Coming off the heels of my post about gundalian invaders being a good representation of working at Walmart, let me present to you:

The 12 Orders’ Walmart Positions

Barodius: store manager (obviously)

Kazarina: people lead (everyone is terrified of her. She’s gunning for store lead)

Nurzak: AP coach (has eyes on everyone and everything. Been at the company way too long)

Airzel: OGP coach (good at directing the fast paced environment. Talks shit about Kazarina with Gill all the time)

Gill: store lead (manager’s second in command. Him and kazarina constantly spread rumors about each other and turn their Walmart into an adult high school)

Stoica: stocking coach (fucks off in the AD office the entire time)

Jesse: personal shopper (usually ATC but they don’t intend on actually making him a lead)

Sid: GM team lead (genuinely a good leader. Is assertive enough but also works with and cares ab his team. management gives him shit for being chill to his workers)

Mason: overnight stocking associate (only works this shift because he can’t stand the general public)

Lena: Grocery/consumables team lead (Lowkey hates her job. Smokes with Sid on her 15’s)

Zenet: Apparel associate (is bored out of her mind)

Ren: front end associate (new and impressionable and gets caught up in the workplace drama war between Gill and Kazarina. Takes his job too seriously)

biggest customer crime you can commit is going to walmart and actively slowing down the online personal shoppers by blocking our path or making us find stuff for you. it is our job to SHOP, we get timed for every order, and we have to move fast and keep up a certain pace or risk getting reprimanded. our performance is evaluated on how efficient we are, so if people are stopping us constantly or blocking our way it actively hurts us. if you’re at walmart and see someone with a cart full of blue totes LEAVE THEM ALONE. just bc we’re in retail doesn’t mean you’re entitled to our time and undivided attention despite the fact we are actively busy!!!
