Enid has an accident/gets attacked. When all is said and done, it's revealed that she's blind. Fully and permanently blind. Everyone is freaking out or heartbroken for her or what have you, but Enid herself is actually doing ok in comparison. It's not that she isn't upset that she can't see anymore, but she's remembering one thing that nobody else has figured out yet.
Ajax doesn't have to hide his snakes from her anymore.
