i just recently turned 24! the past year was one of the toughest years i've ever experienced, and its also a year where i've also been the most present in my day to day. people have told me of the benefits in being present and more consciously involved – and so much of it comes with feeling pleasure and peace to the fullest, and feeling pain and sorrow the same way as well. because i've been actively healing, so much of my past self feels like it has melted in these past few months, and have coalesced to form something new and beautiful and i think that's really cool 🦋🌷✨ so here's to another year of keeping that up and keeping witness to the flow of this body and this life – and as always, thanks for sticking around. 💖
My mom had some of this in her garden when I was a kid, very nice to run into him again! I did not smell the flowers today because it was a busy sidewalk, but I remember them having a distinctly bad in a good way smell
