EUCALYPTUS PET HOSPITAL - a multi-use lot by amoebae

Made by request. Eucalyptus Pet Hospital has everything your furry friend needs to keep them well and happy. A large veterinary practice fills the ground floor, along with a pet grooming room and a training ground. Upstairs is a residential space, perfect for your chief vet to live on site. Out back is a beautiful greenhouse, chicken coop, and there may even be a few wildlife friends to help you along the way. Uses LittleMsSam's Live In Vet lot trait, and lots of cc!

Made for 7 Eucalyptus Lane in San Sequoia.

Working Pet Water Bowls by Littlemssam

I hate that the sims pet expansion doesn't have a water bowl for pets, because they need water too? Also it just looks boring with just a food dish. Here is a mod that will change that and gives you a water bowl for your furry companion.

creator's notes-

New Objects:

There are new Pet Water Bowls available to buy. Two for Cats & Dogs and an extra Bowl for My First Pet Pack Owners.

Animations:

As i already wrote i am no CC or Animation creator. This means there are two Fill Bowl Interactions. One is for those that own the Laundry Stuff Pack and have one of the Objects (Washing Machine, Dryer, Clothes Line, Wash Tub or Hamper) on the lot. This Animation uses the Pitcher to fill the Bowls. Those who don’t own Laundry will get a Base Game Watering Can Animation instead. Since Children can’t use both of these Animations their Fill Bowl Animation is a simple “Put to World” one.

Dogs use the Drink Puddle Animation to Drink. Cats, Kitten and Puppies use the eat Animation since their drink Animation would end up with them glitching too much into the Bowl.

Autonomous Behaviour:

Pets might drink autonomously. After a Walk/Jog or after eating they will get a “push” to drink. Drinking has an effect on bladder, a little on hunger and Body Temperature.

Sims (Lot Owner, Maid, Nanny & Butler) will fill the Water Bowl on their own when it is empty and they are not too lazy.

Extras:

Water Bowls should not spoil.

Pets will get a hidden 720 min cooldown Buff after drinking which should prevent them from drinking puddles or toilet water.

I made this lot while I was inspired with "my first pet stuff" being free haha. I imagine a person who loves animals lives there (especially hamsters) This lot is PACKED with activities for your sim to do. From the swings in the front to the basketball hoop in the back. There's some planters in the garden, a heart shaped swimming pool, a grill for BBQ and a telescope on the balcony. This house also comes with a Lin Z speaker, a drawing tablet and a guitar making sure your sims are NEVER bored 😄 Hope you like it and have fun!!

My dear friend @nv-games and I collaborated to bring you a new set of mane/forelock/tail and a new horse breed. Here is Midnight, a black Hanoverian mare. The second and third pictures are unedited CAS pictures. As you can see; a real black horse with real black mane and tail. It looks even more shiny in game.
