How to Pet each Eeveelution
eevee: everywhere. forehead scritchies for SURE. get your hands in the fluffy mane and tail and you know the belly is fluffy too
jolteon: dont hurt yourself on the spines! it dislikes its paws being touched so i would scratch its face and ears and under the chin for optimal pets
flareon: extremely fluffy, long fur but if you pet it for too long it may get too hot so pat it gently and lightly to avoid burning your hands
umbreon: very short fur (OOC: similar to a horse) doesnt like pets on its ears or tail. back is most optimal for pets
leafeon: be very gentle if petting on the leaves! otherwise pets and scratches like a dog are acceptable everywhere else . might enjoy a belly rub.
sylveon: pet downwards like a cat. gentle face scritches acceptable. you can hold its ribbons gently like a paw if you would like (it will be able to sense your emotions if you touch its ribbons)
glaceon: dont pet for too long lest you freeze your hands! the tail, crest, and paws are colder than the main body so avoid petting there, light short pets on the back and head are acceptable. very smooth body (OOC: similar to a seal.)
espeon: VERY fine short fur almost like peach fuzz, does not enjoy being pet for too long but you may pet/rub its face and ears (avoid touching its gem) and it might enjoy a belly rub if it trusts you
vaporeon: will make a wet slap like slapping a slime if you pat it. has a tendency to melt slightly if very contented with petting. has a smooth body like a seal and can be pet anywhere that isnt fins (ears included). gently slapping its back or belly is very funny would recommend

A few days ago a Golbat, named Fangs, finally got adopted after 2 months here in the shelter! He has a great personality but bad IVs and a TOO energetic temperament have him returned once and he didn't get anyone willing (if you don't count 2 teenagers who I'm 97 percent sure was trying to start their own 'evil team') until now.
The problem?
Today, I came in to feed the Pokemon. I feed the cave section in the mornings this day. As they eat, I'm also counting them as usual and marking them down on the clipboard.
So you see, Fangs is having some vitamin issues so we give him extra 'treats' once a week. It makes him more willing to take his medicine and we can work on his obedience that way.
Since I can't find him, I call out his name, and Lo and behold, a large Crobat rushed over, thinking he is gonna get treats earlier than usual.
Its Fangs.
Fangs evolved thanks to his (what I thought) bromance with Valentino the Swoobat.
Oh, also, they stole a lullaby egg from a Mandibuzz I was monitoring since I discovered she was expecting.
The mandibuzz doesn't want the egg back.
They take turns sitting on it.
The last people who wanted to adopt him can't take care of a Crobat and a Swoobat at the same time along with an egg and now they can't be adopted separately.
What am I gonna do with these dumb gays 🥲

he was thinking tarountula which I think is adorable but I suggested not since where we are its not right, he sadly agreed after seeing that our types with his own wouldn't match. I suggested jolting to evolution to gavantula cus I have always wanted one, and I was surprised that he was
he was like "aren't they pretty hard to care for and pretty scary?" dawg I have a psychic cat BONDED to me, a dragon, AND A POISONOUS LITTLE FLOWER!

Skeeter for the as per your request I’m sending a protype drone I developed off of Block bot tech , modifying its AI with programs taken from the Polygon source code so it can be connect to your phone through Bluetooth and remotely controlled. I Integrated the mechanism from two older Capture styler discs in the smaller cubs so you can remotely active a “capture” action when encountering an aggressive Pokémon, or Pokémon, that you were not able to easily access with the block bots remote function .  I modified its appearance to resemble a Combee so it wouldn’t frightened other bug pokemon . 
Second I’m sending a balm containing lansant Barry extracts and powdered Bug gem . This is just a hypothesis but I’m wondering if theirs more to your ability to make bug pokemon calls . Especially since most of them fall out of the range of sound that human voice boxes are able to make or human ears are able to hear . So the balm contains two active ingredients Lansant Barry which help with potency in overall condition and bug Gems which generally enhance the energy produced by bug Pokémon . Just a hunch, but I’d like to see what effects they might have on you .

update with @fairymime's Pink One™
She is so so sweet I adore her so much. I know you said she was very well behaved, but from what I've read about the tink line, I'm still so impressed!!
I bought her a two-pack of plushies of a pincurchin and a rookidee. She wasn't interested much in the pincurchin, but loved the rookidee one so much I had to go back for another pack. I now have 2 pincurchin plushies, that neither Violence-strawberrie nor Hazel will play with. I think they both know better than to mess with a pincurchin lol, but that does leave me with 2 odd plushies. More for my bed I guess xD
I've been moisturizing her as you've said and she's been being So, So Good about it. I always tell her how well she is doing and how good she is for being so tough to make it through moisturizing
For the food, both Violence-strawberrie and Hazel have been loving the new food I've been cooking for Violence-strawberrie's diet! Now that Hazel is hooked on it, I don't plan on stopping making it now haha, she loves it too much
At night, Hazel will curl up with her to keep her company and comfort her with her nightmares 😭 ❤️❤️ (Hazel will do this with anyone, especially those in discomfort, and how cute it is will never get old to me)
Overall going really well so far!! She hasn't asked me any riddles yet so I'm guessing that's a her comfort with me thing, so I'm not pushing

Pokemon "national dexes" are just the pokemon that naturally live in the region (even if they've been introduced from other regions/are invasive). Pokemon not in the dex can still be brought to other regions as partner Pokemon or as part of a team, they don't take your Pokemon away. You just can't catch them in the wild and Pokemon that aren't in the national dex are disqualified from official gym challenges and other events. Though a lot of gym leaders are cool with having a battle with non-regional pokemon for fun, you can't earn a badge with them.

Well:
Our numbers are at their normal BUSY-AS-FUCK-but-can-function levels again, the wild Pokemon who can leave have been released and the ones that are too wounded are sent to appropriate hospitals, we properly re-stocked our sanctuary, our medic team has more people now, the acidity levels have been…well, at least it's getting better and the restoration of the sanctuary is going great! Pistachio's mother's grave is properly marked and-
Well, I still don't know what to do with this little teddiursa. We'll find something.

AFTER my vacation.
I stuck around until everything was in place and running. Now, I want to take my mom and go on a vacation with her. She is an old lady, she deserves a good rest after the whole shadow shit show.

I've been curious ever since Lynn came back from his trip to the Endless Mountains region, but what is up with your Claydol? I've never seen one so brightly colored or with powers as strong as yours. I understand they are very old, do you have any idea what culture they may have come from? -Ellisa @adventures-on-foster-island
Juguete?
Their a variety of Claydol found in the Meso region . My dad is from there and Juguete have been a part of my dads family for generations, we’re think about 800 years . A lot of indigenous people in the region have family Boltoy that stay with them for many generations. In the past they were used to record information and help preserve oral traditions. After colonization a lot of the oldest were purposely destroyed by settlers but the tradition lives on.
Here’s a picture of my father and me A few days before my 15th birthday were he gave me Juguete( they were still a Baltoy) , I was just about to go on my first journey . As for how strong they are , A combination of being very old and well trained .
