So, anti h*laemods often claim Aemond wouldn't have fallen for Helaena since she was "plumper and less striking" than most Targaryens and he was into pretty women. I get it that it's FnB description od Helaena's physical appeareance , but, well, "plump" doesn't mean "morbidly obease", and no one really knows what "less striking" is supposed to mean. Book Viserys and Rhaenyra were overweight as well. Btw have they even watched the show? I don't say everyone must find Phia Saban beautiful, but she's no doubt a very attractive woman. I am so over the "body positivity" movement!! Like when the F did being overweight become the new "healthy weight"???
I honestly think it's disgusting that society accepts this as the norm and put morbidly obease people on the cover of 'health' magazines - and if your trying to lose weight (no matter what your current weight is) you get attacked.
I'm not hating on overweight people here. If your happy and your not concerned about all the health risks you are putting on yourself then that's fine, you do you. But can we please drop the BS and stop pretending that having excess fat is healthy and shaming people who are skinny or want to lose weight?!

Went to the docs today, and am almost on my period which always makes me puffy cause water weight right? So turns out I gained from last doc visit like 10 pounds (was still in my recovery era). What does my darling mother say? 'WE NEED TO WORK IN THAT!' BITCH WHO IS WE BECAUSE WHILE I WAS LOOSING WEIGHT THE TRADITIONAL WAY YOUR OBEASE SELF HAS JUST BEEN TAKING PILLS I WANT TO STEAL!
