Aww. Yes, he deserves a plushie. Once he starts being able to roll around by himself, Moon makes him a harness like a seatbelt he can buckle his plushies against him with. The shrimp plushie is also adorable.

Hi again! I loved the new chapter!! It made me stare at my ceiling existentially for an hour (every chapter does) and we finally get Ara oh god. Im kinda an Ara hater. I’ve always kinda hated her but she was slightly redeemable? Until in itf where we get her POV and she purposefully made Zuko’s life a living hell. That’s when i became a full fledged Ara hater club member. But it still so hard for me to fully hate her cause yk she’s a victim too.

Anyways, she’s a super compelling character and I change my mind every chapter if i hate her or not. So I got bored again and made this . Have a good day!!!

The tail idea is really interesting though! It didn't cross my mind about turning darling into a mer as a gift for her second life. even though that'd mean having her stuck in the bathtub forever (not that he minds). Or would he construct her a new tank? Cause, won't he still need that tub for his culinary escapades?

And yes! Jade is indeed insatiable. >_< I think if, by some miracle, he doesn't get attached to darling's taste he'll find other ways to sate his cravings. Eating darling is good, but spending time with darling is also good and darling needs to be alive in order for the latter to happen. So Jade exercises some restraint when it comes to feasting on her. Although the idea to devour her always lingers in the back of his mind, he snuffs it by preying on other humans.

I can definitely see him building a tank or some sort of small enclosure to keep darling in so that the bathtub will be free for him to use. He might even prefer darling with a tail. Not only will he get to eat her legs, she can learn to live as a mermaid! It'll be a lot easier to keep her confined to the house as well. Who needs legs anyway? Jade certainly thinks you don't.
