How do you keep the momentum going?
Okay, I have this stupid thing where I can never make it past chapter 4 of whatever longfic I'm writing; currently struggling w chapter 5 of something I've been planning since February and I'm so absolutely in love with the idea of the fic but just keeping at it is hard, and editing is super messy (especially because I'm dealing with unmedicated ADHD again).
So, do y'all have any tips to keep the momentum going? From both ADHD and non-ADHD perspective.

Everyone at the table looked at Y/n, who in turned shredded a piece of chicken, pointing at her wine aunt.
“You wanna talk trash, Auntie? Huh, is that it? Then maybe you should tell Dad why the fucking plumber keeps coming to take a look at your leaky faucet.”
“HE IS NOT THE PLUMBER. HE IS THE ASSISTANT.”
“THAT YOU REGULARLY FUCK?”
“WITH YOUR HEEL COLLECTION, ARE YOU EVEN A VIRGIN?”
As the fight dragged on, Sukuna poured more water into D/n’s glass.
“Sukuna, my boy, this happens regularly, are you sure you really wanna be involved?”
“It’s no trouble sir. With all due respect, your daughter is fine as hell, and Miss A/n always has blackmail on the other people in the plaza. So really, this benefits me in more ways than one.”
"But are you actually sure?"
Taking a sip of water, Sukuna glanced at Y/n, then at his water, smiling wildly. Bending over the other side of the table, he tipped his water, Y/n shrieking at the cold.
“Ah! Oh my! So sorry about that Y/n- here let me get you a towel.”
“Sukuna you ass!”
Turning to Y/n’s father,then back to Y/n, putting a hand over his mouth.
“Checking out my ass? Y/n, please respect the boundaries- your family is right there!”
Face scrunched up, Y/n opened her mouth, only for Sukuna to shove a baby potato in it, closing her lips.
Smug, he looked at his nails, then Mr. L/n.

Okokokok, TO CLEAR THINGS UP - because apparently even if I have known you for a while, this isn't common knowledge yet - My Guilty Pleasure is Movies with Big Ass Robots in Them.
Pacific Rim is a perfect example of this, however you won't see me thirsting over Striker Eurika because (unlike a transformer) they aren't actually alive. I mean I'll thirst over their pilots, Chuck and his DILF of a father for a co-pilot, but those jeagers? Those actual machines? 😏 Maybe I would if they - no hold on I'm getting off topic. Long story short; qualities like voice kink, size kink, (idk what you call it, an authority kink?,) monster fucker = me wanting to get rawed by Optimus Prime (and on occasion Bumblebee and/or Megatron but you definitely didn't hear that last one from me). And I'll bring it to your dash if I so please cause this is my blog and I so what I want.
