hiya folks, tumblr almost wiped this blog (or well my personal one) but I finally got access to it back. 

I however, decided to remake so I’m now gonna be on @paulrrudd it’s not a sideblog and it will also feature other non-snl or non-seth things but I’ll still be making gifs. So yeah if you want you can follow me there. I’ll still keep this blog hanging around but won’t post anything anymore.

Hi, new here but wanted to mention that how the academy gets new members now has nothing to do with how many film credits one has but you have to have at least 2 members of the academy to sponsor you to get an invite. They invite a bunch of people only once per year over the summer but I've always wondered why Bill wasn't a member before because he knows so much about film and actually watches a lot of them but I guess it's because no one's sponsored him?

i guess. i don't imagine he would say no to join if someone sponsored him. it's funny because bill probably knows some people who are academy voters, and they HAVE to know how big of a cinephile he is. not only does he have taste, he also has an extended knowledge in films, and i'm sure that he would make sure to watch every single nominated film (which i don't believe everyone does). i don't know, maybe with him gaining more popularity this past year, someone will think of him and sponsor him?? don't think that has much to do with it, but regardless i think we all can agree he deserves a spot there
