My #temple has reopened ! @operasofia was the first in the #world to hold #performances after the #coronavirus #lockdown - with limited #audience (but the most devoted) and with strict #protective #measures. I’m so #happy! Life without #art is no #life at all. The last #opera I saw before the lockdown was Il Trovatore, and the first one afterwards was the same #Verdi #masterpiece. Is there such a thing called #operaholic - because I believe I am it. I have #tickets for 11 different #operas for the next 1 and a half month. O, can’t wait for the #marathon to begin. Only then will I know my self-imposed #exile is over. This #summer season the #performances are outside of the #opera house - on a #lake #bank, at the #foot of the #mountain, in a #cinema #filming set. So the #coronavirus #restrictions have pushed the #boundaries of #creativity.
