Ben işleri kovalarken, işler de sanki arkamdan beni kovalıyor :) Bu durumtıpkı bir Kedinin kendi kuyruğunu yakalamaya çalışmasına benzetiyorum :)) Amaca gelecek olursak; Bu leziz yemeğimiz için bize lazım olan ana madde, tavuk ve kabak; çeşnilendirmek için de bir kaç dilim minik doğranmış sucuk yada salam ve bir avuç kaşar rendesi ile emin olun akşama damaklarda şölen yaratacak muhteşem bir yemek çıkacak😋 📝MALZEMELER •200 gr kabak ( rendelenmiş suyu sıkılmış) •300 gr tavuk kıyma •50 gr (1/2 su bardağı) parmesan yada normal kaşar rendesi •50 gr sucuk yada salam •2 diş sarımsak •2 yumurta •1 adet rendelenmiş suyu sıkılmış kuru soğan •1 çay kaşığı kırmızı pul Biber •karabiber •Tuz •1 su bardağı) ekmek içi 📌 (köfte çok yumuşak olmamalı bu yüzden ekmek ayarını kontrollü yapmalısınız) •kızartmalık yağ 🥣YAPILIŞI Kabakları rendeleyin ve elinizle suyunu sıkın. Derin bir kase içerisine tüm köfte malzemesini alın ve 3-4 dakika homojen olana kadar yoğurun. Üzerini kapatıp, en az 1 saat buzdolabında dinlendirin. Bir kaşık yardımı ile hamurdan parçalar alın ve elinizle şekli verip. Önce un, ardından yumurta ve en son galeta ununa bulayın. Yapışmaz bir tavaya kızartma yağını döküp, ortaya yakın kısık ateşte köfteleri arkalı önlü pişirin. (yüksek ateşte yapmanız köftelerin birden kızarıp yanmasına sebep olacaktır) Bu yüzden kısık ateş en idealidir. ‏‎Neapolitan Pizza at Home The closest thing to Neapolitan pizza without a pizza oven Click on my profile link to watch video and get recipe. The closest thing you will find to a Neapolitan pizza in a domestic home oven. Normally, to achieve the perfect pizza base Neapolitan style, you need a very hot oven such as a powerful commercial electric or a woodfired oven. Pizzas should be cooked in 60-90 seconds in a 430C°-480C° (800F°-900F180 °) oven, that is hot!!! Domestic home ovens are lucky to get half that amount of heat. If you’re lucky enough to own a pizza oven, this recipe is still an excellent pizza base to use in super hot ovens. You will be amazed at the results, in any type of oven! So, what makes a good Neapolitan pizza base? It is the raised swollen edges, softness in the crust, fluffy texture with toasted spots on the outside. It should not weigh more than 280grams 35cm in diameter and be approx. 0.25 centimetres thick. Now don’t worry too much about specifications, this is for home use it, doesn’t matter, it’s just a guideline. For the base, I use a starter called “poolish”, made from mixed yeast, water and flour, I also use a little honey to help feed it. It is then proved in the fridge overnight; long cold proofing, 8 to 24 hours is the secret to any good pizza base. Plus you won’t feel as bloated afterwards. The pizza is cooked twice, once covered in a pan with steam and then finished under your oven grill (Broiler). This method gets you closest to the real deal of a Neapolitan pizza base If you want to keep your pizza dough for the next day, no problem, simply retighten pizza dough into round balls and place in oiled or floured covered container in the fridge. To use the next day, remove from fridge and bring back to room temperature before use. Tried making apple tarte tatin using the apples we picked last Saturday. Turned out not bad. The apples were slightly sour, the pastry was crispy at the bottom while being soft, moist and sweet from soaking in the brown sugar syrup. I say syrup instead of caramel because I didn't caramelise it long enough, as I used brown sugar, it was hard to tell whethee the sugar had caramelised or not. When I saw it was brown enough in the pot, I thought it was done but after adding it to the tart and baking it, it looked light brown, I wanted it to look darker and have a richer caramel taste. 「鶏むねの梅酒マリネサラダ」
数日前、父にケータイのSMSは余計な通話料がかかるからメールでやり取りすると言ってあったのに、ケータイ壊れて出来ないと言ってて無視したら。
直接、話もしてこないので、洗濯の途中、
父のケータイから自分のスマフォにテスト送信して壊れてないし。ていうか、メルアドだけで電話帳登録しないで、既存の連絡先編集して登録すれば。と言っても理解しないので。
ついでに、全く電話帳のグループ分けも、要らない連絡先の整理も出来てないのを、1件ずつ整理する、面倒くさい作業に時間をとられることに……。
機種変更前のケータイから整理してなくてそのまんまだったからって、言い訳になってない、自己管理能力のなさ露呈してるだけなのに、反省しないし。
今は毎日、仕事の電話(工場の)も鳴らなくなって、暇のくせに、出来ないとか……何言ってんだこいつ。
まじで、付き合いきれない。

母が置いていった、大きな瓶入りの11年物の梅酒の消費にやっととりかかっている。これで、最後の1本だ。
2日前に、
鶏むね肉300g弱をチキンコンソメスープ(コンソメ、鶏がらスープの素を半々)に入れ、じっくり余熱で蒸して。
梅酒・赤ワイン・しょうゆをひと煮立ちさせたタレに漬けておいたのが。(半日以上マリネする)
結構ないい色に染まっている。
マリネしてる間に、大葉やトマト(みょうがは高くて断念)も買ってきて。
ゆで野菜、スライスした鶏むね肉のマリネ(皮あり)を盛りつけて、タレとノンオイルの青じそドレッシングもかけた。
蒸し鶏といえばささみだけれど、ヘルシーすぎてちょっと物足りないし。
鶏むね肉も少しは油があるが、普通に焼いたりすると肉は固い。
これは、鶏もも肉ほどのジューシーさはないものの、
じっくり蒸して、酒に漬けたことにより、ふんわりと柔らかく。
風味も良い。
単体で食べるには、ちょっと薄味なので、
ラーメンにチャーシューみたくのせたり、残りは冷凍して消費するつもり。
次作る時は、調味液で蒸して、ちゃんとチャーシューにしてみようかな。
茹でた時に使ったチキンコンソメスープは、すでに冬瓜入れたスープに使った。
