Lux
A netrunner for hire, she’s by no means the best in the city, but she’s got a few tricks up her sleeve. If her quickhacks don’t work, her pistol certainly will.

A while ago me and a few friends did this challenge for our own characters and I did like the turnout of mine :) I’d like to introduce everyone to my OC, Lux!!

I commissioned this wonderful drawing of my TLT ocs, Lux (they/them) and Serenbelle (she/her), from @catpotion and I'm so happy with how it turned out! They look so good!!
I love my funny little Ninth and Eighth House traitors and the adventures they get up to and catpotion truly brought them to life ✨

ughhh I’m having gore/body horror thoughts about a specific group of OCs
I want to use gore and body horror as an extreme way to add a darker tone to this story, along with emphasize that these characters are far from human thanks to the circumstances.
Rynne, compared to the next two, is the most human. But she gets the bloodiest and goriest scenes. She does not kill her prey quickly- she toys with them and likes to let them bleed. This is because of multiple factors that idk how to explain fully. Point is- she is the most human, but she is still a far cry from what she used to be. Her blood is red and her bones can break, but they can mend just as easily, snapping and twining back together, flesh knitting whole again.
Dr. Kruger is comparatively less human. He’s a shadow of who he used to be- literally- with the only indication of that being the dim, pulsing glow of his nervous system. The pitch black of his seemingly formless body is interrupted with the dim highlights of nerves twisting throughout his body, and you can see his spinal cord fizz with every thought and command he receives. Holy light melts the shadows, not him, but they are so tightly interwoven that they might as well be one.
Then, finally, Lux. As the one who’s not at all human, she has little to no show of gore. Body horror, yes- in a beautiful, godly sort of way. But when it comes to rending someone apart and making them bleed, it’s she who harms rather than be harmed herself. She’s Everything. She’s judge, jury, and executioner, and at the pinnacle of the heavens, she’s the one to decide others’ fates.
