Was looking through some stuff and forgot I drew blade as a turtle

China man Khan (and my redesign of him). I don't take offense to his original design or anything. It just wasn't menacing enough to me.

I reimagined him as a Hokkien string puppet. I feel like it would've made more sense if his puppet was represented as a jiangshi because of the whole "human soul resurrection" concept. Still a lot more to be done but it's what I have so far.

Anyways I half-assed this with all the knowledge I could gather from useless extensive research on jiangshis I'm gonna regret this post when I wake up tomorrow I'm tired as fuck man goodnight🇨🇳🇨🇳

This short little comic was brought up in a discord chat with @rowenpuppets last night, so I did some magic and made it into something. The whole situation is Toxic Rowen leaves out sea shells most likely the morning before Blade comes back from a slaughtered night of feeding on people cuz the moon was full. So with these sea shells, I’m guessing Rowen finds them near the hotel and lays them out to hopefully calm Blade down from gruesome night before.

So with that I wanted to make the scene into a short little comic, with the start of Blades gears violently building back together in there normal spots to him finding the shells and being real confused on who left in such a pattern so early in the morning. Clearly it couldn’t be children, soooooo who did it? I guess Blade will figure that out sooner or later
