Love looking up information about where to park my bike locally and discovering a right wing article headlined "woke [local government] wages war on motorists with new bicycle parking spaces" like MATE. ITS A SECURE BIKE STORAGE. You'd think conservatives would LOVE that sort of thing because bike theft is a huge problem here and right-wingers love to call themselves tough on crime but nooooooo they're losing their mind over two fucking parking spaces.

#well i had the worst week of my year so far and it’s only january#i think i cried more in the last few days than i have in the last couple of years#so uh that’s something#new manager has completely ignored my availability and just scheduled me fucking whenever#had a regular who’s usually very nice yell at me over something he KNOWS is completely out of my control#he sort of apologized the next day but what the fuck#i was supposed to get a call sometime this week from the doctor’s office i’ve been referred to#for what should be a very basic procedure#which i was hoping would get done before i leave for Kä summer camp in June#ofc they didn’t call and now i have to bother my regular doctor again#and it probably won’t happen in time because healthcare in this province is a fucking joke#i slipped on black ice riding my bike to work and bashed my shin so hard i can only partially kneel down#and after specifically asking my mom to please not do A Thing for x number of reasons#she ofc went and did The Thing#because god forbid i have some fucking boundaries#also several other things but it’s too much to get into#i just need to vent

#deutsche bahn#german things#german stuff#nebu talks#not only is it ridiculously high but the steps are also partially rusted and dont exactly fill me with a sense of security#my calves already hurt after two days of this#i already saw 1. someone carry a bike up there and have what i assume was a fear of height attack (he had a friend around talking#to him and they eventually made it back down)#a granny making her way sloooooooooooowly up there. and a couple carrying a baby carriage up and down. terrifying#like i get its because theyre modernizing the station and actually finally building an elevator into it. i assume anyway#but this doesnt feel like a stellar intermediate solution#like im scared ill either tremor stumble or one of the steps will fucking give out#ok rant over

im trapped in this like 3-month cycle of: feel like shit bc of back/shoulder/neck pain and lethargy and the like -> realize exercising regularly will help my physical and mental health -> exercise regularly for one week -> fall off the bandwagon and/or get sick which forces me off said bandwagon -> slowly disintegrate into a pile of aches and pains again
#loooooosing my mind#im in the position of 'unfortunately literally just needs to do Basic Body Maintenance and has no reason not to aside from laziness'#woe is me etc etc#also i have a TON of jaw pain and i think it's partially caused by my fucked up neck and partially bc ive started doing this horrible thing#where whenever i get really annoyed i clench my jaw super hard and i think im going to get TMJ from sheer annoyance alone#really need to find a physical outlet for annoyance that does not slowly tear my body apart L O L#thats my serial killer origin story lol#anyway ive been sitting on the couch just watching yt videos for like. 3.5 hours now. and shockingly i feel like crap.#november has got to be the month i get back on the exercise bike man. i need my back to not hurt and i need LEG. MUSCLES.#also wanna do a bunch of hikes for realsies next year (hopefully my allergies will be more under control now) so i need to build up like#muscles mainly. and endurance. and like. all that good stuff.

#speculation nation#2 tablespoons of ginger concentrate juice. 2 shots of espresso. kinda tastes a bit like gingerbread with the cinnamon#it's got a Kick. i like it but im sure not too many people would.#anyways first part of my shift had me nearly shaking in rage. partially bc the bike ride to work was SO frustrating#and a dairy order came in that had to be put away. but theres very little fridge space so i had to play fridge tetris#directing the employee where to put things bc i had to KEEP MAKING DRINKS bc she DOESNT KNOW HOW TO MAKE DRINKS#i needed something high caffeine that would energize my taste buds enough to keep me sane#this is what im doing since i cant listen to angry guitar music#im calmer now that it's calmed down and we have the cold things put away#but for a bit there i wanted to Punch Things#didnt help that there were children making Noises that grated on my brain#aaaaand now the manager came in and saw me sitting and not so subtly directed me to make a thing#🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪 im so fucking pissed off rn

everyday i feel the want to be an aunt grow stronger and stronger
#my oldest bro has always said that he and his gf don't want children#and i respect that obviously i don't say anything to him in regards to that#but... i do selfishly want him to change his mind dlsuagdlasd#they bought an apartment together at the end of last year and were talking about doing rennovations or not and my dad advised him not to do#one in a specific way cause he knows they don't want children but if they change their mind later down the line that rennovation would make#it difficult for the child to have their own room#and they listened and not only did not do the rennovation but also didn't deny the possibility of wanting a child like they've done before#soooo... i'm trying not to hold on that sliver of hope#they're 28 now so i think they're on the age where they're beginning to really seriously think about whether they want to be parents or not#instead of just shutting it down and thinking well that's a decision for later like i do#no matter what they decide they'll have my support and love#but that being said i would absolutely adore to spoil a nephew or niece like i really want to dhasopda#i think that want partially comes from my absolutely awesome uncle that takes so much care of everyone of his nieces and nephews#like he's always played with us a lot but also taught us so many things and still does#like a few years ago he took me and my brothers on a trip and this year he's doing the same for another set of cousins#i have so many memories of going biking with him in the park or even in the city streets or watching him and my little cousins doing plays#in the living room or making ploys with him to scare my older brother or him helping me with my homework#like i really do admire him a lot and i would love to be that person for my own nieces and/or nephews#i think also that i love my brothers so much and i'm so thankful for having them in my life that i want to demonstrate that love#and one way would be to do so by helping take care of their kids#anyway... i've only mentioned my oldest brother cause he is the one who is close in age and life experience to be a dad anytime soon-ish#but i do think my middle brother wants kids someday it's just that he's 23 now in med school and not dating anyone#so it prob will take a long time if he does have kids someday#(also i think i want to be a mom too... of course will have to think it seriously when the time comes especially considering i'm a lesbian#so i will have to do it through ivf and there's a lot to consider but i do feel that instinct within me)#but all of that is still faraway in the future dsadhas#and the conclusion is please give me a baby to show love to @ my brother and his girlfriend that i adore#like seriously i love that woman she and my brother are so similar and fit so well and she's funny and gave me her old kpop albums lol#we're literally going to a paramore concert together just us two next month i'm so excited doapds#my post

Also kinda funnily I feel like driving bikes is slightly more secure (as in, collisions that would’ve sent me flying in SR3 and IV don’t seem to be as likely to send me flying in V) but I’ve been sent into the wildest barrel rolls from my car nudging small ledges

yesterday it was 57 degrees and windy. i went on a long bike ride and it was delightful. today it was ALSO 57 degrees and windy. i biked home from work and now my trachea and bronchi are frozen solid. what’s up with that.
