I like to think that after Lesson 16 the two timelines created were merged together and so Mc has merged with their dead-self and has nearly the same injuries as their other self but they’re alive. They’re like a walking corpse. I imagine they’d stay that way for awhile until the the popped blood vessels in their eyes and skin heal over time as well as the bruises on their neck and the only thing that remains of the incident is a scar on their neck from when Belphie ripped it open.

So you know this party banter between Aveline and Carver?

Aveline: I don't like some of the people you've been associating with, Carver. Carver: Talk to my brother/sister. He/She's the one in charge.

If you're on the rivalry path with Aveline, she says:

Aveline: Who says I don't mean him/her too? This city's full of people who are dead set on ending badly. I don't want to see you end up the same way.

I just- Aveline, you- you're so- hhhhnnnngggggg

I always rival Aveline when I play a mage, and if you think Edgar Aristide Hawke, who practically raised Carver and Bethany after Malcolm died and Leandra became a distant mother in her grief, wouldn't stop dead in his tracks at Aveline heavily implying he's a bad influence on his brother and Carver shouldn't hang around him so much since apparently Ed's someone set on ending badly...? Absolutely not.

This is another case of me wishing Hawke had the option to jump in during party banter with different options, because Ed would've chewed Aveline out for that.

Oh, and then there's:

Carver: Would asking you to stop spying on me help in the least? Aveline: No.

Aveline...................stop it.

#my life sounds exciting here but between the exciting parts it's really quite boring #ages:#8. 9. 10? 16. 17. 18. 21 I think. 23. 27. still living #near death experience #also it may have been category one but Wikipedia described Isaias as devastating so there #i want to say it was the dogs because even as scary as the too-close tornado was I really felt like I was staring down death that moment #but also is that fair in the face of everything else I've survived?#fuck it why not set it for a week I'm curious about what other people think of my life #also that tornado was less than a block away but mostly stayed in the soy field. ripped off some of the roofing of the house tho #it was either EF0 or EF1 I forget but obvs I didn't know that while hunkering down #turns out tornadoes really DO sound like trains and the air gets a bit thin #or maybe I was just panicking lol #also when my heart nearly stopped I was forced to watch while unable to speak as they readied the shock paddles which. uh. wow #luckily (?) my heart shot back up to two hundred plus beats per minute #but I lived bitches. thru everything #mecore #i don't feel awkward asking about this bc I'm p sure I've talked about all of these at various points here
