This is a colored doodled concept I've got for my own reference in roleplaying. Since some of you asked me why my Arthur has stripes as tats, here is the explanation. This is basically the type of body he would have. I've read so many historical things for this RPG that I couldn't do as generally the fandom did. He has his clothes and so his attitude and badassitude )? but his body is something like this.

USARG (Usa x Argentina) - that's why Rosas cannot have nice things.
Prompt #12 -angst - “Maybe they were right, you never did change.”
Martín Hernández watched television with his eyes wide open, not knowing what to say to himself. On the screen, different channels spoke of a common theme, a word that was the monster under the nation's bed: default.
Only the sound of the door distracted him, and he turned to look with the same bewilderment when the United States entered the apartment with a peaceful smile.
"Where the hell were you?!"
"Good afternoon, babe," Jones greeted with amusement, as he finished entering, taking off his coat and leaving the keys on the side of the door. "I see you've updated yourself. " he commented while looking sideways at the television.
"Do you want to explain to me what this is?" Argentina pointed to the television "Default!? You told me that with your coin it wouldn't happen!"
"It's a small adjustment nothing more, don't be scared, Tinchito," he said softer and with a touch of tenderness, walking towards him. "I was away many days, won't you tell me that you missed me? I did miss you a lot, and I brought you gifts " he took him by the waist, with a playful laugh ". I have something very special for you."
The latino slapped his hands before they touched him, and he stepped back.
"Let me go, Alfred, I'm not in the mood."
"Oh come on, just a little," he insisted, ignoring the obvious anguish. "If you behave well you will see that you will like the things I brought you. "
"I don't want them!! " Argentina moved further away from him, and pointed to the screen behind. "You told me that your system worked, that this was what had made you king of the world," he reminded him, chewing the promise with pain. "I believed you blindly, and I turned my back on my own brothers for listening to you, because I thought you were right despite everything. But look at this, Alfred " he indicated with more emphasis ". My children are starving and that's bursting my womb like a knife!!... And you come back after your shitty tour like nothing happened?! "
The American raised an eyebrow, changing his expression. He sighed and put his hands on his hips, as if he has to endure a child's tantrum.
"Blind, huh? I thought you would be more prudent. Kirkland hadn't taught you how to do business? You loved him so much... "
"Don't play the ally now," he cut him off, raising his voice more and more. "Don't change the subject, I'm asking you for a coherent explanation, and a solution."
“I'm not a magician; I'm just a business man " he shrugged ". We will be married, but I look after the interests of my womb children as well; and if you don't know how to control or take care of yours, it's not my business."
Argentina lowered its arm.
"You're not worried about anything that's happening with me right now, are you?" he asked, astonished. "And if I disappear, or they disintegrate me... you won't care either."
"Sometimes I think that you really believe yourself to be a mortal, Martín Hernández," the North American smiled slightly. "It is an alliance, not a decision to make a love nest together; perhaps you depended on my well-being and my power too much, and you did not look how you were walking... or where."
The argentine made a gesture similar to a hollow smile and turned his face, cupping his forehead and pacing the room.
"In the end they were right, you didn't change anything."
"Who said that?"
"Everyone" he looked at him. "Absolutely everyone. They warned me, and I..."
"Sorry, babe, I don't know how you thought this was going to change." The other blonde pointed at both of them. "All we have among our kind, in the end, are diplomatic businesses for commercial purposes and, for the record, we are not even people. "
"You keep boasting of your inhumanity, and you behave like mot***ker" Martín snapped, his eyes moist. He would not cry in front of him; he would no longer give him the pleasure of feeling powerful and superior.
Something in his green eyes changed suddenly, radically. And Alfred knew it.
"... It doesn't mean that I don't love you, Ticho," the other blonde tried to reconcile. "It's just that it's m— "
"Go away..." Hernández whispered. "Go away!" He looked at him " Leave my house, la concha de tu hermana!! "
Jones made no further gesture. He turned around, took his things and left, closing the door quietly. The same silence that doubled over in pain to Martín and made him lie down on the carpet, to embrace his knees and burst into tears; lonelier than ever, more unhappy than usual.
His own arrogance and credulity had taken that path; in love with a man who, like Spain once upon a time, only gave him colored mirrors and empty promises.
He hated feeling so human.

Martín Hernández miraba la televisión con los ojos desorbitados y la boca abierta, sin saber qué decirse a sí mismo. En la pantalla, diferentes canales hablaban de un tema en común, una palabra que era el monstruo debajo de la cama de la nación: default.
Sólo el ruido de la puerta lo distrajo, y volteó a ver con el mismo desconcierto cuando Estados Unidos ingresó al departamento con una sonrisa apacible.
—¡¿Dónde mierda estabas?!
—Good afternoon, babe — Jones saludó con diversión, mientras terminaba de entrar, sacándose el abrigo y dejando las llaves a un lado de la puerta — . Veo que te has puesto al día. — comentó casi en un canturreo, colgando las cosas y mirando de reojo la televisión.
—¿Me querés explicar qué es esto? — señaló la televisión — ¿¡Default!? ¡Me dijiste que con tu moneda no pasaría!
—Es un pequeño ajuste, nada más, no te asustes Tinchito — dijo con más suavidad y un dejo de ternura, caminando hacia él —. Estuve afuera muchos días, ¿no me dirás que me extrañaste? Yo sí te extrañé mucho, y te traje obsequios — lo tomó de la cintura, con una risita juguetona — . Tengo algo muy especial para tí.
El latino golpeó las manos antes de que lo tocaran, y dio un paso atrás con el ceño fruncido.
—Soltame, Alfred, no estoy de humor.
—Ah vamos, sólo un poco— insistió, ignorando la evidente angustia — . Si te portas bien verás que te gustarán las cosas que te traje.
—¡¡No las quiero!!
Argentina se separó más de él, y señaló la pantalla detrás.
—Me dijiste que tu sistema servía, que eso era lo que te había hecho rey del mundo — le recordó, mascando la promesa con dolor — . Te creí, a ciegas, y le dí la espalda a mis propios hermanos por hacerte caso, porque pensé que tenías razón a pesar de todo. Pero mirá esto, Alfred — señaló con más énfasis — . ¡¡Mis hijos se están cagando de hambre y eso me está reventando el vientre como una cuchilla!!... ¡¿Y vos venís después de tu gira de mierda como si nada?!
El norteamericano enarcó una ceja, cambiando la expresión. Suspiró y puso los brazos en jarras, como si tuviera que soportar el berrinche de un niño.
—A ciegas, ¿eh? Pensé que serías más prudente. ¿Kirkland no te había enseñado a hacer negocios? Tanto que lo adorabas...
—No te hagas el aliado ahora — le cortó, cada vez levantando más la voz — . No me cambiés el tema, te estoy pidiendo una explicación coherente, y una solución.
—No soy un mago; sólo soy un business man — se encogió de hombros — . Estaremos casados, pero velo por los intereses de mis hijos de vientre también; y si no sabes controlar ni cuidar a los tuyos, no es un mi asunto.
Argentina bajó el brazo, desconociéndolo.
—¿No te preocupa nada de lo que está pasando conmigo ahora, cierto? —preguntó, atónito — Y si desaparezco, o me desintegran... tampoco te va a importar.
—A veces pienso que realmente te crees un mortal, Martín Hernández — sonrió apenas el norteamericao — . Es una alianza, no una decisión de hacer un nido de amor juntos; quizás dependiste de mi bienestar y mi poder demasiado, y no miraste cómo estabas caminando... o hacia dónde.
El latino hizo un gesto parecido a una sonrisa hueca y giró el rostro, tomándose la frente y caminando por la habitación.
—Al final tenían razón, no cambiaste nada.
—¿Quién dijo eso?
—Todos — lo miró — . Absolutamente todos. Me lo advirtieron, y yo...
—Lo siento, babe, no sé en qué pensabas que esto iba a cambiar — el otro rubio se encogió de hombros y los señaló a ambos — . Todo lo que tenemos entre los nuestros, al final, son negocios diplomáticos con fines comerciales y, for the record, no somos siquiera personas.
—Te seguís jactando de tu inhumanidad, y te comportás como un hombre bien de mierda — le espetó el argentino, con los ojos húmedos.
No lloraría delante de él; ya no le daría más el gusto de sentirse poderoso y superior. Algo en sus ojos verdes cambió de pronto, de manera radical.
Y Alfred lo supo.
—... No quiere decir que no te ame, Ticho — trató de conciliar el otro rubio — . Es sólo que es m—
—Andate... — susurró Hernández — ¡Andate! — lo miró — ¡¡Salí de mi casa, la concha de tu hermana!!
Jones no hizo un gesto más. Se dio vuelta, tomó sus cosas y se fue, cerrando la puerta en silencio. El mismo silencio que dobló en dos de dolor a Martín y lo hizo echarse en la alfombra, para abrazar las rodillas y romper en llanto; más sólo que nunca, más infeliz que de costumbre.
Su propia soberbia y su credulidad habían cosechado ese camino, embelesado y enamorado de un hombre que, como España alguna vez, sólo le dio espejos de colores y promesas vacías.
Odiaba sentirse tan humano.
