 9: Samuel Hayden recruits former protege Olivia Pierce to his team by giving her the artifact known as the Helix Stone which was found in the Argent Fracture. The artifact slowly begins to corrupt her mind.

McNeil's main objective was to continue the experiments on Mars and discover what Betruger unleashed

-March 17-26: RESURECTION OF EVIL – A resurrection of evil is completed after an ancient artifact is awakened by a Combat Engineer Marine in the Erebus Labs Complex. There are no survivors. Site 1 was overtaken by a Hellish nightmare. McNeil ordered the Marine to bring her the artifact. The Marine learned that the artifact can slow time and must be fed by human souls. The artifact is discovered by McNeil and her scientists to be the Heart of Hell – a weapon made by the demons millennia ago to combat the martian race on Mars. She also reveals that the Artifact also works as a portal device and the only way to stop the invasion is to return the Artifact to Hell. The only to way to gain access to Hell was to use the old main gateway at Delta Labs - Level 4, which had been sealed since the Mars outbreak two years ago. The Marine battles through, overpowers the Artifact and teleports to the Delta Labs.

Battling his way through the demon forces, the Marine eventually reached the Maledict. After a fierce battle, the Marine fired a rocket at the Maledict, only to miss and end up in the Maledict's jaws, passing out. When he awakens, Betruger's head popped out and demanded the Artifact. With his last strength, the Marine obliges by shoving the Artifact down Betruger's throat, causing an explosion which destroys both the Maledict and the Artifact, leaving only Betruger's skull behind – The Marine and McNeil are both killed.

-March 28: Samuel Hayden is debriefed about the events at Site 1.

-March 31: The United States Government orders Site 1 to be bombed and destroyed

-June 3: Bombing runs end on Mars. Site 1 is reduced to rubble. All scientific data is lost

-June 24: Mars City is fully operational again. The UAC dives full force into new experiments with teleportation, research on Hell, the artifacts found within, how to prevent an invasion and most importantly, how Argent Energy can continue to benefit the human race back on Earth.

-August: Expeditions to Hell routinely capture demons for storage and study in the Lazarus Facility. This would continue up until 2149 when the Hellwave was unleashed (see below)

-September 7: Olivia Pierce has surgery grafting a titanium exoskeleton to her body to correct idiopathic scoliosis caused by working in the Argent Facility and her long-term exposure to Hell.

-October 19: Olivia Pierce is fully recovered from her surgery and back to work

-November 2: The Sarcophagus containing The Doom Slayer had been hidden and protected in a site far away from the carnage and chaos of the last 2 years. Samuel Hayden and Olivia Pierce debate on what to do with the Sarcophagus and the contents within.

-December 11: Olivia Pierce makes her first contact with Hell without Samuel Hayden knowing (possibly contacted or influenced by Davoth directly)

-March 15: After making a deal with The Dark Lord, Olivia forms a cult within the UAC with the promise to the members of a place in the “New World” - ultimately her goal would be to obtain God-like power.

-April 22: Olivia Pierce is contacted by Deag Ranak – he wants to use the cult to takeover the UAC which will in turn aid in the eventual invasion of Earth.

-May 19: A Doomed UAC Trans-dimensional expedition back into Hell ends when most of the explorers were killed by Barons of Hell

-June 26: The second Project Lazarus Manned Expedition is sent to the Great Steppe. The expedition ends with similar losses. The petrified remains of a Baalgar demon is recovered

-July 17: Olivia decides that she will take The Doom Slayer and Argent Energy for herself, devising a long, drawn out plan.

-October 31: Olivia Pierce's “cult” is discovered by Dr. Hayden. He tolerates the “nonsense” because Olivia is bringing so much to the Argent Project.

-November 22: Samuel Hayden and Olivia Pierce continue to argue about what to do with The Doom Slayer.

-December: Earth and Mars simultaneously thrive because of Argent Energy. Secretly, the UAC continues to man expeditions into Hell, most end in total loss of life. Argent Energy continues to be extracted from the Argent Fracture and processed in the Argent Tower.

-January 5: Olivia Pierce attempts to open the Sarcophagus but is caught by scientists in the labs. She blows it off and work resumes as normal.

-February 28: At the Argent Facility the UAC records it's last accident. The facility would remain accident free for 221 days.

-July 1: Olivia Pierce notices her cult followers drawn more and more to Sarcophagus containing The Doom Slayer. She remarks “We have to contain this....”

-September 13: Olivia Pierce is under full control of The Dark Lord

-October 6-7: DOOM VFR – At the UAC Martian Research Facility, Dr. Abraham Peters is killed by a Pinky demon after surviving the original Lazarus Wave. His consciousness is revived in an artificial brain matrix and a cyborg body. Contacted by Samuel Hayden, the reborn Dr. Peters fights through the facility and eventually Hell itself, closing the portal to the Martian Research Facility. Despite his success, Dr. Peters is killed for good when Samuel Hayden deletes his consciousness from the UAC digital network.

-October 8-15: DOOM (2016) – Another invasion of Mars began when Olivia Pierce unleashed a Hellwave from the Lazarus Facility that rips open a portal to the evil dimension. The Doom Slayer awakened, chained to a sarcophagus in a UAC facility on Mars. Breaking free and regaining the Praetor Suit, he restarted the base satellite systems. Finding recordings of Olivia Pierce scattered through the base, it became apparent that she became fixated on Hell and deliberately encouraged the opening of portals, resulting in the mass death of staff and the collapse of the base – the story starts once again for The Doom Slayer.

Contacted by the UAC Chairman Dr. Samuel Hayden and an AI called VEGA he learns from the diagnostic report that casualties and damages are catastrophic; with the exception of Pierce and Hayden, all staff have either become demons or died horribly. After stabilizing the Foundry before a meltdown occurred, The Doom Slayer learned that Pierce planned to use the UAC's Argent Energy Tower to tear a permanent portal into Hell.

Seeking to deactivate the tower, Hayden instructed The Doom Slayer to carefully dismantle the Argent energy supply cases to protect the unlimited energy sources; despite Hayden's protests, The Doom Slayer shattered all control panels and their lenses, completely destroying the renewable Argent supplies in the solar system. Reaching the tower, Pierce was spotted carrying an Argent Accumulator tube; found at the apex, she activated it before jumping into an Argent stream, tearing open a temporary portal that dragged the The Doom Slayer to Hell.

Landing in the Kandingir Sanctum, The Doom Slayer fought through Hell in order to return to Mars. Following holograms of Hayden's first expedition, during which he recovered The Doom Slayers sarcophagus as a fail safe, The Doom Slayer eventually reaches a portal back to Mars. Returning to the UAC Argent Facility, now destroyed, he met with Hayden, who applied a Tether System to his Praetor Suit in order to pull him back from Hell as needed. Noting that Pierce was working on something with great power, he sent The Doom Slayer to gather information from her office in the Lazarus Labs.

Passing through the Advanced Research Complex, The Doom Slayer learned of a Hell artifact named The Crucible. Requiring another Argent Accumulator to return to Hell, The Doom Slayer explored the Lazarus Labs and came across an escaped Cyberdemon; rebuilt and revived with Argent energy. He defeated the Cyberdemon and tore an Accumulator from its chest, transporting them both to Hell where he finished the Cyberdemon once and for all.

The Doom Slayer finally arrived at the Necropolis. Defeating the Hell Guards watching over it, The Doom Slayer retrieved The Crucible before Hayden pulls him back to Mars. At VEGA Central Processing, the AI guided him through the process of sacrificing his control facility, allowing him to use its huge Argent stores in order to propel him back to Hell one last time. Before VEGA “dies”, The Doom Slayer made a backup of his consciousness. The Doom Slayer entered a corrupted Argent D'Nur and freed the Wraiths from captivity using The Crucible.

At the end, he found only Olivia Pierce. Struck by a large Argent beam, she transformed into the reborn Spider Mastermind, eventually dying at The Doom Slayers hand. Pulled back to Mars, The Doom Slayer found himself captured by Hayden. Taking The Crucible for his own ends, he insists that, in spite of everything, research must continue, as humanity needed an answer to its energy needs. Since he can't kill The Doom Slayer, but worried of his interference, Hayden had him transported to an unknown location, saying they will meet again.

-December 2: Indentured servants on the off-world Tei Tenga Mining Station were replaced with robotic workers, optimal output expected to return to normal by this date

-December 24: Hell Portals open up all over Earth. Over 60% of the population is wiped out in the first month of the invasion.

January 8: Samuel Hayden returns to Earth with The Crucible, preparing to save humanity from another invasion from Hell. He agrees to cooperate with the Allied Nations and provided access to the UAC facilities on Earth.

February-May: Samuel Hayden believed he could solve the energy crisis which plagued Earth now that Argent Energy was no longer available in the solar system. He sought to invent Argent-synthesis, which could recreate the high-yield capacity of Argent Energy. The Crucible was the key to this.

June-November: Dr. Hayden develops and produces the Argent Conductor, an artifact that would produce synthetic, man-made Argent Energy. This kicks the development of Argent powered mechs into full force and details plans for ARC begin to be laid out to combat Hell's forces.

March: Argent based weaponry is used in full force against the armies of Hell

June: ARC is run from a mobile commander center in the Atlantic Ocean. The primary objective is to locate the source of the Hellgrowth infestation and shut down the portals, closing the gates between dimensions.

July: Dr. Hayden becomes a mythical figure among Earth's survivors – in no small part due to his abnormal physical condition. Having returned to Earth in 2150, bringing with him the Crucible that would grant the people a second chance at survival, for the common person he had become the stuff of legends.

October: The regions, boundaries and countries of Earth are officially no more, it is now one planet fighting for survival. This invasion is far worse, more deadly and a bigger atrocity than the invasion in 2035.

August 15-21: Operation Hellbreaker. Dr Hayden's final plan ends in catastrophic failure. His robotic torso was retrieved by ARC soldiers and hidden in a secret laboratory, monitored by a skeleton crew of surviving scientists. They safeguard Dr. Hayden and The Crucible. For the rest of 2152 and up until 2163, the war rages on planet Earth as The Hell Priests take over and now control the corrupted UAC.

*****WHERE DID THE DOOM SLAYER GO?*****

As before when The Doom Slayer was in Hell, there is no way to pinpoint when these events happened in relation to time and dates on Earth.

-The Doom Slayer was tethered back into the Hellish Argent D'Nur by Samuel Hayden

-The Doom Slayer learns that the Priests of the Order Deag were also responsible for the fall of Argent D'Nur, not just Valen.

-The Priests and the Maykrs have discovered that the Earth dimension has stolen “their” Argent Energy.

-The Doom Slayer attempts to stop the invasion of Earth while in Hell.

-Using Hell's portal technology against them, The Doom Slayer manages to transport the corrupt parts of Argent D'Nur out of Hell.

-The Doom Slayer kills Deag Knox's guardian and retrieves the soul seal coin

-The Doom Slayer reconnects with surviving Night Sentinels who helped him locate the Fortress Of Doom

-The Doom Slayer and Night Sentinels transfer VEGA's AI system into the Sentinel technology in the Fortress Of Doom

-The Doom Slayer uses the Fortress Of Doom to remove the Tether System and upgrade his Praetor Suit. He also begins modifying and upgrading his weapon arsenal.

-The Doom Slayer arrives on an uncharted planet known as “New Horizons” filled with friendly, anthropomorphic animals. Hell attempts to invade New Horizons but The Doom Slayer (aided by Isabelle, the secretary of New Horizons) puts an end to the invasion quickly. Having saved New Horizons, The Doom Slayer and Isabelle become best friends.

-The Doom Slayer uses The Fortress Of Doom's inter-dimensional travel system to return to The Milky Way and prepares to go to war against Hell again to save Earth.

*****BACK IN OUR GALAXY – AGAIN*****

January 24: Dr. Elena Richardson analyzes blood samples pulled from Mars of The Doom Slayer. It is determined The Doom Slayer is indeed a human with a blood type of AB positive.

February 2: Dr. Elena Richardson summarizes that The Doom Slayer may indeed be a God.

February 9: Dr. Elena Richardson deduces that the only thing the demons fear is The Doom Slayer and he is humanities only hope of surviving the invasion

March 3: Dr. Elena Richardson concludes that The Doom Slayer is the only dominate life form in this galaxy and that the Slayer's Time Is Now.

March 17-September 29: DOOM ETERNAL – Earth is still over run by the demonic forces of Hell, lead by the Deag Priests and the corrupted UAC. The Doom Slayer returned to the galaxy in the Fortress Of Doom controlled by the AI VEGA. Knowing he must stop the Hell Priests (who are serving the Khan Maykr), The Doom Slayer teleports to a destroyed city in California and killed Deag Nilox, but the Khan Maykr teleports the two remaining priests to unknown locations, forcing the Slayer to continue searching.

After retrieving a celestial locator from the Sentinel world of Exultia, the Slayer travelled to Hell to retrieve a power source from a fallen Sentinel known as the Betrayer. He warns the Slayer that humanity's time had come before giving him the power source and a special dagger. VEGA directed the Doom Slayer to a citadel in the Arctic where Deag Ranak had taken refuge, and the Slayer killed him after defeating his guardian Doom Hunters.

In response, the Khan Maykr moved Deag Grav to a hidden location and accelerated the invasion of Earth. Forced to change tactics, the Slayer destroyed the Super Gore Nest in central Europe, where the invasion began. With no leads on finding the last Hell Priest, VEGA suggested finding Dr. Samuel Hayden, who knew the location of Deag Grav. The Doom Slayer made his way to an ARC compound where he retrieved Hayden's robotic shell, as well as the Crucible before facing a Marauder, a demonic Sentinel sent to stop the Slayer.

Upon uploading Hayden's mind into the fortress, he revealed Deag Grav is hiding on Sentinel Prime. However, the only portal to Sentinel Prime was located in the ancient city of Hebeth in Mars' core, to which there was no immediate access. The Doom Slayer then travelled to a facility on Phobos where he used the BFG 10,000 to shoot a hole in Mars, which he used to reach Hebeth. The Doom Slayer finds Deag Grav in the arena and defeated a massive demon known as the Gladiator. Despite knowing that it is against Sentinel law to murder Deag Grav on sacred ground, The Doom Slayer killed him anyway and returned to the fortress.

Upon his return, The Doom Slayer's fortress was shut down remotely by the Khan Maykr to prevent any further interference in her plans. She revealed her intentions to resurrect the Icon of Sin, the world-eating super-predator, to consume mankind before having The Doom Slayer attacked by demons. Surviving the ambush, The Doom Slayer used the demonic Crucible's latent Argent energy to reactivate the fortress and travelled to Argent D'Nur to retrieve his own Crucible from his time in the Sentinels.

After retrieving the hilt of the Crucible, The Doom Slayer discovered that the Khan Maykr formed an alliance with Hell to produce Argent energy, which is created through the mass sacrifice of human souls. In return for providing worlds for Hell to invade, the Maykrs received a share of the Argent energy produced by Hell which allowed their own dimension, Urdak, to survive.

Hayden directed The Doom Slayer through Hell's massive citadel, Nekravol, until he found a portal leading to Urdak. He then found the Khan Maykr and halted the awakening ceremony by using the Betrayer's dagger to destroy the Icon's heart. Free from Maykr control, the Icon of Sin awakened from its dormant state and teleported to Earth. With the dimensional barrier destroyed, the Demons broke their pact with the Maykrs and proceed to invade Urdak. The Khan Maykr confronted The Doom Slayer, saying that Urdak must destroy Earth to survive. The Doom Slayer killed the Khan Maykr in brutal fashion before taking a portal back to Earth to confront the Icon of Sin, although VEGA was left behind to ensure the portal stayed open.

After an intense battle across the city scape, The Doom Slayer faced The Icon Of Sin and the full wrath of Hell's forces. After an exhausting, bloody battle The Doom Slayer killed the Icon of Sin by stabbing it in the head with the Crucible, putting an end to Hell's invasion of Earth.

October 21-October 29: THE ANCIENT GODS PT. 1 – Despite having defeated The Icon of Sin and halting Hell’s invasion of Earth, The Doom Slayer’s victory over the demons did not come without cost. The death of the Khan Maykr and Hell’s conquest of Urdak had given the demons a chance to dominate all dimensions and re-initiate their invasion of Earth. To prevent this, The Doom Slayer, along with Samuel Hayden and ARC scientists, embarked on a mission to find and liberate The Doom Slayers ally – The Seraphim. Travelling by sea on an ARC Carrier towards the UAC Atlantica Facility, The Doom Slayer fought his way to the Seraphim's containment pod. Hayden requests he be uploaded into the pod – it was there The Doom Slayer learned that Samuel Hayden and The Seraphim were one in the same.

After returning to the ARC Carrier, The Seraphim tasked The Doom Slayer to find and retrieve The Father's life sphere from the Blood Swamps of Hell in order to return the Father to physical form. After fighting his way through the Blood Swamps, The Doom Slayer finds and retrieves the Father's life sphere. However, The Doom Slayer choose to destroy the sphere rather than hand it to The Seraphim and instead retrieved The Dark Lord’s life sphere before returning to the ARC Carrier.

Despite most of the Carrier’s crew evacuating upon seeing the Dark Lord’s life sphere, a lone Intern stayed to help The Doom Slayer reach Urdak assuming that The Doom Slayer intended to resurrect and destroy the Dark Lord, which in effect will destroy all the demons outside of Hell. Upon reaching the corrupted Urdak, The Doom Slayer fought his way to the Luminarium where anyone who has a life sphere may activate it. However, he was confronted by The Seraphim upon reaching the Luminarium’s entrance. Consumed by Urdak’s demonic corruption, The Seraphim transformed into a demon. After a lengthy battle The Seraphim was ultimately defeated by The Doom Slayer and was teleported away by The Father. Despite being warned that bringing the Dark Lord into physical form is irreversible, the Doom Slayer proceeded to summon him, and the Primeval manifested as a copy of The Doom Slayer himself.

October 30-November 5: THE ANCIENT GODS PT. 2 –The Doom Slayer and The Dark Lord stood face to face in the Luminarium. The Doom Slayer aimed his Super Shotgun at the Dark Lord and fired a shot, to which the Dark Lord informed the Slayer that no blood can be spilled in the Holy Luminarium. He then proceeded to tell The Doom Slayer that if he can survive, then he will challenge him to ritual combat in the city of Immora. The Dark Lord then left Urdak and transported The Doom Slayer to Argent D'Nur, where he fought off the demon hordes that attacked him. The Doom Slayer then proceeded to light the Torch of Kings, as a way to inform the remaining inhabitants of Argent D'Nur and the Night Sentinels, that he planned to go to the World Spear and acquire a wraith crystal, to power the Gate of Divum.

During his journey, he was met by Valen who gave The Doom Slayer his Sentinel Hammer for putting his son's soul to rest. After acquiring the crystal, The Doom Slayer headed back to Earth which had been invaded by demons again due to the death of the Khan Maykr and the demonic invasion of Urdak. As he fought his way through the demons, The Doom Slayer arrived at the Gate of Divum and activated it. He teleported to the city of Immora, where the Dark Lord awaited him. Valen and the rest of the Night Sentinels arrived to aid the The Doom Slayer which surprised him. The Doom Slayer ripped and tore his way through the demons in his way while the Sentinels fought outside the walls of Immora. Eventually The Doom Slayer arrived at another portal. Going through it, he was greeted by The Dark Lord, where they faced off for the Final Battle.

After sustaining damage, The Dark Lord revealed to The Doom Slayer that the Maykrs had lied to him and that he was the real Father, with VEGA confirming this to be true. The Doom Slayer finally defeated The Dark Lord in a bloody, violent battle. With his dying breath, the Dark Lord asked if The Doom Slayer has anything to say him before he was struck down, to which the Slayer responded with, "No." After stabbing Davoth in the chest, all demons outside of Hell were destroyed. However, The Doom Slayer was weakened and eventually fell unconscious due to the power inside him from The Dark Lord's essence fading away. The Ancient Gods placed The Doom Slayer's powerless body inside the sarcophagus once again which is located in the Ingmore Sanctum, and will only be opened WHEN The Doom Slayer is needed again in the future.
