We are pleased to announce the arrival of { LIEGE VALAENA } of { HOUSE VELAYRON } to King’s Landing! The { TWENTY SEVEN } year-old { DEMI WOMAN } is whispered to be { deceitful & impulsive } but in reality they are { dauntless & erudite }. They are also said to resemble { COURTNEY EATON }They are { NEUTRAL TOWARD } a new treaty of peace and unity between House Targaryen and House Stark. For oc plots, I usually tend to lean towards more sapphic/lesbian (f/f or nb|enby/f) roleplays, but on occasion I am open to do m/f or m/m which will depend on the roleplays I have currently and depends on my sole interest in those pairings at the time. Most of my role plays mainly hold a romantic yet interesting plot for them.

I will not do any character under 18 by any means, I want to make that very clear. My OCs are 18 or over.

(open and still looking for roleplay partners) My favourite genres to roleplay are currently : • Era/Period roleplays, I lean towards the 1950s/1960s/1970s/1980s. However, I have had times where I lean in 1920s as well, and this is an era I would be open to this specific era as well.

• Circus themed, this works in a period setting, fantasy setting, or even modern setting. A vintage romance with many dynamics we can use or include as well, it is a rare yet special one to do.

• Fantasy era, urban or medieval setting, especially with some sort of royalty included. 

• Horror/Slasher based role plays are something I love, I enjoy horror movies a lot, so I have a dear muse for this.

• Royalty, this genre can be very interesting and always is something I'm into. I find the cliche arranged marriage story amusing and interesting to play out or various other dynamics. • Crime/Mob/Detective genre, something that gives a maybe Bonnie and Clyde feel to it. Bound 1996 always sticks out to me, and doing a plot like that sticks out in my mind for a f/f pairing.  • Wild West/Western, it always screams something to me, I love the dynamic of a bounty hunter x criminal  • Modern day, urban modern day is a rare one, but if I'm given a good plot and dynamic, I am happy to give it a go for those interested  

• Camp counsellors, it always sticks out with like a summer camp, which is usually set in the 80s. Ideas with this and dynamics can be super interesting. Rivals to lovers are always smart with this.

• Band, usually mixed with 80s or modern era

the period of mourning is BRIEF at best ⸺ the realm eagerly awaits the welcoming of the heir presumptive ( a woman ) to sit the iron throne in the hopes that a new era of PEACE will settle upon westeros. but when a son of the late king is presented and proven true, the nobles snub their would-be-queen in favor of yet another king.

WHISPERS of madness for the new king have begun to spring up as the nobility of westeros is invited to kings landing to celebrate his crowning and the real question stands ⸺ will westeros finally peace… or will the GARDEN OF BONES continue to grow?

1888. London, England.

Pretty girls with cherub faces sell virgin flowers to all that pass, a hard and underpaid work, where many buds are left wilted and crushed, just like the poor maiden’s selling the poppies and roses.

The Lacselles family rule, thrown into power a hundred and eleven years ago. Human, and nothing more. Just as they believe it should be. The royals, especially the queen, are known for their disdain towards… others; the supernatural. They believe they’re a plague, a coven of disgraceful monsters with the blood-thirst to match.

Once upon a time, the Marseille family ruled over England. A family of the undead, of vampires. They weren’t perfect, but it was their birth right for countless generations.

However, the humans felt it was wrong, they felt it was disgusting to have such dreadful creatures rule over them — they wouldn’t stand for it. A revolution was thrown, casting the family into darkness and death, leaving behind only two of the youngest girls, who once lived lavishly as princesses, ball gowns and parties, now forced to hide in the shadows. No one is to know of their survival, not if they dare reclaim the throne.

The Italian peninsula, Anno Domini 1503. The turn of a new century saw the Italian states struggling with the tension carried by the conflicts and contradictions of the previous decades; between the growing influences of foreign forces and rapid political changes, stability seemed like a dream long gone, leaving the noble houses and commoners alike to scramble for purchase and claw their way to the top through dramatic series of alliances, betrayals and unlikely twists of Fate.

It was a time of risks but also… incredible opportunities.

In the north, cold dread is settling over the Republic of Venice as the potential of yet another war with the Ottoman Empire casts a growing shadow on the upcoming elections of a new doge. Meanwhile, in the neighbouring Duchy of Milan, the young Castellini duke is struggling to legitimise his rule as old families conspire to undermine his status and in the Republic of Genoa, just starting to rise from an economical crisis, disagreements between the local leaders are threatening to rip the state apart from the inside.

The beautiful Florence, famed as a centre of all arts, is just on the edge of falling into chaos as ambitious nobles and bankers fight for dominance over the Republic, their efforts only made harder by the rising activity of the criminal underworld. A recently-made marriage agreement could strengthen the florentine relations with Naples, but the kingdom is already struggling with its own issues as the ruling dynasty is on the verge of a succession war, its possibility made even more threatening by the increasing presence of Spanish and French influences.

And, nestled right in the centre of all those states, is the Papal State. Recently, it has grown dangerously quiet, akin to a sleeping giant. The rumours of the pope’s mysterious illness may seem to be creating a perfect moment to undermine the Church’s influence but… is it wise to risk waking the beast?

hi muns ! gods & monsters rpg is excited to announce that our first ever live event will be taking place saturday, june 24th at approximately 4pm est. the event will take place over discord and is optional for muns to participate in. so, how does a live event work? on the day of, more details regarding a plot will be shared to the group. muns are invited to bring as many of their characters as they wish, or just a select few, the choice is entirely yours! regardless, the live event will aim to create different opportunities for everyone's characters to interact and react to various scenarios collectively. our next plot drop will be revealed then as well. do note, replies should be brief, encapsulated in a few sentences at most. our hope will be for the event to be something that can be enjoyable by all, and enable everyone to engage with a wide array of characters that they may not have had the chance to interact with otherwise. if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to the admin team on discord or through the main!

hello everyone! my name is kaz and i’m 27, female, and i go by she/her. my discord is at the bottom of this post! please only 18+ partners apply! i’m making this post in search of roleplay partners that are literate and enjoy writing! the only thing i ask is that you understand i can’t always reply every second of every day. i’m a pretty patient person and communication is best. if you ping me every day asking if i’m still interested, it makes me a little nervous so please don’t do that!

i have some plots i’ve been wanting to find a dedicated partner for. these can be modified in any way and can be thrown into pretty much any fandom. right now i’m suggesting that they be period rps, d&d inspired or in the grishaverse realms... but i’m willing to discuss any of these with anyone!!!

IDEA #1: this is definitely d&d inspired and i have a female character sort of lined up already. so my girl is a little darker than them. finds herself in this small nothing town in the middle of no where on a quest for something. manages to rent out one of the village houses. has a gorgeous black fresian-like horse named goliath who she spends a lot of her time with and it’s just her and this horse. she can’t possibly keep him outside tied up so she boards him at the local stables and that’s where she meets your character ?? just a lil farm boy/girl/nb who could possibly be shy and curious about her. maybe they see her walking around and have been wanting to talk to her to say hello but oh she came to the stables what a perfect way to start a conversation... but she doesn’t say much. maybe some of the older folk in town have talked to her more or the bar keep or even your character’s family members and yeah. they wanna talk to her but she kind of just comes into the stable to spend time with her horse, pays them and mostly ignores them when they even try to talk to her. there’s also moments where her and her horse disappear for days on end ( but she makes sure to leave a note saying she took her horse and to not be worried ). i have it in her bio that she’s looking for her father ( a little rogue one type plot lol. i can send the google doc i have! ) and she always comes back empty handed or tired / hurt / fresh scars / something idk. but eventually the two start talking or someone is being mean to your character and she jumps in and defends them because they’re too sweet to really tell a customer off. idk man. definitely hades x persephone vibes. she’s dark, mysterious, blunt, quiet, intimidating and they’re sunshine, shy, bubbly, awkward, smiley and everything opposite of what she is. i would REALLY LOVE to write this out if someone would want to discuss it a little more! she’s a high elf rogue ( i believe, i need to double check my sheet ) but ........ yes hi. please someone.

IDEA #2: basically the idea is of a prince and princess who have been betrothed to each other when they were young ( think something like reign with mary and francis ??? ) and they definitely think they’re each other’s soulmates. they probably visited each other every so many years to keep contact and stuff and idk it’s just cute. so things are good until they’re not, right? the prince and his family find themselves fleeing from the castle during an ambush on their kingdom. i’m imagining he either gets taken or is simply heading toward the docks, boards a ship and ... oop it’s a pirate ship? he becomes a pirate and sails the seas and all that good stuff and then eventually returns to try and get his life back. he earns trust and power out on the sea which gives him a bit more free reign to do as he pleases, maybe he gets money somehow, a crew and a ship and uses it to sail back home. maybe he doesn’t and just has crewmates that help him fake his death so he could go home and try and get his life back idk..... so while everyone thought he wasn’t alive anymore, it could be a surprise when he shows up to his betrothed’s castle / kingdom and it’s all wonderful and maybe a bit bittersweet if she was meant to marry someone else ??? also comes the fact that he’s probably not the same like he once was. definitely changed after years around pirates and on the sea and stuff. idk. i would love to discuss ideas with whoever took this! i think it’s a neat / cute idea that could be plotted out and refined a bit more!

IDEA #3: this could be set in the grishaverse. another idea on the pirate thing is someone who is a pirate. probably has legends about them with how ruthless and terrible they are. there’s stories of “the shadow captain” or something along those lines and he basically has powers like the darkling. i imagine that he and the darkling were at the little palace together and the darkling was nervous of another shadow summoner coming up into power with him and maybe tried to kill him or get him captured / taken somewhere and boy managed to escape and is out on the seas. then obviously years pass and the darkling is really the only shadow summoner so people probably don’t believe shadow captain boy but he has a black kefta and it’s like a thing on the seas where only he’s allowed to wear black / have black sails or something just like the darkling... idk. ANYWAY. your character could be another grisha that was training at the little palace and they knew each other? maybe planned on running away together at some point and obviously things happened with him... maybe she could’ve gotten out and they meet somewhere?? i’m not sure. 

on the same topic of this idea without it being in the grishaverse ... boy is captain of a “”ruthless”” ship. a myth or legend on the seas and like that type of person that parents tell their kids is going to come get them if they don’t eat their broccoli. definitely has a reputation and lot of power and he knows it. is probably a little unhinged, but is calculating and very good at what he does ( idk thomas shelby vibes imo ) AND YEAH ... your character finds themselves on their ship? either by accident or taken on there and is fearful of him or is obviously pissed off at being held captive ( maybe they could be a royal or someone from power or something ??? elizabeth swann vibes ?? ) and yeah they spend time on the ship and “oh it’s him ??? the oh so terrible captain ??? he’s not that bad. he’s kinda cute. he’s gentle when he talks to me and— what am i saying” kind of thing? and he’d be intrigued simply because idk... he might know who she is? i’m really game for discussing this a little more with someone!!!!

Thomas is the face of England. A proud and stubborn man with only the best interest of his country at heart. Yet, he is a puppet for his malicious and narcissistic wife, Victoria, who uses her dear husband to manipulate the pawns of London. Like his wife, Thomas has a rather public disdain for the supernatural that lurks in the shadows. Along with his wife, Victoria, he has three children; Everett, Angelica and Alice. ‪( 45-60. Casting for: Lord Gideon Bennett. Werewolf.

Gideon is a good man. A werewolf, he loves his family and his pack, but he is tired. He’s serene and level-headed, but has a aggressive streak that shows all too often. The upcoming war troubles him, especially the heat that has fallen upon his family. He dreams of peace between the supernatural and the human, though doesn’t much like the fae. Married to his beloved wife, Andromeda, he has two daughters, Amaylea and Harriette. (45-60. Age is adjustable. Suggested FC: Sam Heughen. )

James is an rich, adventurous young man with little care for his wealth. His farther owns a factory and one day, it will be his. He prefers to spend time away from the factory and in his family’s grand library or wandering along the streets of London. Every day, he walks the same path, hoping to see Elizabeth Liddell, a gentle flower girl he’s become infatuated with. She feels the same, but neither admit it. James know his father would never approve. (21-25. Suggested FC: Jonah Hauer-King. )

Leopold comes from two rich families. His father’s side, the Altons, lost their wealth in years of gambling and opium use, meaning he sought ways to provide for himself and his mother to keep them in luxury. He landed a job within the royal palace, due to the relationship between Victoria and his mother, Jane, he worked his way up from a mere Tea-Boy to the Firsr Footman. Leopold is a very charming, intelligent man who is beloved by many, though has found Princess Alice Lascelles has captured his heart. She just doesn’t know it yet. ‪(20-25. Ambrose is a very well respected man. His charm and elegance entices many, especially with his heroic deeds as a (former) knight in the King’s Army. Polished and poised, Ambrose is one of the most eligible bachelors in London, but he’s caught sight of Alice Lascelles’ lady in waiting, Theodosia Camden. He’s protective, too, and will do anything for those he loves. (21-27. Suggested FC: Rege Jean Page.)

Luther is a gruff man with a strong moral code and a protective streak. Coming from a large family in London’s slums, he’s made his way up in society with his hard work and determination. Luther takes his job as Princess Alice Lascelles’ guard very seriously. He won’t show it, but he has a soft spot for the Princess and cares deeply for her. Maybe a little too much. (30-50. Age is adjustable. FC is up to writer.)
