My brother and sister-in-law came over last night and no one wanted actual dinner. I had served a bunch of hors d’oeuvre and we stuffed ourselves on those. Big winner was these Naan pizzas, the recipe from my book, The Modern Kosher Kitchen, and is basically this quick and easy nibble: spread 1/2 cup mango chutney on two naan breads. Add some chopped cooked cauliflower. You can also add a little grated raw or cooked carrot (I didn’t yesterday), and top with grated mozzarella and Gouda cheese. Bake in a 400F oven for maybe 15 minutes. Cut and serve.
