anyways, orochimaru really stays winning huh .. i think its quite funny the way he's the only villain on naruto who isnt primarily motivated by some kind of tragedy, he just mainly wants power and knowledge and immortality and he's the most sicko freak of them all, there's no underlying altruistic intention or anything to his actions. its all personal gain-motivated but then at the same time, he's also the only one who just gets off scot-free? lol. he's the only one out of the villains who ends up successfully reaching his goals. obito (dies), madara (fucking explodes into an alien and dies) as well as the other big villains, they all end up failing and/or giving up on their goals. orochimaru doesnt manage to attain sasuke's body i guess but .. he at some point just decides that he's done enough evil shit now and then he gets back to konoha and has a chill life there lol.

It’s been said before and the fact that I’m an Izzy simp aside like having a character who survives the most certain death shit ever (shooting himself in the head at point blank) and literally being nicknamed by another character “indestructible” and then become a symbol of protection for a whole group of people die from a fucking bullet to the side that was established in universe to have no vital organs in order to “atone for his sins” or however you wanna spin it and have him say he wants to go after (see point one) literally trying to kill himself in the show that is literally about growth and betterment of the self in a cruel world that wants you dead and where the main (and mostly queer) characters survive the most batshit insane injuries is like COSMICALLY stupid writing like I don’t even understand how you get there and the fact that it’s supposed to be a kind/ happy/meaningful ending is beyond me

yall i don’t know how many times i need to say this but i don’t want to get political on my blog. stop asking me about my opinions on wars. any political asks will be deleted and blocked. i’m not putting up with that. i don’t know how many more times i need to say it but i don’t want to involve politics on my blog. respect that.
just because i post about why antisemitism and tokenism in fanon is bad doesn’t mean i want to talk politics. and stop assuming my viewings on politics because i talk about antisemitic stereotypes portrayed in fanon and why they’re bad. i’ve never posted anything political on my blog other than an awareness post about sudan’s wifi being cut. i’ve never posted anything about the war. so stop asking shit like ‘WhY dO yOu SuPpOrT aNd FoLlOw PrO (insert political viewing) bLoGs If YoUrE pRo (insert opposing political issue)”
i’ve never talked about the war, nor politics. so stop asking and assuming. you’re making an ass out of yourself.

ty @novemberthorne for the tag ur sweet (see his post here!)
i have so many wips so narrowing them down to just five is a mess.. but we stay silly. all of these are steddie to some degree except for the stobin one:
1. carve your name on arrival
2. 25 years later
3. finding nothing but faith in nothing
4. stobin s3 reflection ficlets
5. steddie ponyplay fic
the most ive worked on recently is for something saved under “25 years later” so thats what my snippet will be:
“I’ve been better.” Steve smiled and flipped the file open to see, first, Eddie’s credentials. He had been prepared to say more, but what he read shocked him, his jaw dropping open entirely.
Eddie glanced down at the page, nervous; he waited for Steve to pick his jaw up from the floor.
“You’re a neurosurgeon.”
