A DAY IN THE LIFE OF ORIGINAL CHARACTERS;

SCENE 1: PICNIC IN THE PARK

On this fine sunny day, relax at the park with your local nature girls! For a little bit of chaos, head over to the playground with Hideko and Umetarou; or if petting wild animals is more your speed, say hi to Mineyo and Bubbles as they bravely try to pet the peacefully sleeping Hayami. The picnic blanket is where it’s at for all your arts and crafts needs with Kaida and Asami, while a chilling Chika watches over from the canopy. Enjoying her new friend Kouji the squirrel is Shen, pleasantly listening to the sweet music coming from Jordan and Margot, though one is having more fun than the other…

SCENE 2: ON THE HIGH STREET

Fancy a trip into town? The local favourite bakery “Fortune Flavours” is busy and booming, with its owner Saeka cooking up a storm in the kitchen! Enjoying the best coffee in town is regular customer Natalie, being served by new hire Gigi; while co-owner Isla tends to the flora and fauna of the upstairs apartment. Next door is “Deadly Ink”, the newly opened tattoo studio owned by Johnny: he’s currently tattooing his client Tobin, but things seem to have gone awry… meanwhile Theo shares all the juicy gossip with a not so impressed Rob, just trying to relax on his day off. Don’t get too comfy however, as the cities most renown villains are watching from the sidelines, relishing in their most recent act of vandalism…

SCENE 3: WE FIGHT AT DAWN

This means war! At the dead of night, meet up with this band of idiots as they plan their next moves. Showing off her magic to her fellow mages is Una, knocking the cock sure Willow straight off her feet and right into Yavanna’s lap! While trying to sleep, a disgruntled Ziri bursts into flame seeing Poko practice her techniques; except against Ziri’s tent… the camp fire is no less heated however, as the winding down Essa clocks her prized rifle is missing, but obviously Darcy knows nothing about this. Lyna and Nymira work hard to produce more arrows for the coming days, but all is not calm while an innocent Isaac willingly swaps blades with Ophelia, a disaster waiting to happen…

4. which oc can cook? what’s their favorite thing to cook?

Quite a few of them can actually! Margot is resident chef when they're out on expeditions because she knows the best recipes for when they're on the road! Margot's go to thing to cook for everyone is a travel safe version of a veggie casserole! All the scouts love it and its even better when they have access to meat aha!

Asami also loves cooking and has a cooking club on sundays with Sato where they bake cakes - and pastries which are asami's fave! (Bakugo is designated taste tester when no one else is watching - and he sometimes joins in too if its just them in the dorms) Her fave thing to cook with everyone is spicy hot pot, but when its just her she enjoys making cheesy ramen noodles!

Shen is a vegetarian and cooks from time to time, but its usually Katara's job (with Shen's assistance of course) she knows mostly recipes to keep herself going rather than the tastiest, but they're full of nutrition and v well balanced! Her fave thing to cook is roasted veggie and nut skewers! (katara helps to season them tho otherwise they're v bland aha!)

7. which oc has the most cohesive color pallet? the craziest color pallet?

oohhh shit thats a tricky one! I'd probably say Shen and Margot have the most cohesive colour palettes, with the earthy tones and all. They just go with everything!

Craziest colour palette would deffo be Hideko, and Rin cus of the numerous neon colours!! Ophelia has a pretty chaotic one too, but the rest seem pretty reserved. OH Bubbles' palette is quite crazy too actually, lots of random colour

8. which oc prefers flowing clothes? tight clothes?

Ziri and Rin ADORE tight fitting clothes!! Ziri for the practicality of her job, Rin because she loves to show off her bod aha. Una also likes tight fitting/semi revealing clothes but will add a flowy element so she doesn't come across as a total bitch lmao.

For flowy clothes, that would be Asami, Isla, Umetarou and Shen most likely! A lot of my ocs share my style of loving over sized clothes (for a number of reasons) so that counts as flowy right? OH Ophelia deffo wears flowy too! Helps her come across more innocent than she is tehe

16. which oc has the most admirers?

RIN. The gal has SO MANY followers and a lot of them are in love with her aha. Some work for her because of their crush on her, others admire her skills and ambitions so they wanna work for someone deserving yknow?

Una is also v sought after - by men and women - but only the latter are given the time of day aha! Same goes for her brother but he does NOT like the romantic side of things. Many women fawn over Isaac/throw themselves at him but hes genuinely not interested, he would rather sleep in the barn with his horse than sleep with a woman (not meaning he'd fuck his horse btw i mean in a Kristoff and Sven kinda way)

I'll also say Theo. She's v popular and enigmatic so lots of people admire her for being a young business woman etc, as well as liking how hard to get she is. But again, she's not interested in love atm and would rather satisfy her sexual hunger with a rare one night stand than occupy herself with a partner (currently anyway)

Bubbles and Johnny have held competitions to see who can put the largest and weirdest item in their stretched ear holes without it falling out! Bubbles holds the record by putting one of her largest wrenches through it! Johnny tried to beat her by putting the face of his watch through, but it fell out real easy lmao

Reason for Name: because her quirk uses mist, having something referring to this type of weather was the main idea - i associate mornings with mist and ‘morning dew’, hence why her hero name is Dew Drop. she’s just also super bright and happy so it suits her personality

Dameer - Muslim Origin || “heart, conscience” || Masculine

Hawke - Old-English Origin || “hawke-like” “wild disposition”

Reason for Name: hes a bundle of sunshine!!! his name just sounds warm to me and the boy is v full of heart in everything he does. turns out i must’ve added the little line above the A when i made him cus google doesnt recognise there ever being a name spelt like that lmao

Reason for Name: funny story - i didnt plan out or research names for margot at all before making her. i actually had a dream about her (before i made her officially) and in the dream the scouts called her margot so i stuck with it! then when i was making her properly, i went through names that suited ‘margot’ and which had french origins etc. ‘durand’ was the obvious choice because her family saw a lot of turmoil in general so ‘strong + enduring’ deffo suited them and her specifically

Reason for Name: another name that just popped into my head randomly while brainstorming! i think i had just watched the lion king and had some names merge in my head to make ‘nymira’? idk either way finding a meaning behind it was difficult because apparently its not v common AT ALL. ‘lanu’ again i just played with until it sounded right

Reason for Name: i wanted her family’s clan to have a strong/powerful last name that suited their brutal lifestyle but i like that ‘kyutoku’ had a history behind it almost already and that it wasnt all negative connotations! as for her fake name: ‘rin’ is just an abbreviation obvs but because its commonly unisex/male when used i liked how that tied into her hiding her identity and not wanting to be recognised. ‘ikeda’ is a v common japanese name so the more common the better - in her mind

Reason for Name: i wanted something that sounded hopeful and beautiful for her birth name, but after everything that happens to her, she offically changes her name to shen (similar to rin) to hide who she formerlly was and forget that side of her in a way. because shes v wise and optimistic and helpful, ‘shen’ was the best fit from what i researched! she also studied with the elders for years and it was v spiritually enlightening

Umetarou - Japanese Origin || “plum, thick, man/men’s” || Masculine

Noguchi - Japanese Origin || “field entrance”

Reason for Name: i liked the idea that his father chose a ‘strong’/‘manly’ name for his son but that ends up contrasting who he is personality wise! ‘noguchi’ is another well used last name because i didnt want him to stand out too much in the grand scheme of things

Hideko - Japanese Origin || “excellence, beauty, child” || Feminine

Sugawara - Japanese Origin || “sedge field”

Reason for Name: just a wholesome name for a wholesome girl!! i wanted it to be something that suited having a brother called ‘koshi’ anyway and this was just a really cute choice because why wouldnt you name something that had such a nice meaning? also koshi sugawara is an exisiting character from haikyuu so obvs she has the same last name lmao

Yavanna - English Origin || “giver of fruits” in Quenya || Feminine

Trevelyan - Welsh + Cornish Origin || “farmstead” || “Trev” or “Tref” means town in Welsh

Reason for Name: as we know, im a tolkien slut. thats it. thats the only reason shes called yavanna. i was reading the silmarillion when i was playing DA:I so naturally i named her after my fave character!! didnt know trevelyan was a cornish name tho - seeing as thats where i went to uni! new found appreciation for the name

Ziri - Berber Origin || “moonlight” || Masculine

Reason for Name: i had no idea that this was a boys name techincally, but like with margot, i had kinda daydreamed about her before finalising her and ‘ziri’ was a name that kept coming up so i stuck with it! i use the meaning/fact its a boys name as part of her parents choice tho because she was abandoned by her birth parents when she was only a few days old so they didnt give it any thought. shen thought nothing of it being a boys name - considering shes got a unisex name herself now - so she stuck to it and helped her learn it’s her name for herself, not for anyone else to judge etc
