the plaguecore academic:
-dark toned clothes
-knowing random words in Classical English
-black face masks always. Hand sanitizer in pockets and bags
-having high grades in history only because there was a unit on medieval Europe
-forgetting that the botanical book on medieval herbs was a book you borrowed from the library two months ago
-staying up late not for studying but to research more about plagues, which intersects into the character you’ve been feeding lore into for the past five months
-plague Doctor doodles on history textbooks and biology notes
-showing up to school with a big cardboard sign during corona in order to scare classmates into wearing a mask (or at least, wanting to, because godsdammit wear your masks people!)
-using flowers and herbs as a love language. Somewhat incorrectly

Austin- Austin is ranked one of the most dog-friendly cities in the U.S. and Austin is the Live Music Capital of the World, I used green academia and vibrant academia
dc- he would love ducks and I put liminal space and Studyblr bc I like that the whole fandom agrees gov/dc works all the time
Miami- Miami is a great place for star-spotting, Miami was a popular spot for pirates like Blackbeard, Gasparilla, and Jean Lafitte, Miami is known to have the world’s largest collection of art deco architecture and Like gazing at graffiti murals? Head to Wynwood they look cool ngl, and the aesthetics i used are party animal I also used that to ref Miami's nightlife and i used chaotic academia
Chicago- I used brown aesthetic and Musical Academia also i found facts for Chicago, Chicago is known as the United States railroad capital and Chicago’s the birthplace of modern architecture

I did a little plaguecore photoshoot today and the pictures turned out really well so here they are. Afterwards I went to Walmart and got a lot of stares but probably not because of the mask. 😂 gotta love pandemic times where you have an actual excuse to wear funky plague doctor masks to an extent.
