Mi sto immergendo nel favoloso mondo della ricerca di lavoro per assistenza clienti (per il momento è studio delle proposte delle aziende).
Sono tre anni che sono lontana da quel mondo e non sembra che la considerazione per chi si occupa di assistenza clienti inbound sia migliorata, con gli anni.Al contrario.
