A deep closeness, but not quite something explicitly romantic. Everyone around them has conflicting opinions on their relationship, but they never label it. Heartfelt declarations of trust, love, and friendship are non negotiable

I don't know how much more explicit the message of "THIS IS GROOMING" could have been without Be On Cloud superimposing it in all-caps text over every one of Non and his teacher's scenes. People interpreting that as "cheating" are cracked in the fucking head.

I don't remember the specific ask nor what I said specifically, but someone asked about pet play with Kali so long ago and I was like "Kali wouldn't really follow anyone's lead" and you know what? That's still true.

You can try to put a doggy collar on Kali, but he'd only wear one as a fashion statement.

You want him to be more submissive? You sure about that? He doesn't think you're sure about that, think about it some more. Man loves you, but he'll run as soon as you say you want to take the lead (the only thing you're controlling is where to go out for food, okay).

Yeah, I joke about him pushing off paperwork onto Sarabi (he doesn't really, Sarabi just helps him out willingly), but Kali actually prefers having most of the responsibility. It's why he took over the finances of his parents' ranch and why he runs that place, because he can run the ranch.

(There's also the whole "his parents aren't actually good parents like he thinks they are", but I digress.)

Draken has spent many hours wondering how he'd feel in this moment. Upon setting eyes on Mikey again, for the first time in so long... finally, he's met him once more.

When Mikey abandoned his friends, beating them up and spitting on their friendship in the process, Draken couldn't understand it. He'd been angry, so angry that he thought he'd lose his mind. He's been broken- devastated, crushed by the weight of despair that Mikey's actions brought upon him, wanting to know too many things - why would you do this? how did I miss this? -that he'd never get the answers for.

He'd tried. But Draken... couldn't abandon Mikey. In fact, even trying to let him go is one of the things Draken feels most ashamed of now. He knows how much Mikey suffered, and he knows Mikey - that that bond they shared, their friendship, the moments they had with each other... they couldn't have been a lie.

So Mikey must have some reason for all this. Draken has no clue what could be, but... how could he live with himself, if he didn't try to figure it out?

"You've been busy. But you can't avoid me forever, you know."
