i was having a really bad day until i went plant-shopping and suddenly it was like i could breathe again. literally. this was such a reminder to be more often in my element - the natural world - and to do more things outside. to grab a friend and go see some plants. to breathe more.

It’s Christmas Eve and my car won’t start so I’m unable to drive the two hours needed to see my family. I can’t even visit my best friend and their cats. Well I could Uber but …
