Järgmine ehete valmistamise töötuba toimub teisipäeval, 22. augustil kell 17, ikka Peemoti keskuses. 🤩 Iga osaleja saab valmistada endale seemnehelmedest prossi, kasutades erinevaid õmblustehnikaid. 🤯
Osalemistasu on väike annetus, mille suuruse saad ise valida. 🥰 Annetused aitavad meil Peemoti keskust ja LGBT+-sõbralike ürituste korraldamist jätkata. 😇🌻

Our next jewelry-making workshop takes place on Tuesday, August 22th at 17:00 at Behemoth's centre. 🤩 Each participant will have an opportunity to create a beaded brooch from scratch using different beadwork technics. 🤯
Entrance fee is a small donation to Behemoth's centre, the size of which you can decide yourself. Every donation is appreciated! 🥰 Donations help us continue our work even after our project funding ends. 😇🌻

Näitus "Mesimagus" / Exhibition Honey Sweet
Oled oodatud vaatama väga erilist näitust Peemoti keskuses!
Näitus „Mesimagus” võtab kokku Maria Izabella Lehtsaare viimase kolme aasta (graafilise) loomingu.
Näituse avamine toimub 24.03 algusega kell 18.00.
Oma kunstipraktikas tegeleb Lehtsaar kväärkogemuse lahtiharutamisega ning vaimse tervise teemadega. Teda huvitavad erinevad motiivid mis on saanud osaks kväärajaloost. Nendele lisaks uusi sümbleid välja mõeldes, loob ta nende ümber narratiive milles mängib reaalsuse ja fantaasia õrnal piiril.
Maria Izabella Lehtsaar (1998) on Tallinnas tegutsev kunstnik, kes kombineerib oma loomingus tekstiili, graafikat, joonistust, installatsiooni ja teksti. Lehtsaar on lõpetanud Eesti Kunstiakadeemias bakalaureuseõppe graafika erialal ning õpib praegu kaasaegse kunsti magistriõppes. 2021. aastal pälvis ta Edmund Valtmani fondi stipendiumi.
Näitust saab näha 24.03 – 29.04.2023, Kalevi 15.

You are invited to visit a very special exhibition at Behemoth’s center!
Exhibition „Mesimagus” (Honey Sweet) brings together Maria Izabella Lehtsaar's graphic art works from the last three years.
The opening of the exhibition will take place on 24/03 at 18:00, Kalevi 15.
In their art practice Lehtsaar deals with themes of exploring queer experiences and mental health. They are interested in different motifs that have become a part of queer history. Inventing new symbols alongside the old, they create narratives around them that play along the fine line between fantasy and reality.
Maria Izabella Lehtsaar (1998) is a Tallinn-based artist, who mixes together textile, graphic art, drawing, installation and text in their works. Lehtsaar graduated from Estonian Academy of Arts with a bachelor's degree in graphic art and is currently studying for a master's degree in contemporary art. In 2021 they received a scholarship from the Edmund Valtman Foundation.
The exhibition is open for visitors 24/03-29/04 at Kalevi 15.

🫖 Järgmisel nädalal toimuv trans tugigrupp saab olema pisut vabamas vormis ja sobib ka neile, kes kunsti teha ei oska või ei taha.
🐾 Koguneme 30. juunil kl 18 Peemoti keskuses, et koos aega veeta, juttu ajada ja uusi sõpru leida.

🇪🇪 Suve viimane trans tugigrupp toimub seekord Genialistide klubi alumises saalis, esmaspäeval, 21. augustil algusega kl 18. 😨 Selles tugigrupis on Sul suurepärane võimalus küsida kogemusnõustajalt Ekelt kõiki põletavaid küsimusi sookorrigeerimise protsessi kohta Eestis. 🤩🌞

Everyone under the trans umbrella is welcome to join, as are those that want to get a better idea of what the transitioning process looks like in Estonia to know how to better support their friends-family-acquaintances. ☔️ We kindly ask any press not to attend the meeting. 🥰🏳️⚧️
If there is enough interest, we will figure out a way to broadcast the discussion over Zoom. 🤓 Please let us know if you would like to listen in online! 😇

Linnavaadete joonistamine 2.08 || Outdoor sketching 2/08
🇪🇪 Sel suvel on plaanis kolmapäevased kunstiõhtud, mis toimuvad vabas õhus ja on keskendunud linnavaadete joonistamisele-maalimisele. Võta kaasa omad joonistustarbed ja tule kohale, et nautida mõnusat seltskonda, suvist Tartut ja kunsti tegemist!
🌈 Kohtume kolmapäeval, 2. augustil kl 18 Sõbra tänaval Püha Aleksandri kiriku juures. Kui Sul leidub mingi mugav istumisalus, võta see ka kindlasti kaasa, sest istumiskohti on vähe.
🎨 Vajadusel saad joonistus-maalimistarbed kaasa haarata samal päeval vahemikus 16–18 Peemoti keskusest (Kalevi 15). Palume Sul kindlasti ise kunstitarbed kaasa võtta, sest kohapeal kõigile töövahendeid ei jagu.
🐾 Kui Sa sellele üritusele ei jõua, siis järgmine toimub juba nädala pärast, 9. augustil, samuti kl 18. Asukoha otsustame eelneval kohtumisel ja anname sotsiaalmeedias märku, mida kokku leppisime.

🇬🇧 This summer we're having sketching-painting evenings on Wednesday nights that take place in the fresh air. Bring along your drawing supplies, show up and enjoy the company, summery Tartu and making art!
🌈 We'll meet on August 2nd at 18:00 next to St Alexander's Orthodox Church on Sõbra street. If you can, take along something to sit on as there aren't many benches in the area.
🎨 If you need drawing or painting supplies, drop by Behemoth's centre (Kalevi 15) on the same date between 16:00–18:00. We ask you to bring supplies with you, as the organizers won't have enough for everyone on the spot.
🐾 In case you can't attend this event, come to the next on August 9th at 18:00! The location will be decided on during the previous event and we will let you know as soon as we can, so keep an eye out for that.

🇬🇧 This summer we're having sketching-painting evenings on Wednesday nights that take place in the fresh air. Bring along your drawing supplies, show up and enjoy the company, summery Tartu and making art!
🌈 We'll meet on August 23rd in the courtyard of Behemoth's centre (Kalevi 15). If you can, take along something to sit on. Art supplies are provided by us this time but feel free to take along your own.
🐾 In case you can't attend this event, come to the next on August 30th at 18:00! The location will be decided on during the previous event and we will let you know as soon as we can, so keep an eye out for that.
