Okay but idea: instead of Ultra Magnus, Wheeljack and Predaking fighting, it devolves into an orgy 😳😳 maybe predakings in rut or something, he's obv pissed at losing the rest of the predacons, but luckily for him he's got a nice big bot in front of him perfect for breeding.

They do fight of course, well, Wheeljack and Ultra Magnus think they're fighting but Predakings trying to get a perceived rival (Wheeljack) out of the way long enough for him to claim Ultra Magnus. Wheeljack gets thrown into the wall and gets back up just in time to see Predaking fingering Ultra Magnus open, just enough prep so Ultra Magnus can take the heads of both of his spikes.

^wheeljack trying to figure what he's supposed to do, he just gained respect for Ultra Magnus and now realized he ALSO wants to fuck him

Maybe fucking you mate on top of your defeated 'rival' is some kinda instinctive predacon thing 🤭🤭

Optimus comes back to check on them and make sure Wheeljack and UM are okay, and instead walks in on Ultra Magnus being spit roasted, covered in paint transfers that make it clear Wheeljack and Predaking have both fucked him multiple times. Optimus and ultra Magnus have been dancing around a whole 'thing' since Magnus landed on earth, so of course he's going to want Optimus to take a turn filling him up with transfluid.

They ground bridge back to base later like "surprise! New dragon autobot :)" and the kids are distracted enough by a cool ass dragon transformers they don't notice Ultra Magnus hiding away until the transfluid bump goes away. But it turns out with three attentive sires, the bump doesn't go away. In fact, Ultra Magnus just gets bigger as the sparklings of a prime and a huge predacon (and Wheeljack's tiny bitty that was kinda a surprise cause she was hiding behind her siblings in the scans) grow inside him. Poor Magnus 🤭🤭🤭

(also poor fowler, having to deal with these horny robots having BABIES. Maybe him and June can have a nice date night to make up for it lol)

@biolover9 <3 eeeehehehehe - @lambpaca and I have talked about this. Like, even outside of the parameters of Shadow and Amy getting together. This is just general conversation.

I've mentioned this a bit about it before on the sideblog, but I just... never could see Shadow ever wanting biological children. Truthfully, I don't think he could have them even if he wanted to, not without a massive amount of medical intervention.

Like... if you're making the ultimate weapon, the ultimate life form, why would you ever give it the ability to make more of itself? That lessens your control over it and runs the risk of causing your enemies to get their hands on a weapon of their own. You don't want that.

(I'm saying 'it' because like... that's how GUN viewed Shadow. 'It'. Even Gerald viewed Shadow as 'it' in the end in his diary. What Shadow wanted didn't matter to them. )

Beyond that though, I can see Shadow looking at their own biology and not wanting anyone else to have to endure it. Especially working off of the idea that they're still young and all the ramifications of genetic testing and mutation on them haven't really come to fruition yet (looking at you, 'immortality'). Why would he be selfish enough to pass a potential curse like that along?

That's not to say Shadow doesn't like kids. We've seen them be extraordinarily patient with characters like Cream, Tails, and Charmy both in-game and outside of game. I think for them to want kids though, they'd need to have certain needs met. They'd need to be free from GUN, they'd need to feel safe, they'd need to make a lot of peace with themselves and grow as a person. Essentially, they'd have to go through hell and then also a lot of soul-searching before reaching the conclusion of, 'I want to be a parent.'

But Amy? Oh without question, I think Amy wants kids. Doesn't matter if they're hers or someone else's. I've joked about her having a vision binder listing out three kids and names and everything. Amy also has been shown to want a domestic future after she's defeating Eggman. She wants to enjoy the peace and the every-day magic of just existing to exist. I think a lot of people agree that Amy would want kids to be a part of that domestic bliss.

Personally? I think there's also this idea that kids are hope for a future. Amy has spent her entire childhood fighting. There's no way to get that time back, no way to undo that which she has seen and had to experience. She forced herself to grow up quickly in order to protect both herself and the world. Amy wouldn't have kids unless she felt safe enough to do so.

I also think Vanilla being Amy's main parental figure that we see in almost every iteration of the Sonic franchise helps. Vanilla is, by all accounts, a loving, kind parent. That would have made a positive impact on Amy not only in regards to who she becomes as a person, but also, her own expectations on what being a parent entails. Seeing someone who wants to be a parent, who likes being a parent, who likes their kids (both their biological kids and the ones they pick up like a wet cat off the street), that means something, you know?

All the Sonic Gang solidify that family is what you make it, family is a choice, but Vanilla shows that parenthood is also a choice, and one that can be done with joy.

How does Gigi factor into this? Well, I kinda touch on it in The Home You Make, and then I show it in Late Evening Talks, but effectively- Amy and Shadow both make each other feel safe, they help the other grow, they help the other be their best selves, and in the moments they struggle, they're there for one another. This creates an environment for the two of them that allows them to entertain and discuss the notion of being parents. Without question, I can see them covering it before they even really start dating. Shadow in particular, not wanting to mislead Amy, would make his stance/circumstances abundantly clear, but now, fully committed and comfortable with one another in a way they were not previously, the subject would come up again not as a nebulous 'well maybe' but as a 'are we gonna do this?'

And they decide, 'yes.'

They'd take the adoption process slow, looking. They’re not really looking for a hedgehog- the species doesn’t matter. It’s the kid that does. I don’t even think the two of them really know what they’re looking for when they start. I mean, how do you put parameters around this sort of thing? Ultimately, Gigi wins them over. She’s funny, she’s creative, she’s sweet even if she’s a hellion, she’s protective, she gets into fights- she’s them. They see her in them. They get this kid. The child care staff warn them about her being 'stubborn and standoffish,' and overall ‘difficult to work with’. That pisses Shadow and Amy off royally. Not like that's unfamiliar territory- they’ve been this kid, frankly. When they meet Gigi, they’re smitten, and frankly, them coming from a place of understanding with her helps her warm up to them. When they fully decide to go for Gigi, they take the process slow, letting her get to know them, letting her decide if their home is the place she wants to be.

And she decides, 'yes.'

"What?"

The temperature seemed to drop in the throne room as the blond boy lifted his gaze to the man in front of him, the Germa King's long, white hair falling around his shoulders as the man glared at the young man.

It had been 4 days since Ayato had arrived at the castle (one of those that he passed unconscious) from the Germa kingdom, 4 days since he last saw his family, 4 days since he was imprisoned.

"You're not deaf" Judge says getting up from his throne. Ayato notices how not all the princes were present when Reiju turns her face and Ichiji remains motionless. Yonji was undergoing "maintenance" while Niji refused to meet his nephew. Better that way, thinks D.

"Unfortunately" Ayato complains still trying to process what the king had just told him, since he woke up only Reiju tried to approach him and he preferred it that way, the woman was nice and maybe she could find a way for him to return home

"Continuing what I was saying"

"Please don't" Ayato rolls his eyes and the princess can't help but give the slightest smile remembering her brother and a certain boy in a straw hat. He really is his parents' son.

"Your father is not viable for the Kingdom" Judge ignores the boy as he walked towards him who was standing with his arms crossed "I tried to bring him back to the family but he ran away like the ungrateful worm that he is. But you don't have to be like that, you can be what he never was"

"Pass" Ayato nibbles on his fingernails trying to stay calm as he feels anger boil up inside him. Remember what Aunt Robin said to Ayato, when a D loses his temper it's easy to bring him to ruin, the boy thinks, pulling out a little skin in the corner of his nail.

"I'm not asking" Judge holds the golden rings that Ayato had around his wrist swinging the boy's arm, Reiju didn't explain to him what they were but made it clear that he should be careful with them "Try to get out of here to see what these things can do, not even your father dared to try"

Ayato's gaze dropped to the gold rings that were still being held by Judge, they were thin but felt so heavy all of a sudden. His eyes widened, the glare fading as the meaning of the words became clear.

He thought of his father, imagined his kind, loving, loyal, selfless father in this very hall. He thought of the free cook in the same golden handcufs, thought of the fear in the proud pirate's eyes.

"You son of a bitch" the pirate says in a tuneless voice pulling his hands that were shaking, the hatred burning and being seen in the angry eyes of the D. Judge in a quick movement hits the boy in the mouth

"I'm your grandpa, look how you talk to me" Judge prepares to turn around as Ayato clenches his hand into a fist, the uneven, bitten nails scratching the skin

"not my grandfather" Ayato whispers and moves slowly by taking a step forward, his left hand wiping away the tears that have formed.

"Enough with that bulshit, Vinsmoke Ayato"

"That's not my name" Ayato says again in an almost whisper raising his head to Judge who had stopped in front of him again.

"Your father is a Vinsmoke, even if he is a failure, you are a Vinsmoke and a pirate bitch's last name is not going to change that"

It happened so fast, no one had time to react as Ayato grabbed the much taller man by the collar of his shirt forcing him to bend over to the point that the two's eyes were on the same level

"You wash your mouth to talk about my parents" a wave of haki leaves Ayato, the strength of the conqueror's haki seeping into the walls and floor "my father is not Vinsmoke, he is a straw hat"

The sound of something breaking echoes through the hall seconds before Ichiji grabs Ayato by the arms pulling him away from Judge. The blond boy's wrists were free, the pieces of rings lying at the king's feet.

"MY NAME IS MONKEY D. AYATO, A PROUD HOLDER OF D. , THE SON OF THE PIRATES KING! AND NO ONE WILL CHAIN ME!"
