I'm gonna talk about some of my arospec OCs now, hehehe.

Dorian from CoS is aroace. He's sex and romance indifferent, but has no interest in either. The idea doesn't make him uncomfortable, but he never wants to be in a sexual or romantic relationship. He's really missing a close friend in his life, though.

Theo from CoS is also aroace. They're sex-repulsed, and also have no interest in a romantic relationship. They would much rather spend their time talking about their interests and hanging out with animals.

Captain Blackthorne from ATQH is unlabeled, but falls somewhere on the aro/ace spectrum. He has never had a romantic or sexual partner, and has little interest in either, for the most part. I could see him being greyromantic and ace, though he's not really worried about labeling himself, nor does he put any thought towards it. He has enough to worry about, what with Fallon (and later Kristopher) as his family.

I also have a handful of d&d characters that are aspec in some regard, but that's not the focus of this blog, so I'll hold off talking about them for now.

Where did Dorian pick his name from? It's so unusual to see clones with 'common' names, and he chose such a pretty one, too!

Dorian likes to claim that he read the name in a journal when he was a cadet. The truth is that he once overheard some of the trainers talking about their favorite holovid star, and he managed to get his hands on a picture of him. The holovid star was his first crush, so he picked that name to be closer to him.

He's horribly embarrassed about it and swears up and down that his cringy cadet crush was not the reason he picked the name, but everyone knows the truth.
