Hob/Delloso

Starts out as a star-crossed, Beauty-and-the-Beast-style romance between a very animalistic, awkwardly formal, military man—well, goblin (Captain Hob) and a very elfen-esque Master of Ceremonies (Rue), who’s busy with the job of hosting the huge, politically important party they just put together, and is also technically a member of another royal court. SPOILERS: Turns out Rue is an owlbear under their glamour, aka just as massive and animalistic as Hob. Both of them really love the other’s body specifically because it looks like theirs rather than fitting in with the traditional fey standards of beauty, so they’re lowkey serving t4t-vibes, despite existing in a setting where there are zero social expectations around gender. Technically they’d be a monster x monster pairing no matter what, as they’re both fey, but the fact that they both stick out even among the extreme visual variety of the fey people, and very much feel the weight of that exclusion, really makes them a monster x monster pairing in spirit too.

David hating on everyone and everything because "it's all wrong and not accurate at all." Dwayne not enjoy it and try not to cringe/laugh at the awkward dialogue because he "doesn't talk as much as these characters do, and still better at not fucking up a conversation." Marko's face is stuck in a permanent 'wtf am I watching' face but also finds Bella's acting very funny and mimics it a lot now for fun when talking to Paul and finally Paul himself who doesn't exactly hate it, but he isn't taking it seriously. It's all a dumb cringy comedy to him, he even takes sides of who Bella should be with much to the other three's chagrin, and They all want to break the TV when Jacob imprints on a baby, Dwayne looked like he was gonna throw up.

Okay there is NO WAY they’re ACTUALLY bringing Marko back, I’m sorry, as much as I’d love for him to be alive it’s just too good to be true.

I’m calling it right now, either the “spell” is bullshit, or it’s not going to be “really” Marko; he’ll be like Khal Drogo or something or it’ll only be a spirit version of him like Izabel. And correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure Barr already said that there’s no magic that can bring back the dead.

Sophie's hatred of Marko is one of those character choices that makes sense (because Gwen is the one raising her and she probably hasn't given all the details, Sophie's drawing her own conclusions) and is also very upsetting (because she's completely wrong about Marko being an abusive fuck but has no reason to think otherwise).
