I heard from some sources that Langdon is not playing Dante in the anime! There's no hard confirmation yet from an actual reputable source, but since he's been removed as Ken in sf6 and capcom was involved with this anime, I want to believe that he's not going to work with them at all anymore hopefully
ooooo that’s such a relief! even if it’s not officially confirmed yet, the fact that they removed him as ken sounds promising in regards to his involvement w/ other capcom IPs! thanks Sae! 🤗🤗🤗

Miraculous Twins AU - Meet the Other Classmates
Adrien Agreste
Only recently became rich due to Chloe's mother discovering his father's work last year. He was used to being relatively low-middle class, so all this money is a new thing for him.
Still a sunshine boi, but has more of a backbone. Not taking anyone's crap, whether it be Chloe or his father.
A lot more like Cat Noir, despite not having the Miraculous. He was known as the class clown for the longest time. Adrien's always in the mood to crack jokes and makes his classmates smile.
Uses his newfound wealth to try and help his classmates, as well as the rest of Paris.
Still dresses the way he did when he wasn't rich. Always wears casual and unassuming clothes.
Him and Marinette are good friends (no attraction to each other in this AU).
Loved his mother and fell into a depression after her passing. He wants to use his new found fortune strictly on others, since he sees no value in it for himself.
He was just seen as the class clown for years at DuPont, but becoming rich has boosted his social status at the school. He doesn't like this, and wants people to just see him as the same old Adrien.
Alya Cesaire
Still a newsy-type girl, Alya is a lot more professional. She always makes sure to have sources, and presents the Miraculous blog as less of a fan site, and more of a unbiased news channel. She also runs a more passionate subreddit for Miraculous info.
Always looking for the next scoop, but knows not to get too close to the action. She doesn't want to put herself in danger.
A fan of Ladybug, but finds Paon to be more intriguing to catch on camera. He always seems to be evading her when she asks for interviews.
Marinette is supportive of Alya's plans, but Marc openly shows skeptiscm about her ideas. He is terrified of anyone finding out about his and his sister's identity.
Very much against finding out the identity of the heroes. Believes that they have a right to their privacy, and if they wanted to reveal themselves, they would've done so already.
Doesn't accept any info about the Miraculous wielders without a source. You wanna say you're best friends with Ladybug? Ok! Show a source. No? Then get outta here. (There will be no Alya salt in this house.)
Nino Lahiffe
Possibly the chillest dude in the world. Nino's a fun-loving guy who's goal in life is to make tunes and movies. He doesn't care about being popular, or what people think of him, he just follows his own groove. (The best I can describe him is like a mix of Michael Mell from Be More Chill and Ron LaFlamme from Silicon Valley.)
Despite being a party guy, Nino takes school seriously. He's got a knack for English. It's not that he really likes school, he just knows he has to graduate so that he can diverge to a career path he wants.
Unlike his girlfriend, he doesn't see the big deal about Ladybug and Paon. He appreciates them and all, he just sees them as "a dude and dudette" going out and helping people. Ladybug and Paon actually appreciate Nino, since he treats them like ordinary people instead of idolizing them.
Has a strained relationship with his little brother Chris (Who's 12 in this AU.), but for different reasons. Chris is the opposite of Nino. He's high strung, extremely intelligent, and sees himself as more of an adult than Nino in certain cases. He also feels insecure about his small stature and the fact he still sounds like he's 8.
Chloe Bourgeois
In a way, she is a million times nicer than Canon Chloe. For instance, she never bullied her classmates, treats Sabrina with respect, and never acted like a spoiled brat.
However, she's still not the kindest one in school. The best way I can describe Chloe is like Tony Stark but without the Iron Suit. She's snarky, arrogant, and always has a smart-ass quip for everyone she interacts with. She has an ego the size of Jupiter and will always be willing to show off for the adoration of others.
Despite this, she never uses her money to hurt others. She genuinely wants to be friendly to others, and has never sought out to hurt them.
Her classmates have a better relationship with her. Of course, they still see her as arrogant and obnoxious at times, but she doesn't have any enemies.
If a classmate has a birthday party, she will make sure to send them an extravagant gift, and throws the best sleepovers and hangouts at her house.
Her and Marinette are more friendly enemies than rivals. They love upstaging one another, but they never cross the line into outright hurting the other.
Tries to get in close with the Miraculous Twins and sees them as a way to gain popularity with Parisians. She doesn't worship Ladybug, but sees her as a opportunity to gain influence.
Hates her mother for treating her and her half-sister Zoe like garbage.
Luka Couffaine
The only person in the world who could be chiller than Nino. He's a nice and easy-going dude with a love for rock and roll. Makes sense that they're best buds who collab on musical projects together.
He's a little more easy to anger in this AU, but only if he feels his family or friends are in danger, or if he's being lied to in a way that he doesn't understand.
Very sage-like for a 15 year old. He does meditation and other breathing exercises to maintain a feeling of zen.
The Dupain-Cheng and Couffaine Siblings have a friendly and long history together. They can relate to each other when it comes to twin problems. Luka was Marinette's pretend boyfriend throughout elementary school.
Tries to give more confidence to his twin sister, Juleka.
While he's friendly with everyone, he really likes to have quiet hangouts with Ivan and Nathaniel. Also likes to hang with Kagami.
Has a hatred for corporate culture, and wishes that Chloe would stay away from his music career, though he still holds no ill will towards her.
Is upset with his mother for not revealing the truth about his father.
Max Kante
The smartest kid in the class, and has a love for technology and math.
Helps out some of his classmates with homework for free. He makes sure that other kids at school promise not to pick on him if he agrees to be their tutor.
Loves to share trivia and statistics about various things to everyone at school, but will stop himself from doing so if he thinks the situation doesn't require that.
When Marinette beat him at a video game, it excited him. Finally he could face a worthy opponent!
He is fascinated by the technology used by Ladybug and Paon. Wonders where it came from.
Alix Kubdel
An athletic tomboy full of spirit and drive. There's nothing that's too dangerous for Alix.
Aside from roller skating, she loves street art and works on projects with fellow artist and friend Nathaniel.
Though she's asexual and aromantic, she gives advice for Marc on how to win Nathaniel's heart.
Shares her father's love for history. Her and Max have frequent discussions about historical events.
Her and Kim are always doing dumb and thrill-seeking dares.
Has a rocky relationship with her older brother, Jalil. He has gone down the rabbit hole and become a conspiracy theorist.
Le Chien Kim
He may be confident and hotheaded, but Kim is a jock who has a soft side.
His best buds are Max and Ivan. Kim and Ivan have protected Max from bullies since elementary school.
He can be a bit insensitive at times, but he means well.
Kim has a love for pop culture and all things nerdy, despite being a jock.
He shares a bond with Marinette and Marc, since they all share an Asian heritage (Kim is Vietnamese, while Marinette and Marc are half-Chinese).
Mylene Haprele
A meek and kind girl who has a love for activism. Wants to create a greener and brighter future for Paris.
Has a passion for acting, loves taking part in school plays. Prefers to act in more realistic roles.
Prefers Paon over Ladybug, she likes that he has a personality similar to her, and that he doesn't get involved with the media.
Not as much of a coward as she is in canon. She still gets scared, but it's more over Akumas than anything else.
Her and the rest of the Girl Squad serve to be Marinette's voices of reason when it comes to making Marigami a reality.
She is Afro-French in this AU (I felt it insensitive and cultural appropriation for a white girl to be wearing dreadlocks.)
She may be small and shy, but you don't wanna make her angry.
Rose Lavillant
A bubbly and friendly girl. She has a heart of gold and her supply of optimism is endless.
Rose is bisexual and is dating Juleka Couffaine.
She's a pastel goth compared to her girlfriend who is a traditional goth.
She likes ballet and knows a few moves despite not wanting to become a professional ballerina.
She is perky and sweet, but god help you if you mess with her loved ones or friends.
Her and Juleka help each other out with family issues or Rose's illness.
Rose suffers from chronic migraines, meaning that Rose avoids areas of stress or loud noises.
Rose is the only person that Juleka can never scare, this just makes the goth love her even more.
Juleka Couffaine
Still very shy, but a bit more confident thanks to her twin brother Luka being in the class. Still part of the Girl Squad (Rose, Mylene, Alix, Alya, Marinette), but also has a friendship with Nathaniel, Marc and Ivan. There's also the fact that she's dating Rose.
She would not get akumatized for feeling invisible. She feels accepted and appreciated in the class. She would probably get akumatized due to family issues.
Holds resentment for her father who abandoned his family before the twins were born. Wishes she could find him, and only wants to get revenge if he knew her mother was pregnant. Also holds worry for her mother, who has started talking like a pirate all the time.
Is very close with Luka, even if they bicker and fight sometimes. Their favorite thing to do together is writing music.
Embraces her creepy vibe in this AU. She loves all things horror, and likes to playfully scare her brother, girlfriend, and classmates. Never takes it too far though, except on her enemies or bullies.
Rose and Juleka have a YouTube channel where they roleplay as the villainous couple Reflekta and Princess Fragrance. They were the ones who allowed Marc and Nathaniel to use their villains for the webcomic. The goth girlfriends love acting like evil clowns, and Marc and Nathaniel agree that the two would be perfect to play their villainsonas in a live action adaptation.
Sabrina Raincomprix
Chloe's best friend and second in command. A lot like the Pepper Potts to Chloe's Tony Stark.
Advises Chloe on social situations, what to say and how to keep classroom PR in a positive direction.
A lot more openly intelligent here, she's the one who makes sure Chloe doesn't embarass herself, or negotiating with other classmates to help them out with problems.
Her and Nathan share the same father in Roger, but have different mothers. Roger had agreed to be a surrogate father for Nathaniel, since his own father was sterile, and had gotten Nathaniel's mother and Sabrina's mother pregnant around the same time. They have a more connected relationship as a result, and this means they hang out more frequently.
One of the smartest kids in school besides from Max.
Ivan Bruel
The gentle giant of the class. He's a big guy with a soft voice and a gentle soul.
Extremely emotional intelligent, is able to read all of his classmates' personalities and understand how they would act in any situation.
Shares a love for activism with Mylene. She was his first ever friend in kindergarten, and they are currently dating in school.
He and his buddy Kim are taking part in a secret school wrestling group. They share a love for exercising together.
Has very little self-love for himself. Whenever he gets angry, it's usually directed at himself.
Loves to drum, but is a terrible singer.
His father is Russian, and named his son after the character of Ivan Drago from Rocky.

☹︎ Memories ☻︎
Tumblr media Tumblr media
☻ ︎︎TL;DR ☹︎
I was swapped with Kankri.
I caused the explosion.
I was dating Kankri Makara. <3
My moirail was still Mituna. <>
I didn't like Porrim that much.
Aranea was tolerable.
I didn't know Rufioh all that well.
Meenah was my assigned "caretaker," and ahe took it all way too seriously.
Horuss was...okay???
I had a fluctuating flush-pitch crush on Meulin. <3<
Cronus, Meulin, Latula, and Damara were my closest friends
Tumblr media
Horuss Piexes followed his role to a T, pretty much being one of the most caring, fatherly figures ever, but, he was also pretty damn overbearing. It was like he thought I was just a grub? We did talk a few times, and had some pleasent interactions. He understood my boundries of not wanting to be touched pretty well, and was pretty close with Meulin.
Meulin Ampora was the one that introduced me to Mituna, Cronus, and Damara. We, alongside Kankri, had been friends since childhood. We used to fight a lot, but not in a platonic hate way, more or less in a Slick vs Snowman way. I loved our sparring sessions. He was the best sparring partner I could have ever asked for. I honestly wanted her to be my kismesis, but, I was always too stubborn and shy to tell him my feelings.
Kankri Makara was my matesprit. He didn't really understand my anger or why I was always ticked off, but he actually tried to. I only allowed him and Mituna to touch me. Kankri and I only just cuddled, held hands, and kissed. We were inseperable. He was right beside me as I blew the whole building up. We loved to explore places together.
Meenah Zahhak was my assigned caretaker and she took that way too seriously. I ran away from her place, and got my own in a tree. She was, unfortunately, part of our session, and she constantly got onto me about my anger issues. I tried to stay calm, but, I was not able to be even barely calm around her or Porrim. At least she respected the no-touch boundry.
Porrim Serket was honestly one of the most overbearing people I knew alongside Meenah and Horuss. She didn't understand my boundries of not wanting to be touched, and I told her off on that so many fucking times. It was like she thought I was angry for no reason. She tried shoosh-papping me once, and I nearly kinda broke her hand. I was pissed off, and my moirail wasn't around, so, she tried to comfort me with that. I only kinda regretted it, honestly.
Mituna Pyrope was my moirail, and honestly, was one of the kindest of the group. Also one of the most levelheaded. We used to go out and sit in fields of on rooftops of abandined buildings. We usually never really talked during those moments, letting our emotions flow free. We cried, hugged, cuddled, held hands. I let him play with my hair a lot, and he used to put cute beads and clips in it. I trusted him and Kankri with my life. He was also missing an arm, I don't really know how that happened. He always had Autism, too.
Aranea Maryam could probably best be described as Kanaya, Porrim, and normal Aranea mixed. She ran a library, and we hung out occasionally. We weren't CLOSE friends, but we were friends. She was very close with Porrim and Meenah, though, so that's one reason why I liked her a little less han what I would have. She did tell me a few healthier coping mechanisms, and helped me with understanding a lot of things.
Cronus Leijon was the literLly chillest dude ever. He usually smoked "dog nip," but, even when off it, he was chill. He respected my boundries, and we also saparred sometimes. I thought of this dude like a brother. Honsestly that's all I can remember. He always drunk his repect juice daily!
Latula Captor was honestly only close to me because Mituna was her matesprit. The two had pitch tension, but it was fluctuating. We used to all play video games and a console version of Fiduspawn together.
Damara Nitram was like a sister to me. She and Cronus both smoked, but unlike Cronus, she used cigarettes. She was really nice, but she also got me to smoke. We never really sparred, but, when we did, she was really good. She said she learned to fight for self-defense, and was VERY serious about her safety.
Rufioh Megido. I barely knew him, but, he was cool. He and Damara were always just friends, as Damara was WLW. I talked with him over Chittr, and apparently he had a GrubTube channel. Mainly talked about make up, FLARPing, and animal care.

Love, Armitage
chaptrer 46 of So Happy Together
masterlist
note: ariana grandes new song came out an hour ago. this chapter was written in that hour. enjoy. also stream positions by ariana grande
The air was cold as the two of you walked to Maz’s place. You explained to her that a lot of students eat there since it's within walking distance, and is open 24/7. She listened intently as you told her about you, and Hux’s friendship really started there. You told her about everyone she would be meeting tonight, and she confessed that she was a bit nervous. The two of you walked into the restaurant, and you looked around for your friends.
“Don't be nervous, trust me they're the most laid back people you will ever meet,” you said as you spotted them. You led her over and smiled as you heard everyone trying to greet you.
“Hey guys, this is my new roommate Kaydel!” you announced.
“It's lovely to see you again Kaydel.” your grandfather said. “Allow me to introduce everyone.”
You sat down next to Ben who gave you a soft kiss on the lips after you took your seat next to him. Matt was focused on the menu trying to figure out what he wanted, and Phasma smiled at the young girl.
“That very rude young man with his nose in the menu is Matt.” He still didnt lift his head up, and Phasma hit his shoulder.
“WHY?” He yelled. “Oh, hey, who's this?” he asked pointing at Kaydel.
“Kaydel you would know if you were listening.” Phasma whispered to him. She giggled as she watched him get scolded.
“The young lady next to him.” your grandfather continued nodding towards phasma. “Is the brilliant Miss Phasma.” she smiled, and waved at Kaydel.
“Lastly the gentleman holding onto my granddaughter like his life depends on it, is Ben.”
“Nice to meet you, we're probably gonna see each other a lot.” he said as he held your hand in his larger one.
“Here you can't sit next to me Kaydel.” you said pulling out the chair next to you. She sat down, and smiled as she looked around at everyone.
“So Phasma here is gonna tell us all about her summer in New York!” You informed her.
“No way! You spent the entire summer in New York??” she asked.
“Yes, I did a summer program at a college there for theater.”
“You’ll hear all about the theater club here from this one she never shuts up about it.” Matt said with a laugh. She playfully smacked a menu against his chest.
“There's a theater club here?” Kaydel asked.
“Yeah, are you interested? Del is always looking for more people to join.” Phasma informed her.
Phasma bonded with Kaydel immediately after finding out she was interested in acting with the theater club. After everyone ordered she went into telling everyone at the table about her summer. The whole time Ben never let go of you. Even when you pulled your hand away he held on to your thigh. He even ate with one hand just to keep another one on you. You listened, and ate as everyone around you conversed. Matt kept trying to include Kaydel in him, and Phasmas conversations. You can tell he just wanted her to feel welcome, and that she just wasn't too comfortable yet. You told Matt, and Phasma about what happened when you dropped Hux off. Matt looked upset, and you knew it's because he wished he could have gone with you.
“Well, it's getting late. I better head off.” your grandfather said. “Will you be coming home with me tonight darling?”
You looked over at Kaydel before answering him.
“I think I'm gonna stay in the dorm tonight.” you said as you nudged her with your elbow.
“Very well. Shall I pick you up tomorrow so you can get your car?”
“I can take her Obi-Wan.” Ben said after he plopped his last bit of pancake in his mouth.
“Then I look forward to seeing the two of you tomorrow.” he walked over to you, and kissed your cheek. You kissed his back and gave him a hug before he walked off to leave the rest of you at the restaurant.
“Your grandpa is really nice.” Kaydel said.
“Are you kidding Obi-Wan is the best!” Ben said as he wrapped an arm around you.
“Yeah he’s literally one of the chillest dudes I know.” Matt added.
The rest of the table went on to tell Kaydel some stories about your grandfather, and how much they loved him.
“Remember when we all played in the rain at Elaine's graduation party?” Phasma asked.
“Oh yeah! I got sick like two days after!” Matt said. The table had been cleared of the plates, but all you had been to caught up in talking to actually leave. You knew Maz would never kick you out though.
Finally Matt yawned, and it caused a chain reaction of everyone else yawning. That was a sign that it was time to head home. You all got up, and went to the front to pay your bills. As you walked out Ben offered to drive everyone back. You happily agreed, and climbed in the front seat as everyone else got in. Phasma talked with Matt, and Kaydel as Ben drove towards the dorms. You studied his face as he drove. His eyes were glued in front of him, and his jaw was relaxed for once. You grabbed his hand that was resting on your leg, and held it tight in yours. You watched as he lips lifted into a smile at just the feeling of your hand around his. You lifted his hands towards your face, and kissed it before lowering them back down.
He Pulled into the parking lot, and everyone scrambled out. Phasma, and Matt walked with Kaydel as they continued their conversation. You stayed behind with Ben for a bit.
“She seems like a sweet kid.” he said as he pinned you to the car between his arms.
“She is. Her parents just dumped her here. Poor kid looked like she was gonna shit herself when I spoke to her.” you placed your arms on his shoulders, and played with the hair at the nape of his neck.
“She's gonna be okay. After all she has you.” he reassured with a smile. He leaned down, and put his forehead to yours. You closed your eyes, and smiled as you felt soft breaths coming from his nose.
“I'm sorry you were so upset about Hux leaving. I know you, and him were close.” he whispered as the two of you stayed in the same position. You pecked his lips before pulling your face away.
“I’ll be okay. I Have you guys to keep me company.” you went to walk away when he grabbed your hand, roughly pulled you into his arms, and slammed his lips against yours. You closed your eyes, and met his kiss with the same amount of force.
He wrapped one arm around your waist, and the other was at the back of your neck gently tugging at your hair. One of your hands was lovingly rubbing the side of his cheek while the other gripped his shirt tightly as you unknowingly tried to get closer to him. The only sound that filled the air was his heavy breathing as he desperately clung to you. He tongue gently swiped against your bottom lip. You mimicked the same motion, and he practically slammed you against the side of his car. A moan escaped you as he did this, and he snaked his hand from where they rested to your hips. You moved your hand from his cheek and ran it through his hair tugging on a few strands now, and then. He pressed his thumbs into the front of your hips hard as the two of you continued to make out. You knew there would be bruises there the next day. You felt your face heat up at the thought of him leaving a mark on you, and you unknowingly moaned again.
He pulled away, and pressed his forehead to yours. The two of you gasped as your lips were pulled apart, and your heavy breathing joined his. He took a deep breath before speaking.
“That was uhh-”
“Good.” you finished.
“I would say it was a bit more than that.” he said as he smiled. He looked beautiful like this. Lips red, swollen, and shaking. Face red with a thin layer of sweat coating it. His hair completely disheveled from you running your hand through it. You smiled back, and gave his lips one more peck before he let you go.
“I’ll see you tomorrow.”
“I'll see you then, my love.” he said as he playfully patted your ass while you walked away. He waited until you walked into the building before he left.
You waved at him before entering, and you smiled like an idiot as you walked down the halls towards your dorm. Once you got to your room you quietly opened the door, and saw Kaydel laying in her bed with her back turned towards her wall. She was snoring softly as she slept. You tiptoed in, and closed the door behind you. You started getting ready for bed. You pulled a shirt out of one of your bags, and an envelope fell out. You picked it up, and inspected it seeing your name written in a beautiful, and neat cursive. It was the letter Hux had given you before he left. You sat on your bed, and turned on your lamp to read it clearly. You opened it, and unfolded the paper.
Y/N,
As you read this I'm either on my way to Oxford, or I have been gone for a while. There are so many things I could thank you for. Firstly for being my friend. Not many people can handle me. I never hold back when I have something to say, I am extremely judgemental, I come from a horrid family, and I am all around not a good person. At least I wasn't before we became friends. I believed that my feelings towards you would be much of the same. Just a silly crush that I was to ignore in order to stay goal oriented. That day I saw you at Maz’s everything in my body begged me to call you over, and for once I listened to my heart instead of my brain. When you looked over to me I knew I would never be the same. As time went on with our friendship my crush turned into admiration. You are everything I wish I could be. You are effortlessly the kindest person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. When I’m with you I feel as if there is more to me than just the Hux name. Like I am more than what my family expects of me. When you are around I am more than just Brendol Hux’s son, like I am more than just an heir to the Hux fortune. When I'm with you I'm simply just Armitage. A boy who loves art, a boy with fears, a boy who loves cats, a boy who can feel without being ashamed. You have given me that, and I can never repay you for it. I always thought my father ruined me with his abuse. I  believed that I would grow to be just as bitter, mean, and hateful as him. In the short year that I spent with you I learned it does not have to be that way. I can be more than he is. I can learn to forgive, I can learn to love, I can learn to be happy. You taught me that. You taught me that I can be more of a man than he ever will be. I never thought I could love a person until you came into my life, and I certainly did not think anyone could love me. I would also like to thank you for teaching me that it is not necessary for me to be so serious. You showed me that it's alright if I mess up. It's okay if I laugh during a tense situation, because 20 minutes later it won't matter. You taught me that I am human, and there's nothing I can do about, but smile, and continue on. There is absolutely nothing I can do to thank, or repay you for what you have done for me. Over the past few months you have become more than just a crush. You became my friend. My family. I love you. I wish you nothing, but the best during your senior year. I can not wait to hear about it every step of the way.
Love,
 Armitage.
“Are you okay?”  you heard Kaydel ask you.
You didn't realize how hard you were crying til you looked up at the little mirror hanging above your bed.your face was a bit swollen. Your eyes were bright red, and you could see how wet your cheeks were from all your tears. You sniffled, and wiped your face with the sleeves of the jacket you still hadn't taken off.
“Yeah. I just really miss my friend. He was one of the first friends I ever made here. We did almost everything together. Now there's an ocean between us.” you explained to her. She gave you a sad look before she got up from her bed, and sat next to you.
“I had to leave my best friend behind in Dulathia. I'm fine being alone, but being without her. I haven’t had to do that in years.” she said as she placed a hand on your shoulder.
“Your bed used to belong to my best friend.” you smiled at her.
For the next 2 hours you two sat in your bed telling each other about your best friends. The more she spoke about hers, the more you saw yourself in her. Her parents were never around and all she had was her best friends, Abby. She told you about how they cried together for days when her parents announced she would be attending the school you both sat in now. About how they spent one last day together. About how Abby begged her parents to allow her to come with her to help her move in. she informed you that even though they were apart now the two of them fully intended on going to Dartmouth together. It warmed your heart to watch how big her smile would get when she spoke about seeing her best friend again.
Finally you both fell asleep still sitting on your bed. You woke up to the sound of someone knocking on the door. You sat up to see Kaydel curled up with Bruce in her arms. You smiled, and stood up. Hearing another knock you walked over, and opened it to see Ben standing on the other side.
“Why are you still wearing your clothes from last night?” He asked as he walked in. He looked at Kaydel in your bed, and pointed at her.
“And why is she holding our son?” he said in a loud voice. You shushed him and put a hand over his mouth.
“Quiet dude. We fell asleep while talking and I never changed.” you explained. He took your hand off his mouth, and held your wrist.
“Well hurry, and change I wanna take you to go get the rest of your stuff before we move on with what I have planned for today.” he said as you pulled away, and searched your closet.
“And what do you have planned for today?” you asked while pulling out an outfit.
“If I wanted you to know I would have told you when I planned it.” you shook your head as you walked into the small bathroom to get dressed.
You walked out, and stopped at your desk to write a note to Kaydel telling her where you were going. You also wrote your number down for her to text you if she needed anything. You put on some shoes, and grabbed your bag before you, and bed headed out.
Ben opened your door for you like he always did, and you sat in the car. Once he got in he immediately started it, and placed a hand on your lap where it always was when he drove. The ride there you two chatted about Kaydel. You told him about her, and what you guys talked about last night. He smiled listening to you talk about the girl. After you got done telling him all about her he told you about his classes. Him, and Mitaka had chosen their classes together so they had almost all their classes with each other.
“When am I going to meet Mitaka?” you asked him.
“You haven't met him yet?” he asked.
“No, that was Rey.”
“But he knows so much about you.”
“Nope. Never met him.” you said.
“Damn. Guess I talked about you so much to him I thought you had actually met him.”
“Nice save.” you said sarcastically.
“Oh thank you.” he said with a laugh before he brought your hand towards his face to kiss it.
Soon you were pulling into your grandfather's house. As soon as Ben stopped the car your grandfather opened the door, and waved at you two. Ben hopped out, and opened your door to let you out. Your grandfather smiled watching as you stepped out, and kissed Ben before walking over to him. You threw your arms around him as you said hello, and the three of you went inside. To your surprise your grandfather had made breakfast for the three of you. Him, and Ben talked about Anakin, and Padme's anniversary party coming up. Apparently you weren't supposed to know about it yet, because Ben wanted to ask you during your date today. Your grandfather laughed as he watched Ben awkwardly ask you to go with him. You of course said yes, but you weren't sure you were ready to meet them as his girlfriend. From  what Matt had told you they really liked Rey, and you wondered if they would be as accepting of you as they were of her.
After you said yes your grandfather continued talking about the party. The more you heard about it the more nervous you felt. You had been to their house before. Even at a party they threw, but now that you were going as Ben's date that changed things. You sneakily pulled out your phone, and texted Elaine for advice. You listened as they continued their conversation, and watched your phone waiting for a reply.
‘They are gonna love you. Really. You don't have to worry.’ she responded.
‘I know, but they really liked Rey. What if they dont like me bc im not like her???’ you sent back.
‘I promise you they will adore you.’ you read her text over and over before replying about how much you missed her.
Just then you were pulled out of your thoughts by Ben nudging you with his elbow. You looked at him, and he gave you a big smile. You instantly felt at ease seeing how much bigger his smile got when you returned it. The slight sparkle in his eye as he looked into yours. You loved him, and he loved you. What does it matter if they don't like you?

friends in various places
AYDTD ‘verse
Summary: Ash and Roger's son had landed the part of Tom Zutaut in the up and coming film The Dirt, where some old family friends are having their lives dissected on screen. Only problem is, the rest of his fellow cast members don't actually know who in the hell he is. Of course, when his sister arrives, it can only mean bad things.
A/N: literally no-one asked for this but i’m cleaning out my drafts. or attempting to.
----
Tommy greets Barney like an old friend, wrapping him up in a hug, talking about the last time he saw him, he was knee high to a grasshopper. Barney, who does his best to appear smaller than he is, slouching a little as he stands, making him appear to be just a bit shorter than the six-foot-two drummer, gives a slight smile.
“All the guys on ma’s side of the family are giants, apparently, I just grew into it.” He grins a little, and Tommy’s smiling, his eyes lighting up a little at the mention of Barney’s mother, and says Barney sounds so much like her. The tall ginger’s smile is wry as he raises his eyebrows skeptically. “’difference is you can understand me if I mumble.” Barney sounds the way a gently foggy Scottish moor looks; when not acting he speaks with a accented yet calming monotone drawl, which a lot of people don’t realise since he’s so quiet, so a lot of the cast and crew first heard him speak at the read-through, and thought he was American.
The others who catch a glimpse of this interaction, Colson and Iwan and Douglas, all take a moment; they’ve known Barney because he always seemed to be around, on set, mentioned in passing; it seemed like everyone in the industry, whether they’re in the film or not, had heard of Barney Clarke, but they were never sure why, and they thought it would be confined to film.
Vince, on one of the rare occasions he makes it to set, asks about Barney’s sister. Later, Barney will explain to the other cast members that his sister is a mechanic, and that she sometimes worked in a pit crew for celebrity motor racing events. No-one thinks to question further, they accept it, they think she got the job on Barney’s recommendation; they don’t realise just who he is, just who’s around him. For now, Barney just shrugs a little, says that last he heard she was in Germany ‘for some car thing’.
He gets along with the rest of the cast well enough, he and Daniel taking quite a shine to each other as the others were a little more out there in the day-to-day; Colson because he’s always somehow full of energy, Douglas because he was in character, though Iwan was a bit of a dark horse, who enjoyed being loud as anyone else whilst not in character.
Barney’s level and calm, and credits boxing as his outlet. For the longest time, it seemed as though nothing got under his skin, that he was just this chill, vaguely Scottish giant. If anyone was looking for a calm moment, with him they’d get it. Much to everyone’s surprise, especially Colson, he hung out a lot in the makeup tent, offering to help while the team of makeup artists covered Colson’s various tattoos. And maybe, yeah, there was a little bit of resentment building - of course, aside from being humble, well connected, and reasonably talented, he also had to be the kindest fucking Samaritan in the world - but then he sees Barney wrap his arms around Mickey, the assistant to the key makeup artist, press a kiss to their cheek before heading to his own trailer. It’s such a soft, intimate gesture. How had he not noticed the wedding band on Mickey’s finger before now? Barney’s willingness to hang around and help the makeup team, of whom his spouse is a part of, makes a lot more sense.
And yet, it manages to just add to the confusing puzzle of ‘who actually is Barney Clarke?’.
A Running List of Facts The Main Cast of The Dirt Knows About Barney Clarke (a list compiled by Colson, with notes from Iwan, Douglas, and Daniel)
He’s Married - to Mickey Sun, makeup artist and social media personality
He’s Scottish (?) - observation based on his accent
Literally Everyone Seems To Be ‘A Friend Of The Family’
He’s Been Acting Since He Was 14 - based on his IMDB page
That’s it. That’s the list.
There was a fifth item, that he was the chillest dude in the world, but that’s scrubbed quickly when they come to film the party and scenes around Razzle’s death.
“What in the fuck are you doing here?” His natural accent comes in thicker, surprising the rest of them, when they get to set and see a beautiful, red car sitting on the curb outside the mansion they’re filming in, and a little blonde sitting on the hood of the car with a smile sharp as knives.
“I’ve got a car for you to crash,” and the woman sitting on the car sounds like him, accent, similar cadence even, and she hops off, stands with her hip cocked and arms crossed, looking over the rest of the cast, “actually, I had the shell of the model they needed rusting in my backyard, so I promised to paint it up right and fix it to the body of a far more expendable car, ‘s long as I got a trip to the states out of it.”
Barney looks like he’s quickly forming a headache.
The woman, tiny and pretty and wearing grease-stained jeans, introduces herself as Astrid, and when asked how she knows Barney, she raises her eyebrows with disbelief. Barney pinches the bridge of his nose.
“He’s my baby brother,” she says, grinning.
They look almost nothing alike. With almost a foot of height difference between them, it’s jarring to think that Astrid’s the older one, but seeing them interact over the two weeks they’re together on set, it begins to make it’s own kind of sense. Astrid is the complete opposite to Barney in almost every way, apart from the fact that, like her brother, she was seemingly unflappable. She’s a smooth-talking, outrageous flirt who oozes casual confidence, and it seems the only thing she liked more than whiskey, neat, was driving fast.
“Hey, a friend of mine owes me a favour down at EXR,” Astrid’s grown very fond of Colson, and when the first week’s up, and they have a day off, she can’t help but want to share her favourite LA experience with him, “wanna go drive supercars?”
“Fucking absolutely.”
They drive a few hours into the desert until they get to the track, and the owner of the course, of EXR, Exotic Racing, greets Astrid with a kiss on both cheeks, and calls her Trid.
“Oh dude, oh fuck, you’re- fuckin’ MGK, shit Trid, you could have warned me,” the owner flusters for a moment, and Astrid gives a half-smile.
“Come on, Luca, it’s not a big deal,” Astrid tries to calm him down, and Luca sighs, before handing her a set of keys. Astrid and Colson head for the pits where a lineup of shiny cars are waiting, and Colson’s still reeling a little. The whole track is clear, closed so they’re the only ones around.
“What did you have to do to get this whole place to yourself?” He asks, and Astrid tosses him the keys, climbing into the passenger seat of a sleek, black Ferrari.
“I work pit for free a few times a year.” Is all she tells him.
Colson isn’t a slow driver, not by a long shot, and Astrid seems content with him by the wheel, speeding down the straight with his foot on the floor, cutting corners close, and Astrid plugs in her phone to the aux cord and plays rock and roll so loud he can hear it hammer in his heart.
When they’ve done a few laps, Colson offers her a turn behind the wheel, and there’s a fire in her eyes that’s both terrifying and awe inspiring. They start of slow enough, two thirds of the speed he’d been going, but after a lap, she speeds up, her grip going white-knuckled on the wheel as she takes hairpin turns going 60mph, drifting around corners with such ease and efficiency without losing momentum, almost getting air off of the hill that leads into the final straight of the track. She drives like she doesn’t fear death.
This is the day Colson learns that Barney’s oldest sister is a professional stunt driver, as well as being a mechanic and general nuisance.
And she’s fucking awesome.
“She’s magic,” Luca tells Colson as they watch Astrid do a few laps on her own. She’s even faster now, without a passenger to worry about, making it look easy as she goes around fast enough to stir a breeze each time she goes past.
“She drives like a maniac,” Colson laughs, and Luca hums with agreement, chuckling. When she stops beside them, the tires squeal against the tarmac, and her smile is breathless when she steps from the car, offering the keys enticingly, asking Colson if he wants another go around. He accepts, hopping into the drivers seat as Astrid heads to the bathroom.
When they get back on set the following day, Barney looks like he’s bitten a lemon the moment he sees Colson step out of Astrid’s fancy, iridescent teal car.
“You’re doing it again,” Barney warned her, and Astrid gives him a blithe smile.
“No idea what you’re on about -”
“Leave Daniel out of it,” he’s quietly almost begging her now, and Astrid’s smile turns sharp, “Astrid you are the devil,” he tells her, feelingly, as he watches her wave to Daniel, who was mooning over the car with the rest of the cast. They both see him mouth ‘she’s cool as hell’ and Barney knows he’s already lost.
Colson catches on first, the way Astrid seems to get under her brother’s skin without even trying, around the time she’s grabbing lunch with Daniel and Iwan a few afternoons later.
“Astrid,” Barney starts after a long moment taken to order his thoughts, “has chosen to model her life after Horace fucking Slughorn,” he seethes, and Colson’s confused for a moment before it clicks.
“From Harry Potter? The dude from the sixth one, right?”
“Right,” Barney sighs, and Colson quietly marvels at the fact that it’s the most he’s ever heard the ginger speak, “she collects the people I work with that she likes; it’s easy because she’s...” and he sighs like he’s terribly put upon, “actually really cool. Much cooler than I am, unfortunately.”
“She steals your friends?” Colson’s not quite sure if he should laugh, it all sounds a little childish, but Barney seems deeply troubled by it.
“No...” Barney muses after a moment of deliberation, “not exactly,” he amends, “she is the most supportive person I know, and I really do love her dearly, that’s not the issue, it’s that... well, she’s better at keeping in contact with people, despite only being on the peripheries of the industry.”
“Does it really bother you?”
“Yes!” Barney, surprisingly, explodes at the question, eyes going wide, throwing his hands into the air; it’s the most agitated and animated Colson’s ever seen him, “she’s so insufferably smug.”
“You know you’re like... fuckin’ cool as shit, dude, right?” Colson admits with a half laugh, and Barney’s expression softens to something grateful, “I watched you in theaters dude, fucking big screen, man, X-Men’s not something to sneeze at.” He assured him, clapping a hand on Barney’s shoulder, who perked up considerably.
It’s more of an insight into Barney’s character than anyone else had gotten during the entirety of filming, though Colson thought it would be best to keep this particular set of revelations to himself; Barney’s familial insecurities weren’t anyone else’s business. Much to his surprise, however, the following day, while covering his tattoos, Mickey brings it up.
“Barn really appreciates what you said to him,” they tell him, dabbing foundation on his chest, and Colson blinks a few times before he remembers.
“Oh, no big deal; you guys are married, right? Mickey Sun?”
“Michelangelo Sun-Taylor,” Mickey says, pausing and giving a sharp smile, to which Colson nods, and tries not to look as winded by the name as he feels. Sun-Taylor. Huh. How does that fit into the equation that is Barney Clarke? But he’s not given enough time to ponder that before Mickey’s working again.
“I hear you’re being headhunted by Astrid,” they add, and Colson can’t help his slight smile and nod. Mickey makes a noise of understanding, “of course you are; she’s a fan of pretty blonde boys.”
“She’d be the most envied woman in Hollywood if anyone knew her name,” they added, and Colson frowns a little at that, a little confused.
“Is it a status thing?” Is she using me? Is what he wants to ask, which Mickey seems to get easily, shaking their head.
“She genuinely cares for her friends; she’s a shit-stirrer, but she’s seen every movie Barney’s been in more than ten times, and she’s always willing to lend a hand - if you need a mechanic, call her, seriously; the thing is that she attracts pretty blonde boys who like cars and hot girls, and by the time they realise, she’s already solidified herself as a good friend.”
“Realise?”
“Well, it’s not my place, but she’ll tell you when she’s ready.” Mickey tells him earnestly, “lift your arm, please?”
Colson finds himself spending more time with Barney, dwelling. Barney won’t tell him either, insists it’s only Astrid’s place, which Colson respects, but he won’t bug her about it; he’s happy enough speculating.
“She has a kid?”
“Nope, that’s my other sister -”
“Other?” A tantalizing piece of new information about this man who’s slowly becoming less of an enigma.
“Cait, you’d love her, she can get wild -”
“More wild than Trid?”
“Not anymore,” Barney pauses, giving a half smile, looking over at where Colson is watching Astrid and Tommy argue animatedly about something, “Trid?” Colson shrugs, “she’ll tell you soon.”
“Can we meet your other sister?”
“If you want to,” Barney shrugs, offhandedly, “I think she’s in New York now with her partner, but I’m sure she’d be happy to fly in.”
“Is Trid married?” Colson asks, squinting, and Barney laughs in his face.
She tells him by the end of the day, mostly because his curiosity got the better of him.
“I’m gay; it’s not a secret,” she seems confused, and Colson frowns, though it does make a lot of sense, “I dated Cara Delevingne, does no-one remember that?”
“Fuck, man, I knew I knew you from somewhere,” Colson nods sagely, and Astrid snorts a laugh.
“It’s noble of Barn and Micks to not out me, but like, I’m kissing girls on tabloid covers, it’s not news,” she paused, shrugging, “I dunno, guys seem to be distracted by the, ah,” she gestures awkwardly to herself, and then to her car, “to see the kind of obvious signs.”
“You hitting on Leven wasn’t a bit?” Colson said with a half smile, and Astrid grinning.
“If you caught that, I’m not sure how it took you so long.”
“Cards on the table,” Colson raised his hands in mock surrender, “I was kind of distracted by the -” and he gestured to both her and the car, mirroring her from just moments ago, getting her to laugh. The tension broke, and they went to get dinner. Knowing what he knows now, it’s easy to be friends with Astrid; she ends up being a good wingman, apart from that time she accidentally went home with the girl Colson had been chatting up, and she’s got expensive taste in booze, which he appreciates.
And he realises too late that he has no idea what to expect of their other sibling.
Cait is both the middle child, and seems like a strange middle-ground between her two siblings, at 5′7 and with the air of someone much wiser than her years. The moment she spots Astrid and Barney on set with the rest of the cast, eating lunch, she calls out.
“Ay-oh!” It’s a strangely familiar, and without missing a beat, both Barney and Astrid call back in the exact same manner, beaming, much to the bemusement of the rest of the cast. After a round of hugs, greetings, and introductions, and the strange realization that the siblings, despite not looking too much alike, all sound eerily similar, Cait sits herself with them all.
“Ben sends you and Joe his love,” Astrid adds, and Cait grins, thanking her for the message. Barney glowers into his pizza, “cheer up Barn, he sends you his love as well,” she pauses, grin all teeth, “Lucas does too.”
“He was my damn co-star, Astrid,” Barney huffs, “we still talk.”
“I know, I’m just teasing,” she offers, and Barney rolls his eyes.
“The collection of hot blonde dudes?” Colson asks bluntly, to which Douglas snorted water out through his nose, and Astrid turned scarlet.
“I do not-”
“Trid,” Cait said, giving her an exasperated look.
“I know you from somewhere,” Douglas mused, finally getting a good look at Cait, who just smiled blithely back.
“Ben Hardy and Lucas Till,” Barney fills in for the rest, who just seem to grow more confused, “so yes, part of Astrid’s harem of pretty boys.”
“They’re my friends, it’s not a damn harem - you’re an asshole, Barn,” Astrid glowered.
“I learned from the best,” Barney countered with smugly, and Astrid rolled her eyes.
“Is that little Caity?” Came a call, and Cait stood abruptly to greet Tommy Lee with a bear hug. “You’re gotten so big, fuck, kiddo, I can’t believe you’re running Queen’s socials; you’ve been killing it from what I’ve seen.”
“Okay, seriously, who in the fuck are you people?” Daniel finally snapped, and Tommy blinked at him a few times, stepping back from Cait, casting a confused look between the three siblings.
“Did you not tell them?” Cait asked, eyes wide, and Barney scowled, though Astrid answered.
“Of course he didn’t,” she rolled her eyes, before turning on Douglas and Iwan, “you two ‘ve probably worked with our mum before; Rocket Taylor.”
Like a switch had been flipped, both Iwan and Douglas’s expression lit up, and behind them, Tommy turned a little pink around the ears. A chorus of ‘no way, holy shit’ rang out, and Cait nodded, while Barney hung his head. After a beat, however, Tommy stepped forward.
“You kids always downplay your dad like he’s not the drummer for Queen,” he adds, and the whole table explodes with shouting at that, highlights of which include Astrid’s ‘he’s a dork, Thomas!’ Cait’s ‘I was getting to that in a moment!’ and Barney’s ‘I’m excommunicating myself’ amid the cast’s sudden delight.

Academy AU?
Akali is there.
Taliyah is a student.
Vi is a very troublesome student.
Kled as the weird angry mad professor who knows every single battle from every single history book inside out and who has a weird pet lizard with exactly 2 IQ. Nobody knows why he’s there, especially not him, but he’s gonna do whatever he came for.
Illaoi as the swimming pool’s instructor and life guard. People say that one day a car parked at her designated parking spot, and she turned it on its side and pushed it off her spot, then parked there. She inspired a lot of students and teachers to follow their dreams no matter what.
Ivern, the dude who teaches botany with so much love, and never gets angry at the people who sleep on his class. He’s also attending to the botanic garden. Chillest, kindest dude. Some students speculate he’s permanently high, to which he just replies “Of course! I’m always high on life!” before taking a deep smell of a plant he just so happens to take with him through the corridor.
Headmaster Swain knows everything and it creeps everyone the fuck out. How? HOW??
There’s a weird chemist who works in the lab, named Singed. He doesn’t teach anyone. He seems to mutually hate most people. He’s obviously hiding whatever experiments he’s working on. Students rumor that he’s brewing drugs, but nobody actually knows anything about him. Nobody, except for Swain. One day some students saw him enter his lab with a cat and only leave at night, without it. People are starting to get worried...
Irelia teaches dancing and martial arts. People usually mistake her for a student though.
I wanna think that Yorick is the janitor, but I’m not sure if that’s far fetched or not. What I do know is that people noticed him talking to himself.
There’s a weird fucking scarecrow in one of the equipment rooms. Why is it here? It’s creepy! A lot of people said it watched them when they were alone with it. Who the hell put it here? Who the hell decided to keep it?? Why does it ATTRACT so many crows??? The students named it Fiddlesticks and now everyone just calls it that.
Legend says that long ago there was a hard working student here, who had drowned in the pool in a house party somehow. The legend also says that everyone who attended that party died within 5 years. The teachers avoid talking about it and the students rarely believe it. Those who do are often the ones who see a ghost for a moment, swimming through the air and giving glares of murderous intent. A teacher once accidentally said the name Pyke before urging the listening students to not look into it. Of course, they are looking into it right now... those poor souls.
Dianna was expelled for finding a certain book in the library and bringing it to Swain’s attention, then refusing to stop talking. She’s still trying to investigate the secret she sniffed into, but is having a very difficult time, and is being watched.
There is an art teacher named Khada, who is extremely talented in so many arts, and who’s most certainly a man of class... Nobody knows he’s also the notorious serial killer called Jhin.
Braum is the other janitor. He is literally the heart of the entire city. He helps everyone in everything any time. A student once called him at 3am because he had a serious depressive episode and Braum drove there within 15 minutes. That student graduated today with impressive grades and Braum couldn’t be more proud, he even shed tears of joy.
