Could Amethio be related to someone Lucius knew in the past?
The main reason I think this is because of Terapagos's weird reaction toward Amethio at the end of Epsiode 24.
Before you bring up "it's because Amethio tried to steal the pendant", I would like to kindly disagree with this.
The reason I don't think this is the case is because Zir and Conia were also there, and they have also tried to steal Terapagos (when it was a pendant). But Terapagos seem to only react to Amethio.
Also even though Spinel also tried to steal the pendant (Terapagos), Terapagos never summoned the shield even though Spinel went further than Amethio.
Terapagos has only summoned shields against amethio (as far as I remember).
Also, Rayquaza got way more angry at Amethio than the other characters. Landau says "it does not seem to wish to fight". But once it sees Amethio, it gets really angry and tries to attack Amethio. You could say this is because Amethio is trying to fight it, but Rayquaza gets really aggressive over it but when Roy wants to battle/capture it like Amethio, Rayquaza completely ignores Roy.
Also both times when Rayquaza and Terapagos react to Amethio, it's focuses on Amethio's face/eyes as if they (Terapagos and Rayquaza) recongize him from somewhere.
So maybe it is possible that Amethio is related to someone Lucius knew in the past and that's why Terapagos and Rayquaza react the way they did with Amethio.
Also Amethio is the only human other than Lucius that Terapagos has tried to reach out to. So far Terapagos has only tried to reach out to Amethio, Lucius and the six heroes (THIS PART MIGHT BE WRONG SO PLEASE CORRECT ME IF IT IS).

Zir being a Gurumin fan was foreshadowed!
I was recently rewatching all Pokémon Horizons episodes and I just noticed something interesting! I haven’t seen anyone else mention this, maybe they have, but I wanna make my own post just in case. As we all know from Episode 27 of Pokémon Horizons, it was revealed that Zir (or Zirc in English) watches Gurumin.
I didn’t look that deep into it until recently. What I didn’t realize is that this was foreshadowed way earlier. In Episode 8, we see a little more of Dot—and her internet persona, Gurumin. She decides to do a livestream answering some questions, and we get a very peculiar question from someone with an interesting handle.
“Muscles_of_a_Saidon”, huh? Now, as we all know, Zir is very muscular in his build, and he has a Saidon (Rhydon in English). Surely that’s not a coincidence.
However, if you don’t believe me and think the evidence is too flimsy for it to be true, then I’m happy to tell you there’s more! Gurumin reads the question.
That’s right, this is word-for-word what happened during Episode 5.
That’s way too specific to be a coincidence, wouldn’t you say? I’m just super glad that we get some fun foreshadowing in Horizons. I wonder what other fun mysteries they left for us to discover way later.

huh, I didn't realize these two got a minor name change in the dub. although I kinda wish they didn't? "zir and conia" feels like it rolls off the tongue easier than "zirc and onia," although both of them are kinda awkward regardless. also, I dunno, but I feel like there's potential for confusion between onia and orla by giving them such relatively similar names?

Small highlight of HZ025 was definitely the scene when Zir was about to command his Saidon to use Sandstorm against Liko and Roy (but he was eventually interrupted). This goes back to HZ008 when he asked Gurumin about battle tips during her livestream and her advice was to use moves like Protect to endure attacks or to use Sandstorm to change the environment in his favor.
So basically: Zir actually listened to Gurumin's advice, took it to heart and trained his Saidon to learn Sandstorm.
