So, yeah, Sis tried wrapping up the cats. Pippin tolerated it. Hiccup loved it! When she let go of him, he just sat there. Then she unwrapped a corner so he could get out, but he just burrowed farther in. Then later she put his wrapping paper on the floor and he rolled around all over it. I mean, they opened a gift tonight and it was a flower water fountain for them and they鈥檇 rather play with the box and paper it came in, but whatever! I swear, these furry kids.
Brothers! From the same litter, been together since Day 1, been with us since 3 weeks old, just turned 13 years old. Pippin Took & James T Kirk 馃樆 love each other a lot.
Pippin has been stretched out on top of me for like a half hour now. When I took the 1st pic, it woke him up & he moved his head a little & then settled back down. I always call him my Snuggly Buggly for a reason. 馃樆
First he was watching tv with me & then he fell asleep. That鈥檚 both my baby doll鈥檚 feet and my hand you see him resting against. Now I hafta get up to get some work done and basically I鈥檓 a monster for moving & leaving him.
My snugly bugly, Pippin, all snuggled into his big boy bed. Since the temps have turned so bitter here in Michigan, they鈥檝e all started going for these thermal beds.
Happy National Cat Day! In honor of this holiday, here are my furry bbs! Ripley, looking at my sister with a face that is the living embodiment of this emoji 馃樆. And Pippin, in the bottom cubby of his new cat tree, thanks to his Auntie Sam. Kirk, with his big green eyes and his fuzzy blankie. And Hiccup, posed on my pillows and looking right at the camera. A very happy Cat Day from my furry family to yours!
