Chilli Cheese Sandwich
A unique and simple way to make Cheese and Green Capsicum Stuffed Sandwich. The sandwich is then filled with cheese and bell peppers, grilled until crispy, and topped with additional cheese. A popular sandwich with a mix of flavors that comes from the busy streets of Mumbai.
These Chilli Cheese Sandwich Recipe are usually served on large triangular shaped white bread. In total, 2 large sandwich cuts are tossed with finely chopped bell peppers and grated cheddar, barbecued until fresh. Later, it is topped with additional grated cheese and hot, sweet tomato ketchup.
Although the stuffing of this recipe is very similar to the stuffing of my previous post Chilli Cheese Toast, there is a slight difference between the two. firstly, the main difference between Chilli Cheese Sandwich Recipeand my previous recipe is that i grilled the sandwich instead of toasting it on a pan. I also toasted one side of the bread slices before placing the stuffing on top. However, in this recipe, the cheese and chilli mixture is sandwiched between three bread slices and grilled. Additionally, grated cheddar cheese is added to the sandwich slices after grilling to add flavor. Finally, I drizzled green chutney on each bread slice to add flavor and heat.
Although this is a straightforward, filling and simple sandwich recipe, I would like to give some hints and tips for chilli cheese sandwich. firstly, for this recipe, i used large white sandwich bread slices. However, if you have larger bread slices that are triangle shaped, I strongly recommend using this instead. Second, I have included grated cheddar cheese in this recipe, which is better than mozzarella or feta cheese in how well it works. Finally, the sandwiches are grilled on a sandwich grill; It can also be grilled or toasted on a pan.

Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps I had hit week one of my keto diet and was struck with a lack of motivation until I dug through my freezer and found some pork belly which I almost exclusively use to make korean style pork wraps! This also happens to be keto friendly (depending on your sides).For the Pork Belly I use Pork Belly I get about a 8 square inch slab from by butcher. If they don't have it your local asian food specialty store should have it. Simmer this for an hour or so depending on the size of the meat in enough water to cover it along with:-About 5 cloves of garlic-4 thin slices of ginger-1 quartered onion-1 bunch of green onion cut into 2 inch pieces-1 quarter cup soysauce-1 tablespoon gochujangNow the above ingredients are just for the broth so don't panic. If you're not on keto the broth makes for an excellent ramen base. Right now I'm putting the broth in the freezer for later use.Then I collect my sides. I'm using slices cucumer, jalapenos, and radish kimchi. Unfortunately my favorite homemade cabbage kimchi recipe is way to carb heavy for my current macros. I also have a small bowl of good quality sesame oil with salt, pepper, and sesame seeds to taste for a dipping sauce.Put pork and whatever assortment of sides you want in a nice red lettuce leaf (or other leafy green of choice) and chow down.Here's where I learned the original recipeAnd the whole thing plate comes out to right about 4 carbs with the myplate app
