Well someone woke up on the wrong side of the coffin. I find myself hilarious sometimes. While the bodypillow part isn't true in the campaign, the keeping him waiting for three days part is. Yes he did rock our shit.

Photos of the three-story set I designed and built for my D&D Curse of Strahd finale session last weekend! At 1" scale, it's just over 18" tall and about 2 feet wide, and features a grid of ~130 WS2812B LEDs under the floor which I used to indicate various environmental effects over the course of the battle.

Props such as the pews and statues as well as the minis were either purchased or downloaded from shapeways or thingiverse, though I did construct the wooden golem made of pews myself and all but a few minis were hand-painted by myself or my partner.

Strahd Von Zarovich. I tried something new for illustrate our campaign. ------ Used the Ravenloft Crest by Hydro74 on reddit (free to use) and one of the red moon ambiance of the book, to help me here. And yes the Ancient/The Land is kinda angry. ---------------

And then my two PCS : Khal Corvara + Kuka (Vistani ranger master beast/warlock of the Undead) and Neriel Ilinorin (Bladesinger Wizard) (I heavily used a bat drawing reference to help on the BG)

Barovia is just horny jail for Strahd.

Sometimes I see posts about how "I, Strahd" Tatyana has the personality of a cardboard but I don't think I agree honestly.

We only see her in very few scenes (all from Strahd's POV) and she's always very gentle and soft spoken.

Which makes completely sense since she was a lowborn orphan trying to make a good impression on her future brother in law, who is not only the ruler of the valley but also a feared war criminal. Of course she would try to be as nice as possible in front of him.

I also think that Strahd was extremely genuine in thinking he was in love with Tatyana, it's just that he never really knew her the way Sergei did. He only knew a facet.

DM wanted a more unhinged Strahd for the upcoming session, and their every whim is my command.
