The joke here is that kombucha is a drink made on the base of fermented kombu mushrooms.
And Orkz in Warhammer Universe procreate as mushrooms through spores.
So that’s a match made in heaven:)

EXCUSE ME EVERYBODY PLEASE LOOK AT THIS LITTLE GUY I AM MAKING
He's a kitbashed Mekboss and he's been my Canon OC Warboss for like 10 years but this is the first time I've had the balls to try and make him. Hes not done yet but holy shit I'm happy so far.
His name is Ushbek, and I stole him from some 3e lore. He's the first ork to make a Gargant after seeing a Warlord titan for the first time. For my army he's taken a knights machine spirit and shoved it inside his own cybork body and it handles his weapons systems, furious that it must work under the thumb of this ignorant Xeno.
Small boy! He's mostly just mozrog's torso and a bunch of armiger bits rolled together at this stage.
More body from this session, trying to get the pose right but his legs are too LONG and he can't stand up.
No amount of greenstuff could hold him up!
So I used a plane and another ork.
He calls himself a mek, but has no massive grabbing klaw? Shame! Shame upon him!
Got his shit together!
Now I add some more bits and ~~paint~~
I had to give him a butthole.

I haven't uploaded too much painting wise recently! Here's the one and only Ork I've ever painted.
Doing his skin was really fun, It was my first attempt to doing proper skintones that weren't human in nature, his backpack was the most fun I've had painting models so far.
And as a bonus, here's a friendly and helpful Blood Angel tactical marine "offering" to check the condition of Mr Orkys gun barrel, how polite.

Hello tumblrinas!
I have finally gotten around to have the free time (and a break from the storms here lol) to prime and paint up my Warhammer 40,000 Ork Warboss in Mega Armor! Tried a lot of things that I didn't try with my original band of orks, like some edge highlighting and a wee bit of free hand; and tbh it's very subtle but I'm still proud of what I did! Not bad for someone who could only afford to use artist acrylics, imo ehe~
Also, as my good friend @the-2nd-random-kid put it, "he's got two fists, trans rights and trans lefts-" xD

Among my library of snippets from a potential future of 40k is an exchange between the Tau and a sort of neo-Krork, who appreciates unmanned machines and long range firepower in moderation but thinks the Tau’Va goes way too far with it to the point that he’d rather organise a ceasefire with them so he can focus his Menz on a more entertaining target without worrying about the Tau attacking him from behind. Drawing on his racial memories, he recalls the Dark Age of Technology and gives the stunned Water and Ethereal diplomats the following line:
“You act the way humans used to act before they remembered how to enjoy themselves.”
