wheeeee figured out a couple of plants for angel homeworld!!!! + a little beast youll find in just about every biome on that damn planet
cherubs are the result of a wild subspecies of angel mixing naturally w a meat car(this was not intentional). cherubs build their nests via ripping up/off whatever plantmatter is available. nestbuilding is a group effort, often involving 30-50 cherubs building elaborate structures in whatever crack, crevice or cave system is available. angels use these guys to teach their children about teamwork & the importance of choir-building(which may or may not involve colourful puppet cherubs lmao).
the 2 plants shown here(1 moreso than the other) are seen most often on angel homeworld. one is a single leathery leaf that joins up with others of its species to create giant colonies of the same plant. angels often uproot them due to the fact that they make climbing cliffsides really fucking difficult(they r both tightly joined together & VERY SLIPPERY). the other plant is a treelike plant that grows inbetween cliffs & large crevices. their stringy bark is favoured by cherubs.

not me JUST now realizing that I completely forgot about the teeth I had sculpted for my mask prop and I may have accidentally tossed them when i cleaned up the studio
#they were wrapped in a damp paper towel bc the clay tends to dry out#and i think i tossed out the paper towel without realizing the teeth were still wrapped up#which like. it's fine. sculpting new ones will take me 2 minutes and the clay probably would dry out over the weekend anyway#but man. dammit. oh well. gotta sculpt new teeth now.#this will be the third set. first ones broke bc the clay got too dry and crumbled. second ones got thrown out. third time's the charm

I've returned from the art hyperfixation trenches and I've brought with me an approximation of an excerpt of a crossover fic I've been formulating and obsessing over for what must be weeks now 😂😅
The idea of Chazz, Atticus, and Alexis getting somehow sucked into the Mushroom Kingdom the Paper Mario 64 layout specifically hence Lava Lava Island lol started out as a joke, but the thought of Chazz and Peach hanging out in Bowser's dungeon together becoming unlikely besties while they wait for their silly boyfriends to come rescue them made it not a joke anymore and now, here we are 🤭🤭
Of course the dialog is subject to change when I get around to actually writing the actual fic and this sequence happens in context, but I approximated the gist of what's going on at this point in the story 😅
