Focus Forward

This month has been a difficult one with my business as I have had to have a surgery done which then has put me out of action (no driving or lifting) for a few weeks. At first I was thinking how sucky that was going to make January for me, there'd be very little in orders, could book in absolutely no parties (except catalogue). But then I started to organise my PartyLite boxes, updating all my literature, get party packs ready. Before I knew it, a fire had been lit in my belly. I was able to focus properly on what the next steps were for my business. Yes the physical aspect couldn't be done but if I was able to plan and organise so once I was able to all I have to do is just roll it out (of course it's going to be a little more involved than that). I've started a bit of an online assault. Have my website published even thou it is still in the beginning stages I believe it needs to be out there. I do a lot of my posting through Instagram now as I can have it automatically feed into my Facebook page, my Twitter account, & on to Tumblr which then updates within my webpage. Have made lots of connections through Instagram, it's been fabulous interacting with others. I'm starting to feel like I'm making some real progress, gaining traction and that I may just be on the cusp of this rolling into a nice little business. A huge turn around for me has been visualisation. Visualising where you want to be in life, where you want to be in business. I think that by doing this you are projecting positive vibes, confident & purposeful, which in turn will attract the same. With the visualisation, I believe that you must be specific, right down to how you walk, what business clothes you will wear, are you in an office or working out of the home. I have reignited my passion for my business. I'm looking forward to securing party bookings for the upcoming months and hopefully in the next couple of weeks I will have an opening coming up on my team with additional incentives.
