She continues to stay by the window, looking towards the garden. Roesia still remains in the shadow of the heavy and dark curtain, as if she does not want to be seen. She acts like she's a spy and for a second she actually seems like one. "Do you think Jarlath is putting too much pressure on Vincent?" asks Roesia in a low voice, to be heard only by Fiona, who is her confidant. "He is the heir to his father's title. I think it is his duty." Roesia grimaced. She doesn't like the answer. "But he is so small!", protested the Countess in a plaintive tone. "He's only nine years old!" "Do you think they will exhaust him too much?" "I think they will mature him much too quickly!", Roesia reprimands her, then continues, this time in a much softer tone. "I'm just afraid that he'll forget how to be a child. That he'll forget how to play. That he'll become independent way too soon. That he'll..." "That he won't need you anymore," Fiona finished the sentence, the words making the Countess feel a shiver down her spine. For a few seconds there is silence. In his mother's eyes, Vincent is just a child, but for Jarlath he is even more than that - Vincent represents the future of their family. He's smart, he's tall for his age, he's healthy, he knows good manners very well and he already knows three languages, and most importantly, he's a boy. If Roesia had the duty to give birth to him, Jarlath has the duty to polish this diamond of the Elkins family. The only problem is that maybe this could destroy him as a child. "You might find solace in the baby that's already on the way," Fiona encourages her. Despite her good intentions, Roesia does not seem to cheer up. As a Countess, she knows that Vincent is the perfect heir, but as a mother, she cannot neglect him just because she happens to be carrying another child in her womb. Moreover, she cannot overlook the loneliness with which her boy is surrounded. He has the great name of Elkins, but he is still shy and has a hard time making friends. "Well, he'll have to prepare, because it won't be easy for him at all!" jokes Roesia, caressing her belly and motioning Fiona to leave. So that Roesia takes one last look out the window, seeing her son's dark, short-cut hair, who is in the company of the butler and his guardian. That was the moment when Roesia felt the movement of the baby in her womb, as if it had insisted that it was time for them to start their work that day. "Let's hope that your birth will give Vincent a reason to be happy and a true friend," the Countess thinks to herself. "Yes, because that's what he needs. A friend. A real one."

If you can get your raised beds raised up higher, it will make a huge difference in your intra-abdominal pressure because you won’t have to lean over so much.

2. Keep your torso loonnnggg — Elongating your body by standing as tall as possible, or sitting as tall as possible, or squatting while keeping your torso as tall as possible is a natural way to activate your deepest “corset” muscles. It also creates more space between each vertebra in your spine!

3. Squat instead of bending over — If you have the ability to drop into a full “Asian Squat,” do it! If you don’t, use this free video to work toward the ability to squat deeply. Squatting keeps your torso more upright, which keeps pressure off the midline of your abs (and your healing diastasis!).

4. Exhale to Engage with the Exertion (E.E.E.) — Breathe out and set your ab muscles as you yank that stubborn weed. Breathe out and draw your navel inward slightly as you stand up out of a squat. Blow before you lift the shovelful of dirt. Exhale as you lift that awkward arbor vitae!

Not much going on with that name, betting on something like the Three Nights of the Hunter job mark-wise.

--- Jack sent a different person after his intended target, and thinks Nate will be sympathetic to the person enough to follow through because the person is in trouble. Nate says its not his problem.

So someone Jack reasonably assumes is a valid hostage, but whom Nate is largely ambivalent towards. Combined with how the set-up of "stuck inside the building, cant get out" reminds me of the time Parker got stuck inside the food company for Archie. Im gonna say its Nate's Dad.

--- Always nice when a show can tell me about US government corruption things I didnt know about, (in this case "we can steal your inventions and patents, and all we have to do is claim it is a threat". Note that according to wikipedia this doesnt need to be a threat to national security, only to existing industries. So yeah. I mean i knew generally that the patent office was corrupt AF. But i was expecting more "someone shows up with a patent, clerk backdates a copy with their own signature then claims that the patent is pre-existing" type corruption if the show ever did a Patent Office Episode.

So i guess the time machine is gonna be this episode's gag of the day. (its funny but unrealistic, no one patents a time machine. If you get a time machine you keep it secret like Coke's Recipe, then take an actual patent, throw it back to your yesterday self. Have your yesterday self put their signature on it and file it before the actual inventor does. A time machine is not worth patenting cause patents tell other people how to make the thing, as part of the "this is what you are not legally allowed to make" regulations.)

--- I think the "pushing hardison down the chute"gag isnt funny. If there were alarms blaring and a current time-crunch. It would be funny, but seeing as there is no immediate rush until after he sets up the looping footage (which only works with a 2 hour buffer)... --- called it BITCH! --- Good call on making Parker stay behind. If anyone knows how to find a needle in a haystack its gonna be her thieflyness. --- Ok so we have: Butler on a roomba, Meatsmoker, Fake Pregnancybelly. Time to try and reverse-engineer how these 3 checkov's guns will fire. Belly=disguise? Sophie puts it on to smuggle something out. Meatsmoker: Its a smokescreen, Butler... some kind of Kevin McAllister Party-distraction. --- Yeah Dad is so dying. --- Ah, the goons tripped the alarms. --- Uncle Scam! 15/10, Im gonna steal that. --- Called It! Fake Pregnancy! --- "Latimer was gonna kill you if I didnt" I knew it. Just like how they'd Parker went in to protect Archie and his family. --- Elliot is about to feign a John McClane. --- Congrats on Jimmy for the simple escape. Flashmob! "Telll them how much Jimmy Ford loves his son." Now im notoriously face-blind, and its been 4 seasons worth of episodes, but I do think that this is the guy from episode 1. (especially given the whole "lure them into the building with the promise of money, then blow it up" schtick.
