❤️ Thank youuu! I love writing Luffy because I love throwing his own little personality in it, it’s not fun to write for a character if you don’t catch their personality in my opinion. Plus if I’m thinking about that character and read (or write) about them I want it to feel like it’s that character speaking or doing whatever action they’re doing. Hey! I headcannon that Camie the mermaid would have been Luffy’s first kiss! Back in the ferris wheel where she’s all excited. If you have time for a request I’d love a fluffy piece about them 🥰
Mannnn when I tell you I felt so bad for Camie when she almost got auctioned off, that shit stressed my ass out. Pushing all that aside, I can write something small about them.
Here’s a small reenactment of the Ferris Wheel scene with Luffy and Camie. Though the dialogue events are slightly altered.
I find Camie to be so precious.
Camie and Luffy. Fluff.
“Woww! W-Were up so high!” Camie beams as she peers down at her surroundings from the large bubbly dome. The Ferris wheel rotated slowly as Luffy and Camie admired the scene.
“I can see everything from up here Luffy-chin!”
“Yeah ya can! It’s a nice view too!”
As Camie watched the scenery below, tears began to brew in her eyes as she couldn’t contain her happiness much longer. Luffy turns to her, a soft smile across his face.
“Aw, ya so happy ya started cryin, ya okay?” Luffy asks as he places a hand on Camie’s shoulder. She turns to him with a wide smile, the tears running down her cheeks. “Mhm! I-It’s just been a dream of mine…ever since I was a kid…a-and now it’s coming true because of you, Luffy-chin…”
Luffy smiles widely before giggling. “Shishishi~ It was nothin’, I wanted ta get on the Ferris wheel my too…” Luffy said before scanning his eyes back around the scenery. Camie stares at Luffy for a moment before turning away with a blush on her face. “T-Thank you, Luffy-chin.” She says before looking back towards Luffy. Luffy nods. “Mhm! Ya welcome!” He says, his smile still spread across his face.
Camie scoots closer to Luffy and he tilts his head. “Hm? Wassup? Is there somethin’ up?” He asked before he looks around. Camie peppers a kiss to Luffy’s lips while Luffy freezes up. “Ah-“ He says abruptly, a little stunned by this kiss. Camie giggles before giving Luffy a hug. “Thank you again, Luffy-chin.” She says softly. Luffy smiles and lets out a little chuckle before hugging her back.
“Y-Ya welcome!” He says, a big smile plastered across his face before his cheeks grew warm.

I really didn’t think everyone would be so interested in the series since I’m a writer with a small following compared to everyone else.
